ノボテル クラーク キー シンガポール (Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay)格安予約

クラークキーに近いばかりでなく、ホテルが同居するビルに紀伊国屋書店やスーパーの明治屋があるので日本人には便利です。特に、シンガポールの和食は高価な場合が多いですが、このホテル周辺にはカジュアルな和食屋が割と多く、お財布にもやさしいです。周辺環境のせいか、夜は結構賑やかです。 ホテル自体は古いですが、部屋はリノベートされているようで快適でした。残念だったのは窓が汚れていたこととクローゼット部分に老朽化が見えたことくらいでしょうか。ホテルでの宿泊費が高いシンガポールの中では、全体的なコストパフォーマンスが優れていると思いました。

家族4人で二部屋の利用。同じ階を利用したかったものの冷たくないといわれたことが不満。１階にフードコート、地下に明治屋、2階か3階に紀伊国屋がありアジアの周辺国から買い出しにくる日本人にとり大変便利。室内はきれいでスイミングプールも子供と利用できた。オーチャードからの帰りがタクシーが捕まえにくいことも不便。支払い後にエクスぺディアを見たところ同日程で1,700円ほど安かったのが大変残念だった。

シンガポールへは買い出しで行くことが多く，ホテルのビル内に，明治屋，紀伊国屋があるので，泊まり時にはいつも利用してます。

お風呂は、ガラス張りのシャワー室とシャワー付きのバスタブがあったけど、バスタブのシャワーが使えなくて、 いきなりローテンション。 部屋に収納用の引き出しもなく、数泊するにはちょっと不便。 ただ、元、オータニホテルだったこともあり、地下は明治屋が入っていて、日本食材もゲットできるし、1階には、食堂があって、朝でも夜でも気軽に食事が可能。 カヤトースト、飲茶、中華など種類も豊富。 ロケーションは、チャイナタウンとオーチャード通りの中間なので、それぞれ15分くらい歩く必要があるけど、タクシーが安いので、それほど不便ではない。 ホテルのすぐそばは、ナイトクルーズの船着き場で、マリーナベイサンズやマーライオンのライトアップを楽しめます。親切な船長が乗客全員の写真を撮りまくってくれるのはご愛嬌。 […]  ガイドブックに書いてあるいろいろなところを楽しみたいなら、そこそこいいと思います。そういう意味では初心者向けかな？ もっと読む

サービスがあまり良くないです。ルームクリーニングの際に、昨晩使用したタオルの回収がされていませんでした。また、エキストラベッドの回収を依頼した際の従業員の態度が非常に悪かった。 ホテルの立地は良く、便利でした。 サービスが改善されれば非常に良いホテルです。

インド駐在です。心身リフレッシュのためにシンガポールへ旅行しました。 すぐ隣（同じ建物内？）にあるモールに日本食スーパー明治屋・紀伊国屋書店・セブンイレブンなどが入っています。フードコートや隣接したレストランで、多国籍な食事ができます。 ３泊４日の内一日は雨ででかけられなかったのですが、子連れでモール内を散策し、それなりに楽しめました。 ブランド服やバッグなどの買いものには全く物足りないエリアだろうと思いますが、ゆったり過ごすのには良いです。 ホテルの朝食は高かった為、前の夜に明治屋で調達しました。それも楽しかったです。 スタッフの方達も親切でした。初日エアコンの音が大きかったのですが、清掃の方が気づいてメンテナンスの方に伝えてくれ、すぐにモーター交換になり、あとは静かでした。子供が金庫 […] をいじって開けられなくなってしまった時も迅速に対応してくれました。 またシンガポールに行くことがあれば、次も泊まりたいと思います。 もっと読む

（立地） リバーサイド至近。ホテル下にセブンイレブンや明治屋などがあるモールと、食事や日常買い物に不自由なし。 チャイナタウンやラッフルズ・プレイスなども徒歩圏だが、日中は暑く、歩くには根性必要。 クラークキー駅までも、それなりに（徒歩約１０分）あるので、頻繁に往復する気にはなれない。荷物がある場合はタクシーが無難。 （部屋） 景観良し。（リバーサイド側だった。マリーナ側だと、おそらくマリーナ・ベイ・サンズが見えると思われる） 広さ、十分。（おそらくアップグレードしてくれたのでは？） トイレも綺麗。バスタブのほかシャワールームありだったが、バスタブの方のシャワーが使えなかった（壊れていた？ただシャワールームがあったので減点、もっとも使わなかったため、クレームも言わなかった） （サービス） […]  とくに気になった点はなし。ただ、毎朝８時半に呼び鈴が押され、日本語新聞を持ってくる・・・反応しないでいると鍵をあけて入ってきて「ステイヒア？」と声をかけてくるボーイがいるのは、閉口する。あれは一体、何を意味しているのか？新聞は扉にかけておいてくれればいいと思うのだが・・・。 対応策として「DON'T、DISTURB」の札を下げたら、さすがに無くなった。日本語新聞は嬉しいが、あのサービスはいかがなものかな、ノボテルさん。 （周辺） リバーサイドの騒ぎがうるさい、というレビューもあったので気になっていた。確かにホテルの真下には、朝まで営業しているクラブやｂａｒが並んでいて、言わばシンガポールの六本木状態である。 だが、私は１８階だったせいか、全くうるさくなかった。もちろん、治安が悪いわけでもないので、悪影響は一切なかった。 前述したように、ホテル下にセブンイレブン。そして１０時～２２時営業の明治屋があるので、日常的買い物は大変便利である。 また食事場所も周辺だけで十分、事足りる。 （お勧め） シティ観光をメインに考えている方にはオススメ出来ると思う。 また「シンガポールの六本木」で夜遊びを考えている方にも。・・・クラークキー周辺の夜は、相当に賑やかなので、遊びごたえがあるだろう。 もっと読む

ホテルの対応：早朝到着便だったので、初めは部屋には入れなかったが、10時半にアーリーチェックインと無料のアップグレード（プレミアムフロア）を要求せずにしてくれた。（プレミアムサービスの対応はできないとのことだった）部屋もきれいで、全体的に満足。 コンシェルジュ：相談すると親切に対応してくれる。（日本語はできないが）　　　 設備：プールはそれほど大きくないがあまり混んでおらず子供たちが楽しんでいた。１ｍ～３．５ｍの深さなので幼児には向かないかもしれないが。 ホテルの下に明治屋、紀伊国屋ありその他、ローカルフードコート、日本食レストラン（入らなかったので味はわからないが）マック他、お店が多数入っており便利 近隣：隣接のクラークキーは夜は若者には楽しい場所。また足を延ばせばボートキーにも歩いて行け […] るのでシンガポールリバー沿いで食事ができる オーチャードへも徒歩圏でロケーションがいい タクシーもすぐに来る 全体的に満足できました。 もっと読む

今回が初めてのシンガポールでいした。条件として ①クラークキーに行きたい②子供が小さい（3才）という条件があったのでホテル選びはかなり慎重になりました。食事は外でする予定でしたので宿泊のみのかなり安いプランで予約しました。夜7時くらいにホテルに着いたのですがフロントでの対応もものすごく気持ちがよく部屋もとても清潔で夜景もきれいで言うことなしでした。前日に別のホテル（ノボテルより価格が高い）に宿泊していたのですが連泊すれば良かったと思うくらい快適でした。1Ｆのボーイさんもとても親切で私のつたない英語を一生懸命理解してくれありがたかったです。バスタブがあったのでゆっくりお風呂につかって疲れをとることができました。

This hotel is a very good value and in an excellent location for transportation as well as entertainment. My room was recently renovated and overlooked the river. perfect location, 15 minutes away from everything, very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommendable only down side is construction near by but barely hear it,also you can hear the night club sometimes. If ur 60 and above this hotel maybe not for you other then that GREAT HOTEL!!

The location is great next to Clarke Quay. A pretty basic Novotel with minimalist decor. Although I expect to pay for internet access at a mid to higher end business hotel, having to pay US$24 per day for internet access seems excessive, almost abusive. We stayed here in march and had a great time. We got our room upgraded due to some errors with our payment and got a great room overlooking Clark Quay. Lots of space, big bed and a really nice bath room. Also clean, which is most important in my opinion. Great Location and staff very helpfull, only drawback is there is construction next to the hotel which is quite noisy. We had to change rooms, but the hotel staff were very accommodating. Views great, room comfortable, Would definately recommend just check to make sure your not near the construction area.

Nice hotel, clean, modern. 10 min walk from MRT. Next to the Singapore river, and Clarke quay with cafees and restaurants along the river. Shopping mall practically in the hotel. Located in the Clark Quay area, it is surrounded by a lot of bars and eating establishments (of the mid-to-high priced kind). There are two shopping malls, Liang Court and Central which has a decent food court each for cheap eats. Location was great. Walking distance to Central@ shopping mall and MRT ( Clarke quay). Walking distance ti boay quay and clash quay where lots of nice western and seafood restaurants located. Nice view and room is spacious and comfy. Unfortunately, when I saw 5 sets of Mac being set at the corner then I instantly had hunch that the room was not equipped […] with free wifi. Perfect location near MRT and next to Clarke Quay. Hotel is as clean and comfortable as you'll find in Singapore for that price. Tremendous value. In-room internet charges are overpriced, but free macs give you internet in the lobby. Pool is nice, fitness center small but adequate.

Great position, only a couple of minutes to the MRT so easy to get to and from airport as well as every sight in Singapore. Located in a bustling area, whilst surrounding area is priced for the tourist its only one stop on the MRT to Chinatown where its a fraction of the price. This was the second time we had stayed at the hotel. The location is excellent but we there is always renovations going on and banging and drilling drives you crazy. Because of the drilling, both Jan 2011 and Jan 2012 we were upgraded to the executive floors but the drilling was so loud. Executive room describing as a four people was at the end for 2, when we said it wasn't what we bought their first proposal was to put 2 mattresses on the floor but the bed left was a single one, in complement on that the sofa was smelling bad as somebody having had vomited on it....so after a long strong talk we got a junior suite but only for 2 nights […] as they were going to start the refurbishment of it in 2 days, so the room was. not set to receive 4 people and they had to put one matttess on the floor and the overall quality of the room was quite bad explaining the refurbishment....During this strong bargaining, the people were quite rude, when I have asked for compensation they said "do I have any choice?" and we could see that she was not so happy to offer free breakfast to all of us during our stay which is a very poor compensation! So in conclusion, bad service, hotel comfort is so so, breakfast is so so too, the only interest of this place is the location, all the rest is quite bad! One more thing for hotels.com, please don't sell this executive room for 4 people, none of them are, you have only two settings, 1 single + 1 king bed or two singles beds! もっと読む

Novotel is great for families - they allowed up to 2 single beds besides the king sized bed in our room, so it was very comfortable for my family of 4. Also, it has a games console area with X Box - a hit with my 2 boys!

The hotel itself is great and the location adds to another advantage... a must stay hotel

Everything is great about this hotel except one thing, it's located above several all night clubs. Even on the 19th floor we could hear the "boom, boom, ba-boom" until dawn. I don't know what they can do to rectify that. If you stay here, bring earplugs or ask for a room looking toward the river.

The 4-star rating is not adequate for this hotel. Although the location is excellent for a short stay, the room quality is subpar. Amenities are minimal, room is not very clean, there is a smell in the hallways, bed is not comfortable. Buffet offered for meals is very poor by Asian standards.

Nice and neat hotel, but everything cost extra! Internet was charged per day and you couldn't choose less than that (e.g. 1 hour). Breakfast was also quite pricey.

Massive rooms - including couch - good for entertaining nice view good aircon beds are nice and big and very comfy pool 2min walk to a heap of bars and restaurants very close to china town

WIth Chinatown ten minutes away, and surrounded by bars and restaurants along the Singapore river, this hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was good, with excellent views of the City.

My second visit to the hotel in the last two weeks. Stayed for one week this time with no major issues. Great Location, Great View, Great Price. I would recommend the hotel for the view alone! Unless you like to get up early be sure to use your DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. The staff is very prompt for room clean up. Other than that, great stay.

Nice hotel, clean and good location with restuarants and bars nearby in Clarke Quay. The reception staff were a mixture of helpful or very unhelpful which tended to spoil the stay. Restuarant lacks imagination - it's buffet or buffet or buffet and you need to be there with ample time else the waiters take great pleasure in reminding you of the time […] they close.
