バラード駅からとても近く、街中なのでどこへ行くにも便利です。歩いて５分程度のところにセブンイレブンがあり、シアーズやショッピングモール、美術館もあります。治安も良いです。部屋は綺麗でバスルームが大きく、バスタブとシャワールームが別なのでお湯に２回つかりたい私にはとても良かったです。外からの音に対する窓の防音性は日本のホテルよりは劣りそうです。街中にあるので車の音がやや夜遅くまで聞こえます（雨が降っていたのもありますが）。しかし睡眠を妨げるほどではありません。宿泊中は自由に使用して良い傘が部屋内にあり、急な雨の日助かります。無料の無線LANも使えるとのことでしたが、私の部屋ではなぜか使えず、有線を使わせて頂きました（LANケーブルも机の引き出しにあります）。友人の部屋では無線も使えました。印刷 […] も別階で無料でできます。ドアマン・フロント・コンシェルジュ等皆さん丁寧で、対応も親切でした。 もっと読む

このホテルの周りにはショッピングモールやRobson Stなどがあり、治安も良かったので、夜まで買い物を楽しむにはとても便利なロケーションでした。さらに、Skytrainの駅も近くにあり、空港からも簡単にたどり着くことができました。また、ホテルのサービスも満足のいくものだったと思います。３泊しましたが毎日部屋は清潔だし、バスタブとシャワールームが別々なので日本人にはありがたいと思います。

スカイトレインの駅に近いため、バンクーバー空港との移動には非常に便利でした。オフィス街にあるため静かで良い環境、しかし中心地にも近いので観光にも便利でした。治安も◎。 ホテルのサービスは良く、お部屋もとても清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。

空港からカナダラインで１本の「バンクーバー・シティ・センター」下車、歩いて３分。ダウンタウンの中心にあるのでウォータフロントなどにもすべて歩いて行けるので便利。部屋は豪華で広く清潔感があって、コストパフォーマンスがいい。バスルームのなかにシャワーコーナーがあり、ぜいたくな気分が味わえると思う。セーフティボックスと冷蔵庫があるのでありがたい。３Ｆのビジネスセンターで備え付けのパソコンでインターネットが自由に利用できる。フロントなどのサービスもスマートで洗練されている。バンクーバー、バンフ、ジャスパーで泊まったホテルは、宿泊料金にかかわらず、歯ブラシが備え付けてないのでそのつもりで。

翌日空港に行くのに、1人で宿泊しました。駅近で便利です。 NHLの最終戦の日の宿泊でしたが、暴動のあったところからも1ブロック離れていて、静かでした。 隣のPacificセンターにフードコートもあり、1人の食事にも困りません。 ピアスの忘れ物の問い合わせをメールでしたのですが、返答がないのが残念。

ココのホテルは本当に快適でした。 フェリーでバンクーバーアイランドから来たのですが、フェリー乗り場からダウンタウンまでのバスのバス停からとても近かったです。 ホテルには午前１１時ごろに着き、荷物を預けようと思ったら、部屋が用意できているとのことでチェックインが出来ました。 お部屋もとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんもとても感じの良い方ばかりでした。 ロブソンストリートからも近いし、スカイトレインの駅もとても近いので、ダウンタウンを周るにはとても良いホテルだと思います。 一つ残念だったのは、ホテルのビジネスセンターにあったパソコンが日本語を打つことが出来なかったことです。 無料だったので仕方ないのかも知れませんが、読むことは出来たのですが、打てないのは残念でした。 総合し […] て、またバンクーバーに泊まることがあればこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。 もっと読む

場所は駅のすぐそばで繁華街の中にあって便利です。 自分が泊まった部屋は10階でしたが、繁華街で周りがビルばかりなので景観は期待はできません。部屋の中はとてもきれいで好感が持てます。特にバスルームは広々としていて落ち着いた大人な空間で大変満足できるものでした。また、最終日に忘れ物をして帰国してしまいましたが、後日連絡したら忘れ物を送ってくださいました。総合的に大変満足できるステイでした。

The hotel was very comfortable, only problem was not having the Hotels.com reservation in their system when I checked in at 4:00 pm.

I am not one to write reviews, but given the service I received at the Metropolitan, I felt it was deserved here. I moved to the Metropolitan after a week of work at another high-end hotel, but the service I received at the Metropolitan surpassed the first place by far. The check-in personnel were attentive and friendly, each time I left or returned […] I was greeted warmly, and the night person happily let me into the garage when I returned in the wee hours with my zip car. I also accidentally left my ties in a drawer when I checked out, but the hotel quickly located them and mailed them to me, very carefully wrapped. Stayed at this hotel with my wife for the Canucks playoff game one. Booked fairly last minute but staff were VERY accommodating with our request for nicer TV to review postgame. Spent the weekend, check in & out service was top notch. Restaraunt and room service were too expensive, left the hotel for all meals and drinks. Excellent location - a lot of shopping and places to eat and drink. Would recommend this hotel.

Within walking distance to Vancouver Convention Centre and the waterfront. Great restaurants as well as familiar fast food places are very close. Don't forget to try Moose's Australian Pub just around two corners and down a flight. Shephard's pie and meatloaf to die for. REAL atmosphere with reasonable prices. Staff went above the call of duty to make our stay extremely comfortable. It was mine and my wife's birthday weekend and The Metropolitan was fantastic. We had a great experience. The staff was helpful and the location was easily accessible for both business and pleasure.

I never knew the Metropolitan Hotel was there until we found it on Hotels. com. The service was top class and the room very nicely appointed. We loved the atrium roof over the pool and hot tub.

We had an awesome time in Vancouver. The location and comfort of this hotel made our stay even better! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed in Metropolitan Hotel for two nights, one week apart while passing through Vancouver. The high customer service ratings on the web are correct. great service in this stylish boutique hotel right in the heart of the action. wonderful pool and hot tub with glass window wall overlooking the city. only concern was the expensive parking.

Terrific, spacious rooms, very welcoming

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were very helpful (valet parking, front desk, and bar staff), and we were able to keep our pet in our room for a small extra charge ($30 canadian). I was extremely pleased with the experience. Try the truffle oil/parmesean popcorn in the bar :)

Rooms are "average"- TV's are old school. Room that was billed as "luxury" wasn't any different than a "Quality Inn". Which is FINE if you're paying Quality Inn prices. I did not! Staff is nice!

The Met is a no nonsense hotel that is great for business travel. Free wi-fi, good work-out facilities and affordable rates make this my go to stop for my frequent trips to Vancouver. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms updated. The concierge is trustworthy, as I left my macbook in my room and called from the airport. It was delivered via Fed-Ex […] the next am. The hawksworth restaurant at the Georgia Hotel next door is great for a meal and cocktail if you have time. The bartenders are fantastic. I checked in very late and was exhausted. The last thing I wanted to encounter was a rude woman at the Front Desk. She has the warmth of an icicle. Even when I called the operator to ask a simple question I was given attitude/condescention on the phone. BUT, the gentleman that assisted me to my room was extremely pleasant. Close to all downtown amenities and must sees. Hotel employees are very friendly and accommodating. Parking is expensive.
