Very nice. I've used this place before several times, when I'm in Nashville. I haven't been disappointed yet. Always clean, comfortable and quiet.

This is the second year we have stayed here for my teenage daughter's birthday. She has several friends in the Nashville area, and we live three hours away. This is the perfect set up for us to have her friends over for pizza, Wii games, and a movie!! The hotel is very accommodating, and her guests leave at 11:00 pm.

Due to my business I am travelling to all cities across the country and I have never experienced such a BAD place! That being said – taking under consideration the age (30!!! years!!!) of the property, - and initially NOT designed to be a hotel BUT a very CHEAP RENTAL place with smaller apts!) NOT being renovated / reconstructed ( I would suggest to […] teat that facility down and having 30 year old appliances, most probably ASBESTOS in some of the materials etc. etc…… Up to now I have never had any bad experience with Marriott – and I guess as a Platinum Member I do have some experience with these hotels and the price range and rating was always accurate. Not with this property though – I have to say that I have seen better hotels in Tuscaloosa, AL that are 30 years old! The sad part is that in a few minutes walking distance there are hotels that just cost a fraction of that rate and are DECADES younger and in SUPERB condition. I had given advice to my assistant to book that hotel for me – JUST BECAUSE I had very good experience in the past with Marriott hotels. That I will have to reconsider in the future! I am not willing to pay for the owners GREED and end up in a half star r place and pay a 4star premium! This was definitely the last time and as far as my business contacts go – you can bet that Marriott will not be under my recommendations. Furthermore I will contact one of the company’s Executive Directors to give him some feedback on the chain’s reflection as customers see that in regards of totally miss ranked properties and rates! This hotel is a million miles away from a 3star rating! The max is a half star for that experience! Needs updating badly. Parking was bad - had to park very far from our unit. Grounds need major overall.

They picked on us

This was my first time for booking a room on line, so I was a little nervous, not knowing for sure what to expect. However, I must say that I was completely satisfied with the room and the location. Central to all amenities,room was very clean and continental breakfast was good.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful with ideas on where to go and what to do!! Would stay there again and would also recommend to anyone needing a great stay with a reasonable price!!

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was friendly. The only downfall was I thought there was going to be a fireplace in the room and there wasn't. Really didn't matter since we weren't there much anyways. Nice stay though.

Great experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The junior suite had a great set up that made it very easy to do work or relax. Breakfast was ok and their nightly social was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend to others.

The best thing about this hotel was the food! There was plenty of it, good variety, hot and delicious! Room was comfortable, overlooking the pool although there wasn't actually a balcony (just a sliding door that opened only 5 inches and a railing). Overall though we were quite happy with it

The penthouse room met our needs by allowing 3 of us to rest comfortably before our next morning's flight out of Nashville. The breakfast bar included hot food (eggs, sausage and home fries) but the fries weren't quite done to my satisfaction. Everything else was great.

Two couples in the penthouse deluxe. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold food. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to everything, i.e. downtown, Grand Ole Opry, The Hermitage. Great hotel for the price.

Nice room, getting old though. Breakfast was very crowded and ran out of food.

This was an excellent hotel, especially considering the great rate i got. I was in town w/ the kids and we got a room on the first floor with a patio that goes right to the pool area....very convenient. My only complaint is, when i was looking at amenities, it listed room service and on site restaurant, yet there is only breakfast served.
