while the hotel is older, location is excellent. complimentary evening wine and snacks reception in the cloud room as well as complimentary breakfast. great service. will stay here again

Internet connection at room was not possible, but it was refunded. Floor of two double room was dirty. Others was not bad.

Suite was very nice. Staff was nice. Bathroom was rather small. Complementary breakfast and evenings drinks was nice also. VERY close to the inner harbor and surrounding attractions. Exercise room was under equipped and no pool. Overall, very nice though.

When I first arrived, there were 2 rooms reserved for me. This was apparently a mix up caused when I cancelled the first night of what was supposed to be a 2-night stay. It appears that Hotels.com and the hotel worked it out and I haven't been double charged. Neither of the 2 rooms were ready at about noon when I arrived, but I did get a call from the […] hotel around 4pm when a room was ready. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly acceptable for the price. I really didn't spend a whole of time in the room because it was such a short stay, but what I do remember was the air duct jutting into the ceiling above the shower/bath making it difficult to stand (I'm 6'4"). I would stay again, but I'd request a shower that didn't have the duct, which I'm assuming is just a quirk of the building design for that particular room. もっと読む

Overall, terrible. Upon arriving(not stated) there was a $34 parking charge because they have none of their own parking.The air conditioning didn't work so my husband and I sweat the entire night.

Other than the breakfast, all was well.

The hotel is located one block from the harbor and is within easy walking distance of most of the main tourist sites. It is a great value. The free breakfast and happy hour are nice perks. We had a lovely stay at your hotel. The courtesy and friendliness of all the staff made our stay so enjoyable and we thank you for this. We appreciated the fan that was brought immediately to our room when contacted about the problem. We came to Baltimore to your famous John Hopkin's Medical Centre. We had never been to your city or even to the Eastern Coast before and each of your staff treated us like family, therefore, replacing any anxiety with lots of good feelings. Near the harbor which is nice. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast options were excellent. Hotel parking is expensive and the hotel is in serious need of renovations. Or linens were very fresh and clean but there was stuff in the couch and it didn't appear to have been thoroughly vacuumed.

This was a great hotel for a family. We even had our two dogs and everyone was super friendly. The ONLY complaint was that the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. It was pretty warm in the room, lobby, and gym, at times. Other than that everything was great. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located one block from the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and 3 blocks from the Convention Center. The rooms were good size and it does have a fridge and hot breakfast every morning. Hotel definitely needs some new carpet, curtains, etc but it's clean, convenient, and friendly. Easy walk to Camden Yards and Inner Harbor. Parking is pricey but I found a nearby garage for half the price. A good value.

I was on a short business trip just selected this hotel among others from hotels.com. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its great services and kind personnel. They were all willing to help, if you asked any question. Breakfast, and happy hours were additionally convenient to its great location downtown. The Director of Cloud Club, Mr. David […] Grossman, were extremely helpful to find yourself at home, far from home. He warmly welcomed the guests, talked to them and asked them if they need anything. We had a hard time finding the hotel because a bus was parked in front of the sign. When we called.... the front desk clerk actually came out to meet us at our car a street away to guide us in. The hotel was conveniently located near the Inner Harbor attractions. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the "cloud room," which was at the top level and served complimentary breakfast and had a reception each evening. It's convenient, OK and cheaper than the more modern hotels in the area, but that's about it. Check-in took a while as the person at the desk had to "go to the back" to find my Hotels.com reservation. The lamps in the bedrooms don't have outlets so you have to hunt around behind furniture to recharge your computer. The Internet was very, very slow. […] The battery on the remote was apparently run down so it barely worked. There's no closet in the bedroom (it's outside in the living room). The ceilings in the bathroom are ridiculously low. The desk chair was lopsided and uncomfortable. The fruit at the breakfast tasted very strange -certainly not fresh. Internet in the room was balky and the lobby printers for boarding passes were not working.

We had bloody sheets and no a/c. Other than that the room was nice and spacious and hotel had great location.

This location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to the Inner Harbor and surrounding area. The hotel was comfortable with everything you would need and the staff was professional and friendly. The morning and evening light meals served in the Cloud room on the top floor were definitely a plus. What a surprise this hotel turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were so close to the inner Harbour only one block away, so very convenient. We were visiting the convention centre, which is only 2 blocks away, so again, very close. The room was extremely comfortable and contained all the toiletries […] we needed. The cost was so much more than it was worth. The rooms are so small you will feel claustrophobic. No air conditioning so I had to sleep with window open which because of the busy street was so loud. NO WIFI!!! Only a ethernet cord that is in one spot of the hotel room (the desk) so you will not be able to roam throughout the room (even though you can […] reach almost every spot from your bed) with your laptop. Hallways smelled like smoke. I switched rooms three times (which I have never done before) and I ended up checking out early and staying at the Camden Yards Marriott which was fabulous! I spoke to someone else who also checked out and stayed at the Renaissance next door but that was a little too pricey for me (although I ate there and it was fabulous). Me and a business colleague stayed 3 nights at Brookshire suites while we were attending a tradeshow at the Baltimore Convention Center. We found the hotel to have excellent customer service (special thanks to the desk gentleman who directed us to parking). The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice hotel but needs remodeling. All the carpets are worn and need to be replaced. Afternoon happy hour and morning breakfast are a nice start and end to a day. In a nice location to walk and several nice eating places within three blocks. Other down is the $35.00 per day with taxes to park your car.

The Brookshire Suites were quite comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's happy hour featuring drinks and munches was very pleasant after a hard day's work, and there is also a full breakfast to start your day off right. Although nice decor. The office manager was very rude to us. I had scheduled an early check in and when we walked into the hotel the first thing he said to us was "we don't check in til 4:00". Not even "hello" The hotel was located on a one way street and with three hospitals nearby all you hear all day and night is sirens from emergency vehicles. My husband and I stayed here during the week in the springtime. The location was great- walking distance to Inner Harbor and the Power Plant Live bars.
