"L'auberge d' Aspen"
We had a cozy little clean cabin for a couple of nights, this was the perfect spot for skiing and nightlife, it was very close to the Silver Queen Lift and Belly Up Aspen.
"best buy in Aspen"
This is our second time staying in one of the cabins at L'Auberge. The location is great. Convenient to the bus and easy to walk a few blocks into town. This cabin was smaller than the last, but we were only there to sleep and shower. I would recommend this place.
"Good Economy Spot"
This place is just fine. No frills. We had a little bit of an issue with hot water, but nothing too bad. The tv and appliances are ancient, but worked. it is right on the bus line and a 10-15 minute walk to slopes. All in all well worth the price. I would not recommend staying here with kids as there is nothing for them to do... perfect for couple on […] a budget. もっと読む
"Wow"
This place was amazing. My wife and I stayed for 4 days as part of our anniversary vacation. Lena at the office was great. She spent over 20 minutes helping us find activities. She even called a few places for us to find out rates and availability. The room was just what we hoped for very clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in cabin 21, which included […] a jacuzzi tub for 2, AC and heat, as well as a gas fireplace. The location was awesome, nice and close to downtown. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Aspen...this is it! もっと読む
Great location and very cute cabin, close to mainstreet but did't hear any traffic! There was space enough for tuning skis..... Fireplace did not work......

"auberge d aspen in aspen"
staff was very friendly and helpful, The room was cleaner and very pretty much better than I expected. I can't wait to go to aspen and stay there again. .
"L'Auberge D Aspen"
Quaint and nice, very clean and comfy. I would stay there again, good rates for summer. Just a few blocks away from the downtown area, easy to walk to.

"Potential to be cute...needs maintenance"
The concept of this hotel is cute and quaint. The bathroom was in need of a lot of maintenance. The fireplace would have been wonderful if there had been logs available. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. They do not provide ice or sufficient information on the tv channels.

"L'Auberge D'Aspen"
My wife and I recently stayed at the L'Auberge D'Aspen. The rooms are individual little old miner's cabins. On the up side, it was conveniently located near the loop bus to downtown, a ten minute walk to either downtown or the Aspen Music Festival tent, had quiet split A/C system, and had parking and a complete tiny kitchen. On the down side the bed […] was a little soft and the shower needed updating. Overall cute, fun and reasonably priced. もっと読む
"L"Auberge of Aspen"
The great pictures on line did not do the place justice. It was a dump. Old furniture, old everything. Cabin is 3 separate rooms all cramped, dark and dingy. Asked where we could find Ice and were told they do not provide ice but could fill the trays in the fridge. That would be after defrosting. We sat in the room after visiting Aspen at around 5 […] PM and decided we could not stay in such an unpleasant room and went elsewhere for the night. Obviously paying for a second room. もっと読む
"L'Auberge D Aspen"
It is a nice place, but it is not worth the price they charged us for the night. Our cottage was too close to the road and we could hear the traffic the entire night.
"Convenient to Music Tent"
The units were cute, but quite small. There was little storage space, just on small corner closet. The WiFi access was a plus, but there was nowhere comfortable to put the computer. The kitchen area was great for a quick breakfast, but you had to eat sitting on the bed since there was no table in the room. The housekeeping staff was pleasant. I would […] have liked a little more information about Aspen, a map, for example. もっと読む

"Great, affordable option for Aspen"
We arrived at the hotel early and were given a room upgrade by the friendly/helpful receptionist, and were allowed to immediately check into our room. The accommodations were pleasant with heating and a/c and a pretty big bathroom. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main drag. There is a bus-stop right outside the hotel where you can catch […] a bus downtown, too. We had breakfast at a really nice bakery nearby, but I can't remember the name. I would definitely recommend this place as an affordable and comfortable option in Aspen that it slightly off the main drag. もっと読む
"Aspen on less than an arm and a leg..."
L'Auberge is on Main Street, a short walk to the lifts, shopping and retaurants. The Inn is actually a series of individual cabins. Mine was cozy with one double bed, a small fridge and a microwave. It had a parking spot right outside the door. While not luxurious, the cabin was well decorated, clean and functional. The staff was helpful and profes […] sional. もっと読む

"Soft cushy life"
The bed was way too soft. Otherwise the cabin was very good.
"Cute cabins"
These cabins are good walk from central Aspen but in a nice neighborhood and parking availability is great. They are cute little cabins, perfect for the two of us. We did not expect the cooking possibility of the little kitchenette. As we were there during low season it was reasonable, especially by Aspen standards and the quaint little cabins have […] been updated and are nicely appointed. It is a quick walk to a fun little BBQ place as well. もっと読む
"L'Auberge de Aspen"
Our cabin was cute and clean but small. Our only complaint with the room was a very soft bed with poor quality linens. I would recommend one of the cabins located away from Main Street. Ours was right on the street and we had to keep the windows closed because of the noise. However, for the price, it was a great find and I would definintly go bac […] k. もっと読む
"Nice cabin"
This isn't a hotel, so don't expect full hotel service. It's a group of individual cabins with an office in a separate building. Each cabin comes with its own parking place. The cabins are pleasantly decorated, about the size of a small hotel room. It was completely comfortable, and well situated.
"Good value in Aspen"
This is a budget hotel in an expensive location. Don't expect greatness here, but it is totally adequate. My only complaint was noise from Main Street. It is a good value.
"L'Auberge D Aspen-no one will greet you"
I enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this place. They are cute, individual cabins just a few blocks from the square. Unfortunately I can't say whether the management is friendly or helpful because they were closed when I arrived at 5:00 pm and closed when I left at 8:30 am. They had my key on the door of the office when I checked-in and a sign on […] the door saying they did not open until noon when I checked-out. Though, this did not ruin my stay in anyway, it did leave me feeling a little disconnected from the place and wondering if I did have a problem, where would I go for help. All-in-all, I would still recommend this place, but I would suggest checking their office hours before arriving. もっと読む
"Great location-beware of maintenance"
Location is excellent for price paid but did not fix problems that were informed to staff. Fridge froze all our (fresh) food which we had just purchased and had to despose of, including soda cans that burst. Informed the staff, tried food next night, same frozen problem. Stay was 5 nights, last day they said they said there was suppose to be a replacement […] for the Fridge. I am sure the next customers will have the same problem. Bed very old and uncomfortable. Other small things that did not work. You get what you pay for. もっと読む

"Nice little hotel for the price"
L'Auberge consists of cozy, little stand-alone chalets with a kitchenette off the main street of Aspen, in between Aspen Meadows and downtown Aspen, several blocks south of the Music Tent and half a block from the free bus (that takes you to the airport and other locales). The only downsides: small bathroom (I kept banging my elbow) and the hotel staff […] weren't there except for a limited period of the day, so you were on your own. This only became an issue when I wanted to store my luggage after checking out. もっと読む
"L'Auberge of Aspen--great place to stay"
If you like rustic furniture and "cozy" accomodations, you will like L'Auberge. Each room is a separate cabin. We were upgraded to a larger one for no charge, and it was very comfortable and well-appointed. We were on the back row, so we didn't hear direct traffic noise, but I think the front row could be pretty noisy. Great location, walking distance […] to Restaurant Row and the Aspen Music Festival. We liked being able to park right next to the cabin, very convenient for loading and unloading. Our cabin had a fireplace, but since we were there in July it was not of any use to us. Of all the places I saw in Aspen, this was the most reasonably priced, and it really suited our needs. もっと読む

"cold"
As quaint as I anticipated, but no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom sink was on one wall, and the mirror behind you. Makes shaving a challenge.
"Value for money in off season"
Other than threadbare carpet the cabin was very comfortable. We would hate to have to pay the nightly cost in the middle of ski season however!
"Pros and Cons"
The cabin we stayed in was very cute outside and in. A lot of attention was paid to the theme of the cabin. It was much larger than we expected and quite cozy. We were surprised that the tub had jets in it. It is in a great location and we would definitely stay there again. But... I don't know how old these cabins are, but the construction of ours […] definitely felt like it had been cobbled together over many years. In the bedroom, along the bottom of the wall on the outside edge of the building, plants were growing into the room from the outside. Just a couple, but still a surprise to see. The shower curtain was moldy to the point of being disconcerting. When we checked in, the room was very warm, which initially felt nice. But at bedtime, the bedroom was at least 85-90 degrees, and there were no instructions on how to adjust that. The thermostat was off. We found a floorboard heater that was the culprit, but the knob was missing. We had to adjust by trying to grab with our fingers and guess as to where the appropriate setting was. It took a few tries to get it right. Finally, the two electric stove burners did not work at all. I managed to get one to turn on by using something to hold the burner in a position where the electrical contacts touched, but I couldn't actually use it that way. It made it impossible to cook the food we had brought to cook. The bad things were definitely disappointing, but were mostly minor inconveniences. The place was cute, close to where we wanted to be and a great price. Maybe we just got the lemon of the cabins, but we will stay there again. もっと読む
"Great room for the money"
This was a cheap and convenient place to stay right in Aspen. We only had to walk about 4-5 blocks to get to "downtown" Aspen, we had parking, a kitchenette, cable and all of the amenities of a typical hotel room in a cute little cottage. What more could you ask for!?!?
"Incidentals Charge"
I loved the cabin that we got and would recommend this place to anybody. It would have been nice for them to tell me that they were going to put a hold on my credit card for "indidentals" which took four days before the pending transaction was removed from my card, but other than that, it was great!
"Unbelievable Deal in Aspen"
I booked this place because it looked very cute in the pictures, and we were only going to be there for one night, and the price was incredible! The location is great, it is not in the town/shopping area, but only a few blocks away, within walking distance, and there is a bus stop right in front. The cabins look a little strange on the outside- they're […] all different colors with a second color for trim. I think they are fairly old, but the inside doesn't show it at all, they've all been nicely renovated, with only a few small things left for improvement... The mattress was not very good, (certainly had seen some wear,) but that being said I felt okay after sleeping on it for the (1) night. The bath towels are also very cheap. Even though we were in cabin #12 (the smallest basic unit) it is larger then your average hotel room, and there are some really nice details that you don't get in a standard hotel room, like a kitchenette with a half fridge, microwave, two burners, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc. You certainly couldn't prepare an entire gourmet meal, but it gives you the option to have breakfast and a simple lunch, in case you plan on staying a few days, and don't want to eat out for every meal. I would certainly recommend this place, and am already making plans to return later this year! The value is incredible, especially for Aspen! もっと読む
"Great Location"
This hotel is near enough to walk and far enough away from down-town to be quiet. Plus we saw a bear accross the street.
"Quaint, not great."
The cabins at this place are cute but desperately in need of renovation. The walls are thin, the roofing shingles are warped and deteriorating, the windows are single-pane, the interior beams have bark on them -- which may add rustic feel, but also gives spiders and other creepy-crawlies a great place to live. I actually found weeds growing up through […] the gap between the baseboard and the wall in our bedroom! Also, believe the other reviewers who said this place is LOUD. Even though our cabin was in the second row back from the street, the road noise was still amazingly loud. I'm just glad we stayed here in the off-season when the room was "cheap". Staying here in the high-season would be an unbelievable rip-off. もっと読む
"A Neat Little Cottage Experience"
We were in Aspen to attend a family wedding and this place suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy with our own front porch entrance. A real break from the normal hotel hallway of doors. We loved the independence we had in preparing our own breakfast and lunch in our cute little kitchen unit. (Aspen restaurant prices are high!)The good news […] was that being located directly on the bus line was convenient but the bad news was that it waa noisy at night if you left your windows open (would not be a problem in the winter). Overall, a fun experience with our own little cottage in Aspen. もっと読む
"Terrific in EVERY way !!!"
These are good-sized CABINS about 5 blocks away from Downtown Aspen located on West Main St right at the FREE RFTA bus stop! The shower was small, but the place had EVERYTHING..microwave, DVD, small fridge, coffee maker, utensils, free local telephone calling, cable TV, plenty of parking (but why have a car when walking is so convenient to ALL the shops, […] restaurants, beautiful buildings and scenery, etc.) The 2 girls at the check-in cabin were extremely friendly and informative. Sleeping accomodations were quiet and quite comfortable. I highly recommend this "hotel" to anyone..prices are reasonable and so much cheaper than nearby hotels..you really ARE getting your money's worth! もっと読む
"Not close to the money I ve paid"
they have not change towels the last night before we left, so I dont know if this is a polocy.
"Outstanding"
I was extremely surprised and happy with the place I had. I couldnt have ask for more. I called it my gingerbread house. Though I went alone to visit my daughter in Aspen, I thought it would be a great honeymoon location for couples.
"Hidden Treasure"
These quaint cabins were a storybook stay while we were in Aspen. They were clean, spacious, and very accommodating. Pictures can't capture the ideal setting. It was a perfect night for a very affordable stay.
"Great Place to Stay"
This is a very quaint (but very new and up to date) place to stay in Aspen. It is conveniently located to everything and the service could not have been better.
