"Very disappointed will never stay there again"
Yes the hotel was clean. BUT...was very loud. We were at a end room 306for to be specific. Everytime some one shut their door across the hall or even next door and half way down the hall to the elevators. OUR door rattled like someone was knocking ALL FREACKING NIGHT LONG. Air conditioning was going out..sounded like it was going to fall off the wall […] while we slept in our Full size beds. Plez some get a clue family of 3 or 4 can not have a good night sleep on a bed made for 1 good size man or two very small kids. GET SOME QUEENS FOR YOUR DBL ROOMS. last but not least the toilet gurgled all night and ran continusly. Room was very clean. Although my husband and I got locked in our room for about 15 minutes. The door lock was jammed. We did receive free parking as a part of the package, which is normally an additional $10. Although we were unable to park in the lot because there were no parking spaces. "Would NOT recommend"
It was just okay. The room that they put us in had a really weird sewage smell. We had to ask them to put us in another room (they did and also gave us 2 coupons worth $10 each to use at the restaurant there). Everything looks rundown. One of the elevators was not working properly. The only positive thing I could say about it is that it is a block away […] from the Galleria Dallas and not too far from downtown Dallas. "Parking Difficulties and LOTS of construction"
First of all, I think that paying $10/day to park ONSITE at any hotel that isn't located in a downtown area, is just ridiculous. Second, if you're going to charge me this nuisance fee, at least get your parking gates/meters sorted out so that my room key will actually allow me to enter/exit! Not once during my stay did it operate properly as promised. […] I was even late for a dinner meeting because I couldn't get out of the parking lot and had to go back inside and get the keycard recoded. And it STILL DIDN'T WORK when I returned to the parking lot! Third, there is so much construction on I-635/LBJ that getting onto the interstate is just a massive pain with the re-routing of the roads, etc. Will definitely return to my preferred hotel of choice a mile away where parking is free, hotel staff is more accomodating and access to the main roads is far superior! もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

Our junior suite was really nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Way too much construction in the area, no nearby restaurants, hotel food ridiculously high as expected. Overall I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

The hotel its self and room was very clean very nice i think the only problem was that when returning back to our room after a night out with my husband around 1:30 in the morning there was no parking left so when i went in to ask were to park the guy at the front desk was annoyed with my question and very rudely told me down the block on the street […] at that time people were coming in from a night out also very upset that there was no parking, so needless to say we findly parked two blocks away along with about 10 more cars that was the only down fall other than that its a great hotel for the price and breakfast was very good !! もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Friendly, convenient, excellent food"
Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent food services. Shower/bathroom was a bit cramped and on a Wednesday at 7:45am there was no hot water. Overall satisfactory though and I would stay there again, and shower in the evenings instead.Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ
