I stayed here for one night - the room was good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful - the trouble was that when I asked if there was a continental breakfast, the front desk person said yes and pointed to the lovely restaurant with the wonderful breakfast buffet. My husband and I ate and then the man clearing our plates asked for our […] tickets. What tickets? Turns out, not ALL rooms get a free breakfast, including ours. It would be much better if ALL rooms got this lovely free breakfast!! In the end, the front desk person comped the breakfast without much complaining on my end, so that was good. Beds were comfortable and it was close to the airport. Parking charge was a surprise at $9.00 a night so we parked out on the street for free.

We were charged for three nights parking without anyone telling us there was a parking fee. I feel this is totally unacceptable. We should have been told about this by the person outside who gave us the parking tag and also by the people at the front desk. I will not return because I don't like surprises like this. Located close to the airport, this hotel is well-maintained and has a cordial staff. The rooms are rather standard, but clean. There was no safe or refrigerator in the room. The room was quiet.

enjoyed our stay at his hotel had a family reunion was close to the park, freeway easy to find the beds were wonderful only thing I didn' like was had the stay was not long enough but we will be back everyone was nice and friendly.

I had a great stay at the Hilton with the exception of not getting our rollaway as promised to us by hotel manager "Jeff".Other then that it was great...

Very nice place to stay unless you're a light sleeper.

Hotel decor, room layout and location were great. The service was totally unacceptable. Did not receive maid service until I contacted the front desk (almost nightfall the 2nd night). Toilet was not flushing properly, had to call maintenance. Hot water faucet for the sink and TV remote did not work properly. Great hotel, still has places for smokers to smoke, free shuttle to Ontarios mills ( on of souther Ca's best shipping malls)

I didn't expect to have to pay for parking and I would have expected a flat screen TV. The bathroom was a little small but not bad. The bathroom door just barly cleared the toilet and blocked half of the tub.

The price I was quoted was only the start. This hotel adds on fees for other things, including WiFi access, parking your own car, and a very large, un-refundable fee for pets. I'd rather stay at a place that's up-front and honest about what they charge.

When I stayed at the hotel I had to worry about not getting into my room and about my things being stolen. When I first got my room key and went to the room it took 5 minutes just to open the door. This would happen everytime I tried to open the door. Then my mom brought me a gift basket with cookies in it and when I left for the day the maids took […] my chocolate cookies but nothing else. Then when I went to tell the front desk they told me sorry I guess the maid was hungry and laughed like it was nothing. It was the worst hotel I have ever been in and I plan to never come back. The maids also stole my change the I had on a desk. I took everything I had with me because I did not want my stuff to be stolen. This hotel was so stuffy and dirty. They are over priced and very rude. I was asked to down grade my stay without any explanation. The check in was incompetant and rude. Stay at LaQuinta across the street and do yourself a favor. Uncomfortable and overpriced

They desperately need microwaves an refrigerators in the rooms. The bed linen needs to be changed at least every other day........

I have paid less for better rooms and conveniences. Had to pay for” nothing special parking”, “pay for use” internet and no free continental breakfast. I would not stay there again, to many better and cheaper places to chose from.

The hotel was very comfortable and the bed was was very nice to sleep in. The breakfast was very convenient and the price was right.

The hotel itself is nice and so is the room especially for the price. My only complaint is the shower is outdated and I could only get luke warm water out of it.
