This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff on site, from registration, bar to events coordinator. Our room had new carpet and was well maintained. WOW Café had very good food and PJs Coffee shop is also on site. We were able to walk to the French Quarter and to the Riverwalk. Would stay again at this facility.

We have been staying here for the past 4 years with no issues, this year our room was small and had some issues getting room cleaned, but all in in a great place to stay, front staff was wonderful. Will stay there again next year!!

Hotel was in a great location of the city and we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see and do. The greeters, bellhops, and valet staff were very helpful. On the downside, I had booked a double-bed room and when we arrived it was much smaller than I expected. Also we did see a roach crawling on the wall one night.

This hotel was an excellent choice. The location is great, next to the casino, near the French quarter, riverfront, and Bourbon St. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very expensive and the quality of the food and service there was poor. Be prepared to pay for parking $32 per day!

Location great. Service in the restaurant was excellent. Valet parking a little pricey but the attendants were wonderful. Gym size a little small for my liking. But, for a very quick trip to New Orleans to see the French Quarter, an excellent choice.

Very convenient location within easy walking distance to the French Quarter but removed from the late night noise. All staff that we encountered were extremely helpful and accommodating. Good value for the money .

They gave me a bill for my charges before I checked out an I paid them when I checked out. Then when I got home there were $80 in unexplained charges on my credit card, that were from the double tree that I was never billed for. Also during checkout it took 30 minutes to get my car from the valet.

The low rating is due to the fact that I was continually awakend to slamming doors, out of control children and constant noise in the hallway outside my room. The location was close to everything. The bad thing is walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Do not plan to sleep/rest any if you stay here. I hear the shower running and thought it was ours, when i went in it was the people next door or upstairs, not sure which. VERY NOISY!!

Great location for Mardi Gras events. Close to French Quarter, Canal Street, Bourbon Street and convention center. Friendly and helpful staff that is more than willing to assist. Even during Mardi Gras, everything was clean, safe, and secure.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel...the location was perfect for all of the Mardi Gras parades. The staff were all so friendly and willing to recommend restaurants and places to go. Thank you! The only drawback was that the bathroom was very small for four people to stay in one room. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is really unorganized. We went for a very high traffic time, Mardi gras, so some lines and overall chaos was expected but not like we found. With Harrahs casino on one side. The other you walk right onto Canal & right into the French Quarter. This hotel was in the best location. I think if the price is right this will be our hotel of choice every time we come back

Typical standard room with 2 double beds is extremely small. Can barely move in the room, bathroom is tiny. Waited over an hour for valet to bring our car when we checked out. Good, central location. I really enjoyed our hotel, and the location was fantastic. My only complaint would be about the front desk staff, who seemed more concerned about talking to each other or their friends than helping waiting guests. The remainder of the staff were great, attentive and extremely helpful.

I stayed there once before and the room was a little bigger than this time. It was me, my husband & son & found it a little crowded. It was suppose to be smoke free but we smelt the smoke right when we walked in. The staff all are very courteous.
