This hotel was in a really convenient location as far as proximity to major roads, restaurants, and stores. It is fairly clean, but the building exterior, the furnishings, and bathroom fixtures are quite outdated and are a bit tarnished. We were not at the hotel a lot, except for sleeping. The room was very warm when we arrived because of the old air conditioning unit not being turned on. The room was clean and decent for the price. Despite a good breakfast, including delicious donuts from a local bakery, we would not stay here again. There was a terrible smell in the hallway, room carpet was sticky and dust had collected in the corners. I read some comments about this hotel online and was bit skeptical about reserving this one. When I landed there , the staff realized that the room was small for our needs and upgraded to a larger one without charging extra. Changed from first room after shower when I noticed black footprints on the shower floor resulting from my walking barefoot on the carpet in my room. In second room used white slippers to walk around and those were black on bottom by second day.
