For the price, this hotel is perfect!

Ok. The bath had some mold in the ceiling and the suite had a quasi kitchen. Definitely not like the noisy room by the freeway they first booked us into. Breakfast was not very appealing.

Our room was next to the highway and was a bit noisy, but the staff was awsome, the hot tub and pool were cleanas well as our room. Overall we thought it was a great place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel before and have absolutely loved it. This time when i checked in they tried to double charge me after I had already paid fo the room. The location of the room was towards the back of the hotel the area i had to park made me a litte nervous. I had also had the sleep number matress in my room which did not work. Did not receive the room I booked. Service slow. Remodeled rooms are misleading. Bathroom not clean.

lobby was nice.... courtyard ehhh...room very clean very comfortable and very modern

I might have been expecting more from this hotel, but it wasn't that great. Just minor things that were a nuisance, it wasn't a horrible spot, but there are better hotels within a block of this hotel.

Rooms were well-maintained, clean and comfortable. WiFi didn't work the best in my room but did closer to the front desk. Restaurant is excellent!

We often visit our son who attends Azusa Pacific and have stayed at a couple different hotels. This was our first time at the Radisson and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very nice. The ground were beautiful and lush. Just outside our door was a lovely water fountain that made it very pleasant to come and go. The only reason i didn't give it a 5 […] is that the pullout mattress was broken and there was a bit of a musty smell. I think the smell is due to the fact that none of the windows open and it is quite humid. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool while my other son swam. Both the pool & hot tub seemed quite clean and it felt more "resort-y" than i expected. I have no doubt that this is where we will stay during all of our future visits. I was very unconfortable due to the very noisy, everything you hear even your own foot steps. For the cost I have a lot better. the furniture was old and the bathrooms not very good. The part of the suite had nothing. No utinsils no plates nothing to even suggest that it was a suite. Worst hotel experience. Molds all over the bathroom. Room service terrible. Room keys frequently do not work. Have plenty of pictures of molds in bathroom. Will forward to proper authorities or media for action. Why sell room with serious mold infestation.

The staff was very friendly and the pool was wonderful but the room was just not very clean. I will not be back.

Air Conditioning broken two evenings with temps over 100 in the area, awful sleeping. Most part room clean, but carpet was dirty. Older building, needs a facelift. New exterior paint and pool area definitely needs some TLC.

excellent as always

room was big enough but tired. Bathroom could have been larger by making the suite room a little smaller, Needs new carpets and a freshening up!

We stayed here for 2 nights in July and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was awesome and the kids had a blast in the pool. Easy access to and from fwy and parking was easy.

The Clerk took three times as long to check me in as his partner clerk. The room smelled bad. The TV was situated so that only one side of the bed could see it. The bathroom wall tiles were covered in mold. Access to my room from the parking lot was routed by the maids congregation area which was always congested and is probably a fire hazard. The only thing I did not like about my stay was the lack of the included breakfast. We were directed to the eatery next door that was over priced. Other than that I would recommend staying at the Raddison Hotel, Covina.

I can honestly say i have never had a more horrible stay at a hotel. The front desk treated me as a second class citizen. I reserved the presidental suite and was informed that it would be ready by 11am. I showed up at 11:30am. When i arrived they told me that the room would be ready around 1pm. So i came back around 3pm and was told the room was still […] not ready come back in a half hour. Then i arrived around 4pm and the room was still not ready and they will call me when it is ready. I received a call around 5:30pm. While walking to my room there was construction everywhere and the elevators did not work. Ps presidental suites are on the top floor. When i got to my door all of the trash from the room was sitting next to the door. While in the room i was putting some drinks in the refridgerator and low and behold there was rotten food inside of it. After letting the staff know about the problems they offered free breakfast. The next morning around 10:20am i was walking through the lobby and the person at the front desk told me i better hurry because check out is at 11am. I informed them that check out is at 12pm. Then they started to yell at me. Finally they told me fine we will just have to extend your stay then. When i arrived at the diner at 10:30am for the breakfast the servers where packing up the breakfast carts and told me that breakfast was over. I let them know that i had a free breakfast coupon. So they handed me a sticky menu in another language. I had to ask what was on the menu. I finally heard something that i wanted to order and they told me sorry we are out of that right now and we are out of this and that as well. I ordered my breakfast and when i received it the food was bad (as in rotten). I let the manager know about what happened and they offered me another free breakfast for the next day. I was very pleased with the service they made me feel very important and welcomed. Other than the pool being closed for maintance and the remodeling of the hotel rooms the staff is awesome they make u feel like ur the most important person there. I would defenately recommend this hotel to my friends.

I loved staying at this hotel!!! However, two downsides were the first night there was no hot water, and the room service gave us a liter of pop which expired in May 2010....... which was a bummer, no refund or anything, they just said they would tell the food manager.

ahhhh: this Radisson Suites was more like living in a spacious apartment. We totally enjoyed the Sleep Number bed. It was the most comfortable sleep we could ever have in any hotel. The staff provided such great service: the front desk and the housekeepers all made our 7-night stay very comfortable, convenient and welcoming. The view out our windows […] was simply full of beautiful palm trees and flowers. The pool area was like a Bahama paradise. With no doubt of all the hotels we stayed in over 30 years, this is in our top 5 and #1 in the LA area. Thanks to the whole staff for all their heart felt smiles and greetings on each of our conversations. They made us feel like that they were really happy to have us as their guests. The hotel was not bad but they are going thriugh a renovation. Our room had furniture that was stained and it was very dusty, that was the first room. The front desk staff was outstanding! This used to be an embassy suites and still hold the same basic floorplan. You can tell the hotel is a bit old, but still is very nice and comfortable. About 1 mile from restaurant row and just off the interstate.

The hotel layout was confusing. I got lost several times trying to find my room. The room was great, though, and the pool area was really nice. I would stay here again.

This hotel is nice on the exterior with palm trees, nice courtyard and pool area. The rooms are old and in bad need of remodeling. While there thieves broke the lock on my truck and stole $400 worth of marketing and display material out of it. For business travel that was less than perfect, my stay at the Radisson Suites Covina made the trip worthwile!! It's beautiful decor and upscale rooms were delightful!! This was a really nice hotel. Everything was as expected. The only problem that we had was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the day. Also, the sleep number beds didn't work as well as we thought they did. But all in all it was a great stay.
