初めてのパリ、エッフェル塔はホテルから徒歩４０分、ホテルのスタッフは優しくてあらゆる面で助けになった。ただ、電車で３つ乗り換えるか、タクシーだと５０ユーロかかるので、空港からのシャトルサービスがあればと思う。

ホテルはとても素敵でくつろげた。ロケーションも抜群だった。観光的なものから離れていて、良いお店がなんでも揃う環境が良い区域だ。ホテルの近くを歩き回って時間を過ごしたのがとても楽しかった。メトロの駅がすぐ角にあるので、とても便利だ。スタッフも大変フレンドリーだった。また絶対泊まるだろう。

ホテルは風情のある改修がされている。一等地、凱旋門やシャンゼリゼに歩いて１５分。メトロ駅、ワグラムへ歩いて５分（ルーブルやノトール・ダムに直結）。きれいでくつろげる部屋。窓付きのバスルーム。素晴らしいサービス。

このホテルの全てが単に普通。もし本当に良い料金で手に入ったのなら、まあ良い買い物だが、払いすぎないこと。ロケーションは悪くないが素晴らしくはない。ホテルは４つ星がついているが、わたしなら３つ星にするだろう。周辺の環境はそれほど提供できるものはない。通りの向こうにカフェが一軒ある。部屋は小さいが、過度に狭苦しくはない。

The entrance of the hotel not easy , has just stairs & you have to carry your luggages & hold the main door . All rooms facing streets and expect to wake up early every day ! Elevator is slow too tighty even for one healthy person. location is not bad

This was one of the rare occasions I was pleasantly surprised by a hotel. My wife and I had rolled the dice and used a "Secret Hotel" booking. We got a good deal in terms of price, then a bit appointed to get a Best Western hotel. Only because I do a lot of business travel and they are generally more business type. On arrival we found Wagram Metro station […] to be on the opposite side of the same block. Easy to find, just walk around the block either direction from the exit and you'll find it. This is a boutique hotel, taken over by Best Western and still has that feel. Original Art Deco styling, odd shaped hotel with odd shaped rooms (only 4 per floor), odd shaped mirrors on the recommended the walk down the stairs, impossibly small lift (max. about 3 people). Bear in mind that generally 4* in France is about 3* actual, this was on par in my experience, with ups and downs in condition, service and facilities that didn't take away from the overall experience. Sure this is a quirky hotel, they have breakfast facilities (not used) but no proper restaurant. We ordered room service on the night we arrived and, given no restaurant, received high quality, cold (as designed) food. That said, using the chicken club sandwich as a standard measure of quality across hotels, this was one of the best I've ever had; tasty, moist and crunchy on the outside. This hotel is probably not for everyone, but if you want one that's not a cardboard cut-out of another hotel, then try this one. もっと読む

It located near the metro, which made me easy to access every attractions in Paris. The staffs were very kind. This was very comfortable compared to the reasonable price even though the room was not so big (especially smoking room in top floor)

Easy to find hotel and very close to the Metro station. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Free wifi was great only problem is you have to login everytime you use it. Supermarket downstairs and in a lovely residential location with lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

The hotel is great for a quick weekend get away for 2 or 3 days. But a definate problem is parking and the size of the rooms. I stayed in a deluxe room and with my bags and myself the room was too cramped for my comfort level.

The location of the Hotel was good and the manner of the receptionists excellent , but I do not think it was a four star hotel. the room was small and more maintanance needs to be done. For example the lift was very small and was out of service the whole time we were there !!! The room was very small but it was clean.

Could not open the door of the room wide enough to fit the suitcase between the door and the corner of the bed. The shower ceiling was peeling and was so low anyone over 5'4" would be touching the ceiling. And this for an expensive rate!

It is a great location to […] launch a days exploration in the city as a short power walk gets you to the Arc de Triomphe in ten minutes, or 200 meters away is Wagram Metro which brings you straight down to Notre dame/Louvre area. We found a great italian restaurant (Antonio's) across the road which is perfect for evenings when your too tired to make an effort for dinner. And many more in the locality within a ten minute walk. The cleaning staff start at about 10 - 1030 in the morning which acts as a great alarm to get you out of bed and kick starting your day in this beautiful city. It was great to come back every day to a freshly cleaned room and changed bed covers. Im certainly not used to that. The lift is hilariously small but as it was not busy when we were staying it suited out lazy needs perfectly, sure who needs room in a lift anyway, its more romactic that way and sure it is Paris. もっと読む

Very nice and clean rooms. Across the street is a cafe to the left, a bakery and supermarket to the right. Very convenient location. Metro station is to the right a few step to the back of hotel.
