room did not cool off well ac was on the floor. tolet clogged, room too small.

Air conditioner didn't work or the remote for the air conditioner didn't work and it was impossible to have staff help. After complaining the third day ( morning and evening ) 1 employee told me to bring remote to front counter to be set up corretly. Once it was done I was told just to go back to room and press start. It still didn't work and no staff […] had ever time to come by room to turn it on. I booked this room for the sole purpose of crashing after a night of partying. The lady at the desk was very nice at time of check in and was very helpful when I had problems with the temperature in my room. Overall my stay here was cool for what it was purchased for.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and comfortable (we actually had enough towels!). The continental breakfast was good.

You get what you pay for. Beds unstable and you can get hurt, the air condition leaks water and it doesn't matter the setting.

Do not stay at the hotel. Not clean, old TV, stains and holes in the carpet. Air conditioning does not work very well. Nothing is good about this hotel.

I had thought that a name like Biltmore Suites would be a comparable hotel to say Courtyard or Fairfield and Hampton Inn but I was fooled. The room was dirty, wall paper peeling, carpets stained, i even wondered if the sheets were clean. I would not go back or recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was old and poorly maintained. Towels were dirty or stained. Second day handtowels and washcloths weren't provided - was told housekeeping hadn't finished doing the laundry before they went home - had to wait for them to be washed (and the hotel was nowhere near full!). Room where breakfast was served was full of trash on tables when we arrived. […] Exercise room was a joke - room was hardly big enough to fit the one treadmill! The stay was quiet and nice. I stayed during the week so I guess that's why it was quiet. Staff was nice and friendly. My boyfriend was handicap and even though there was a shower chair. The floors were to slippery for him and he fell while exiting the shower thank god he didn't get hurt. They need to make it more safer for the handicap

I was initially assigned a room on the third floor of the hotel. When I got off the elevator, the temperature of the air hallway must have been over 90 degrees. When I got into my room, it was even hotter. I turmed on the air conditioning unit and left the room. When I returned about 90 minutes later, the room was just as hot. The bathroom sink is in the kitchenette area in the room itself.
