We had an awesome time. Breakfast was great, and so was happy hour. Only downfall was you could not watch the Rangers game in your room. They didn't have the channel.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very eager to please and helpful with whatever we needed. Well Spring break was hectic. There was about 30-40 kids in the pool/hot tub at all times. However my kids didn't mind. There were absolutely NO towels available so we used the small gym towels. We stayed at this hotel twice during the same week and had two slightly different experiences with this hotel. On the first stay, there was a large family reunion and we were not allowed to check in early because of all the chaos. We were given a room that was already occupied -- AWKWARD -- and had to go back down to the front desk to get it straightened […] out. Once we were in our room, everything seemed fine until we had to use the bathroom -- the toilet was stopped up and maintenance took forever to come work on it. AND they left saying they had fixed it, but never did. You could NOT use the toilet in the room -- VERY inconvenient. The bed was very comfortable, though, probably the most comfortable bed we've ever had and that says a lot because we travel all the time. On our second stay, we had to have a room with two doubles and they were made of concrete! But the toilet worked!! There was a trade group staying this time around who were very noisy, but could not be heard from the bedroom. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and the manager's reception each evening is great. When we walked into our room on day 2, it was as if Goldilocks had came into our room and slept in my bed. It was gross actually. The room was in perfect condition, having just been cleaned by staff, but it was apparent that my bed had been pulled back and someone laid on my pillow. I was actually quite grossed out.

Had stayed here sometime back and it was showing signs of age then. Because of that, it would not have been a first pick for the area. It will be now. It has been revitalized and I would take my family there for a weekend. Very nice and courteous staff as well.

My only complaint was that when I checked in, there was no comforter on the bed, only a sheet. I had to call / go down / interact with the front desk three times to get one - they were not very responsive the first two times. The third time was after they had changed over to the evening shift and they brought it up immediately.
