LOVED IT!!!!!!!

We try to stay at this particular Embassy Suites as the rooms are very spacious adn we travel with multiple guests. The full hot breakfast with optional cook to order omlet bar are superb. All staff members we encountered were friendly and courteous!

The hotel was nice, but we came during a renovation so things were a bit shuffled around. I like how I got a room on the first floor next to the pool though. Wish I stayed there a bit longer! The room was clean and big. The hotel desk clerks were very nice. The bartenders during the evening reception and afterwards looked grumpy and left a sour taste […] in my mouth. They were doing their jobs but you can definitely tell they weren't happy about being there. There was a big party going on too so maybe they felt overwhelmed. The place was nice. It wasn't a huge, multi-story Embassy Suites, but it was nice. Small, quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, and the evening Manager's Reception was always nice. The staff was very friendly, as well (especially the daytime bartender, Christoph).

This hotel has great customer service, except for the server named Ashlee. Avoid her at all costs. She has a real attitude problem.

Everything was very nice. The complimentary breakfast needs a major overhaul. After the second morning I went to the local Safeway and bought fresh fruit and meats to have at the cozy pool side table.

Our room was right next to the highway and noisy all day and night. Even though this was a suite, it was very clastrophobic. Could not stay in room without leaving door open. Staff was wonderful, but room was not like other suites we have stayed.

we were unhappy with the adjoining restraunt, garcias. the staff was overwhelmed and after approximately an hour and twenty minute wait we left. otherwise our stay was a good one. thx.

Very quiet and convenient. Rooms nice and breakfast was very good. The Mexican restaurant in the hotel was very good.

The beds are comfortable, the pool area is beautiful, the breakfast buffet was GREAT! Each room has a separate living area and bedroom area.

Our stay is always great at this particular Embassy! The only negative thing about our stay, was the breakfast. It was so crowded and the service was poor.

An older hotel currently being upgraded. Staff was great & overall hotel was good value for rate paid.

Easy access to freeway, Location good for seeing sights of Phoenix Valley. Nice ambience of grounds & room. Good made to order breakfast. Added bonus of convenience of onsite Garcia's restaurant.

Outstanding price and breakfast buffet, you cannot beat it for the cost.

Ive stayed there before and when ever i stay there I get treated well. You should ask me my ethnicity.

The main reason we booked this hotel was to relax and use the pool. The hotels.com person said he checked the hotel to make sure the pool was heated and it was not or at least not this day. The house keepers pushed there carts up and down the walk ways around the pool with this very loud bumping noise every time they rolled over the sidewalk cracks […] which lasted at least an hour or more Then they posted a note around the pool to let everyone know that is was closed from 6pm till 10pm for a special event, so that was very disappointing. Best free breakfast buffet hands down. Great location - Mill Avenue District(near), Mills Circle(Near), Easy Freeway access, Nice family mexican restraunt attached. 2 room suites with Fridge and Micrwave, plus a free breakfast helps keep food costs in check.

As a female traveling alone I prefer not to stay in hotels with rooms that open outdoors even if it is a courtyard. They don't feel as secure. I was just staying for a night and everything else was okay but not really the typical Embassy Suite style more Best Western. It was convenient to a Whole Foods and Starbucks that's always nice.

This hotel is laid out bungalow style which is great. Always like an outerlying building for peace and quiet. Hotel is adjacent to the 60 Fwy for ease and is a short trip to the ASU campus and old Scottsdale.

The front desk personnel are OK, but they could have explained about the hotel amenities: breakfast buffet, time buffet is served, availability of computers for guest's use, etc. I did appreciate that we were able to switch to a quieter room location, away from the highway. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Memorial Weekend was Packed! The cooks were fast and kept the cooked to order breakfast line going with a freindly smile. Workers moving everywhere. Maintenence and housekeeping were on the ball with everything that was requested. Front desk helpful and very pleasant. The Bar tenders kept the drinks coming. Nice quiet nice place. TV didn't quite work right. Called Front Office was taken care of very quickly.Clean rooms good bed. Nice Shutters in front room. Breakfest was also very good. Very satisfied

Been going to spring training in AZ for years and never stayed at this hotel. Wanted to try because the kids have always liked this chain. It was horrible. Rooms were not that clean and you could hear every little noise. Food was horrible and service was average at best. They should take the Embassy Suites name off this hotel. Horrible.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast at this location. I have had much better. They ran out of food, plates, cups and silverware. Slow to react to any of this. Pancakes were ready to be put out, but cook couldn't get anyone to do it after asking many times. They needed more help! Clean up was scarce on most days.
