ワシントン ヒルトン (Washington Hilton)格安予約

ホテルの方々が親切で環境もよく、大通りもにぎやかでお店も多くよかったのですが隣室の話声がよく聞こえたのがマイナス点でした。

基本的に申し分のないものの、自身の利用したダブルベッド×２の部屋には冷蔵庫が無く、また、最寄り駅のDupont Circleから徒歩１０分は決して遠くはないものの近くはなくかつホテル自体が大きいために自室に辿り着くのに少々時間を要したため、「部屋の快適さ」と「ホテルの場所の利便性」の評価を４とさせていただいた。

ヒルトンですが、日本のヒルトンとは違い、設備的には劣ります。ウォシュッレトはなし、コーヒーメーカーや歯ブラシなどもついておらず、電話をして持ってきてもらいました。でも部屋は広く、窓は少し開いて空気の入れ替えもすることができて、ごく普通の外国のオーソドックスな良いホテルと言った感じです。環境は良いです。また辺りには食べるところが沢山あり、良いのですが、駅までが少し遠いです。

近くにレストランなどが結構あります。 １０ドル程度でタクシーでスミソニアン博物館に行けます。 ホテルの人はフレンドリーで感じいいです。 日本語を話せるスタッフがいなかったのがちょっときつかったですが。 ホテルの部屋は広くて申し分ないですが、冷蔵庫があればもっと良かったです。 壁は結構薄くて隣の話し声が聞こえました。

When booking a stay at a Hilton, you more or less expect the best service, and comfort. Nevertheless the service was low, and the quality of the room wasnt all that great, again considering that this is a Hilton. All in all, its an okay hotel for staying a night.

Hotel quality meets Hilton standards, but the service is below average. Front Desk associates aren't customer service oriented. I would encourage the hotel to conduct further training and reshuffle their front desk staff.

Great location, and very professional staff. Kind of a business hotel, but night life, etc. is nearby.

although not as near as other hotels to the tourist landmarks, this hotel is a landmark in itself which warranted it as one of the stops of the yellow line open top (hop on - off) tour bus. hotel personnel are generally approachable and friendly. check in was a breeze i was even asked if i have a room/floor preference. reasonably priced hotel.

I booked on Hotels.com and was pleasantly surprised by what a great hotel it was and it such a good location! Lots of restaurants and near the Metro.

My first job was a bell-boy in a fine hotel. we were taught, "service with a smile". That is just what we got.Nice people make a nice hotel.

We loved our hotel and the neighborhood! The public transit made it so easy to go sight seeing. My son and I had a great time! Thank you!

I prepaid for two nights of stay and parking throught hotels.com. When I arrived on Friday night, I was told that the parking garage was full so I did not have a place to park. They told me parking was first come, first serve even though I had already paid $68. They couldn't credit my card since it had already been charged. They offered me breakfast […] as a consolation prize. That was not acceptable. There was another woman next to me having problems while checking into her room. I talked to the manager who called someone to find street parking for me. No one answered the phone. He finally found a spot for me and had the valet park my car. He insisted that he give me a breakfast voucher as well for my inconvenience. What he failed to mention was that I would be charged an additional 39$ for letting valet park my car and that I would have a hard time using the voucher that was technically for one person even though two people were staying in my room. I later found out that valet moved two cars to the street to find room for me. I think that should have been done in the beginnning when I first checked in . If someone pays 68$ for parking, they expect to have a spot. If it really is first come, first serve, then you shouldn't be allowed to prepay on the website. The bed and pillowes were comfortable. The bathroom shelves were very dusty. The safe didn't work. In order for the hair dryer to work, I had to hold it at the at the vent. The hotel is close to Dupont circle and a short walk to the Metro station. I did get the $39 taken off my bill at checkout. The lady at checkout told me that I would have to move my car out of the garage by 11am even though the concierge told me that I had until 10pm Sunday night to move my car. If I would have listened to the concierge, I would have been charged an extra $34. When I was checking out, the man next to me was disputing charges on his bill. excellent choice. good location to metro and all attractions. resturant high priced. can find subway pizza starbucks etc on connecticut ave and the dupont circle area. no spa. pool not open til summer.

the hotel was clean and friendly. the breakfast was excellent with a very attentive staff. could not have asked for more!

Nice, clean, comfortable room, even closer to DuPont circle metro than we thought, and friendly, helpful staff. Cafe in the lobby was enjoyable and the flavored water was very refreshing. Bathroom was nice and clean too! What more can you ask?

The rooms at the DC Hilton have been recently renovated and though small are very comfortable. Fast elevators, though crowded with families. The in-hotel restaurant and bar is terrible, just go out to Connecticut Ave. Internet is not free, but ask and you might get complimentary service. We had an excellent stay; guest services were excellent; location was in good proximity to the various neighborhoods and attractions. Highly recommend. Will stay there again.

Stayed at the WH with my husband and kids. They let us check in early and check out late - no extra charge. Good rate, clean and comfortable room. Bit of a hike to the Dupont Circle metro for my 5 year old, but it's a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants.

No coffee pots in room but on last night a 2 cup machine appeared! Would have been nice to have the whole stay. Close to metro and lots of places to eat.

Loved everything about it except for the walk from the metro to the hotel. It's 4 blocks going up hill and that was no fun at the end of the day. The service was wonderful, the concierge was very helpful, internet was fast, comfortable, good view out my window, nice neighborhood.

This place is 3 blocks to the dupon center metro station. The best part of this hotel is its neighborhood is quite and beautiful. The Embassy Row is right on the opposite of the street. Restaurant and bars are around.

The room was everything I'd expect from a Hilton property, only issue was that the bathroom door was frosted glass and didn't latch all the way shut. Overall a good stay. There are certain drawbacks to any hotel in DC, such as crowds and small rooms. I was impressed that the Hilton seemed to handle large numbers of people well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Elevators very fast. Hotel restaurants of very good quality and competitively priced. Rooms are small but adequate.

Loved the room and the neighborhood. But BEWARE! Internet access costs $11 / day or $30 for 3 days. Factor that into your cost when comparing.

The hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, awesome lobby and a cool sports bar. The front desk service of this hotel was absolutely horrible. It took about an hour to check in after multiple phone calls between hotels.com and the manager of the front desk. Nice hotel for a decent price. Upon check-in we discovered our hotel room smelled like a skunk. We were quickly transferred to a new bigger room with a better view within minutes. The customer service was seamlessly wonderful. I plan to stay there for my next business event.

They told me I don't have internet access until I confronted the front-desk with confirmation email from Hotels.com. Then the wired internet connection is very unstable. I had to call an outsourced service (transferred through the hotel service) many times in a night, but eventually they did not solve the problem. Self Parking fee is $34 per day.

Well located within walking distance of the Metro. A larger Washington Hotel that is well-kept with friendly staff. The room is well furnished and only slightly small. Only problem was limited hot water in the shower, but other than that it was an excellent stay.

Overall the experience was OK. The room was very clean and the location of the hotel is good. However, regarding the facilities, I can´t undertand how this hotel doesn´t have an indoor pool. We went last week (around middle of march), we had a couple of sunny days and the outdoor pool was closed. Enjoyed the stay. Great customer service, very satisfied with accomodations. I stayed at the Washington Hilton several times in early 80's. Did not know what to expect after these many years. Pleasantly surprised. Same Hilton quality!

The hotel is well maintained and staff was attentive, the Metro is just a few blocks away, so very convienent and close to all attractions. Hotel Sports bar a little pricey, but so is everything in DC. Overall pleasant stay and experience.
