not bad.. no problems.. had trouble getting in the room.. maid showed me I had to puch the handle UP after I ran the key card.. never had to do that before.. weird

I went on a rainy day and there was water leaking around the window next to the air conditioner and a lamp, didn't really feel safe like that. The room also has a very strong mildew scent. Decent but won't be going back.

Staff very friendly. Ice machine did not work that well and they only had one ice machine and on second day, was not making ice. Other than that is was reasonable for the price.

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast reception and breakfast areas were very nice. The room itself was clean. Lots of activity around the hotel but my room was unusually quiet considering it was next to the pool! Breakfast was good and included hot items.

Hotel needs MUCH remodeling/updating. Clean enough but cracks in the grout in the bathroom, spiders in the bathroom and really, a added piece of furniture in the bathroom to hang clothes? Not a fan of this hotel. Would not do it again. We travel for business more than 100 nights a year. THIS ISN'T a good place.

We had a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke :(. The towels and sheets were clean. The doors were not air tight. Breakfast was good :).

The toliet ran all night. There was a big red stain in the middle of the rug. All the service at the hotel was great.

Hotel is 5 miles off of I-20 on the Spur. It was clean and well maintained. The tv channels were not so good. Only half the channels worked and none of the ESPN channels worked.

this was a pretty nice hotel. it wasn't anything fancy, but i wasn't expecting such. the main thing i was concerned about was breakfast. that's normally all i care about. they have a pretty nice dining area and the breakfast was pretty good. there were eggs (hard boiled and scrambled-though the scrambled were a little moist, like the were scrambled […] in water), and bacon, sausage, cereal, juice, all that kind of good stuff along with a tv which i was able to freely watch espn on because the dining room was empty. the rooms were comfortable. the shower head was a little...lacking. but other than that, it was cool. the location is good. there is a grocery store across the street as well as a couple fast food joints. it's at a major intersection so you shouldn't have problems getting to downtown or anywhere else. it was about 18 miles away from gladewater, where i was visiting, but the trips were short since traffic doesn't exist there. all in all a good deal. もっと読む
