今回で2回目の利用でした 場所も良いし、部屋自体にも満足 ただ冬前なのに何故か(壊れていて)部屋の暖房が付かず、 夜は少し寒い思いをしました また、洗面所にアメリカの古い家によく出てくるような ゲジゲジのような虫が出てきました… 虫が苦手なので辛かったです 私の部屋のコーヒーメーカーは洗っている様子はなく、 汚なかったのでお湯をわかすことはできませんでした… しかしこのお値段ならそこそこなホテルではないかと思います ホテルのスタッフの方の対応はとてもよかったです 朝食はバイキング？のようなシステムで結構好きです 朝食は曜日によってはかなり混雑するようなので、 早めに行かれることをお勧めします 大変なこともありましたが、ボルチモアへ行ったときはまた利用すると思います

"Was there for the navy day ball"
Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for the navy day ball. The staff on hand provided the facilities for both the ball and the onsight day care. The rooms were ill equipped to handle children. My daughter was in the infant room, and as the hotel didnt provide the actual daycare providers you should know my review is not of the day care service but […] the hotel's participation in this matter. they did NOT provide an adequate dinner as promised-2 chicken strips are not dinner-please include a side of some sort. Next- it is ABSOLUTELY NECCESSARY to include a trashcan in the infant room to dispose of the diapers. The providers were shorthanded and unable to get help from the hotel in this matter. I spoke with the front desk about getting a trashcan put in each of the daycare rooms and i was assured it would happen. it didNOT. The front desk staff having become aware of teh sanitary issue, assured me that they would correct that immediatly-when i returned to the room to check on it-they had not, another parent at that point left and pulled one from the bathroom. if the staff is aware of a grossly neglectful action or lack thereof, and assure that they will correct the measure... then it needs to be taken care of. Apparently the other rooms did not recieve there trashbins either. Sure the rooms were nice, and the staff polite-but they were incapable to handle this sort of event. It doesnt take much to get a trashbin-i saw plenty of staff just standing around-they have no excuse. Their service has deeply disapointed me-i should have been able to trust the hotel when they said they will do something, that that task would be completed-it wasnt. So in short, while polite, the staff is incapable of providing appropriate accomadations, following through with requests, and making corrections to provide a sanitary safe room for children under the age of 2. :( i do not want to come back. もっと読む
"very pleased"
Everything we expected! Staff was warm and inviting, provided directions and suggestions for dining and site seeing, the pool area is great, perefect for families or couples, beautiful hotel. Will definetly stay here again on future visits to the area.
"Marriott at BWI"
Hotel was good, easy location for Baltimore and DC and BWI airport. The very best part was the excellent server in the restaurant for Sunday breakfast. A Korean woman, this type of employeee makes one want to return.

Great location with newer looking lobby and rooms. We had a small meeting with about 45 people. The meeting rooms are easily located just beyond the lobby. The Conference Coordinator was very responsive in helping us. "Great room!"
This was a very nice hotel, albeit maybe a little pricey for the area. There are many hotels in the area, and for the price we paid there was no real added benefit that other hotels did not offer.
