素晴しいホテルでした。一点だけ、フロントに隣接するハーツレンタカーのデスクの方の対応が非常に悪く、残念でした。

The staff was great from greeting to check out. The facilities were so clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. We got a great deal from hotels.com that included free self-parking and free breakfast buffet in the hotel's wonderful, skylit atrium. The Hyatt is a great hotel for a lay over in SFO. 5 min free shuttle from airport. The hotel is very nice, the rooms decent size, beds are comfortable and friendly service. It also has a great sports bar in the hotel. Top it off with a nice breakfast and off you go. Definitely will stay again.

Great room great service

We spent one night at the hotel before an early morning flight from SFO. Both the shuttle and hotel service were excellent, and our room was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

My sister and I stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend trip and the staff was very rude because I had booked with Hotels.com. We had Free Breakfast Buffett and Free Self Parking and the Front Desk Agent was rude about me not having Free parking so Once I produced my Confirmation Print out she had to take it to her manager. The Breakfast Buffett waitstaff […] would Add a 7.00 to 8.00 gratuity charge on a 20.00 buffett and say that Don't worry about that your company will pay for it. No sir. Went for a get away with hubby. Great room. Very clean and comfortable. We love to stay here. Has a great bar Knuckles with good food and beer. Was nice not to have to drive for a quick dinner.

As per usual, the SFO Hyatt was a wonderful experience: Clean, quiet and friendly; close to the CalTrain and BART. The Atrium and Bay View window on the upper floors make the Hyatt a beautifull hotel. Near downtown Burlingame, which is very quaint and pretty, especially at night, is nearby with many shops and fine restaurants . The service was terrible, I have a 9 month old infant and I requested an early check in, I got there after a 20 hour flight and was told sorry it was not available. Bad value for money, room tiny and service average.

My issues with this hotel: you might have a very, very long walk to your room from the elevator. Incidental expenses really add up: $12 a night for the internet, $20 a night for parking, expensive buffet breakfasts. Access to Route 101 south involves 2 complete 360 cloverleafs and adds 5+ minutes to your trip.

My friend caught the housekeeper going through her makeup bag and the housekeeper got up in her face when she asked the housekeeper for her name. I didn't get housekeeping the whole 4 days I was there because of it.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for the Burlingame/San Mateo area, and has close freeway access. I do think they should have free wifi. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean.

There were late disturbances by groups of visiting team fans by the pool that should have been quashed MUCH ealier than they were. Also, this hotel is in DIRE need of a quiet lounge (only a crowded sports bar to relax with a cocktail) and a comfortable restaurant. Its either the noisy sports bar or the very open atrium Cafe'. Staff was very good.

Bad airconditioner, did not run very well, I order King size bed room, but I had double beds.....it did not matter, but they should check it more carefully. We booked this hotel because it was convenient to the airport and it had good reviews. We found the room pleasant and clean and the employees of the hotel were very nice. They gave us exactly the type of room we wanted...quiet, non-smoking and clean. This Hotel is a 10 minute ride from SFo Airport they offer a free shuttle that depart every 10 minutes excellent servie location y rooms are clean and big

Enjoyed our 3-night stay. Rooms were extremely clean and quiet. Room service was excellent. Customer service was cordial and efficient. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, and the room was confortable. They have a free shuttle to the airport which connects to the metro (BART) system. This was inconvenient, takes about a 1.5 hrs to get to downtown San Francisco. Watch out for the addition fees. $13 for 24 hrs of internet. $24 per night parking.

Our stay at this hotel was good, but I wouldn't say great. The location is convenient for getting to or from the airport, but that is about it. The free shuttle to get to the airport to take the BART is a plus, but we realized you have to pay more to ride the BART to downtown San Fran from the airport than any other station, about twice as much. So if I had to do it over again would probably find a hotel in the city within walking distance of attractions. If you had a car that might not be a big issue. The hotel was very nice but our room had a strong cologne order had to keep window open. When I asked the front desk about it they had no answer. Pool was closed during our stay and the hot tub was not operating. They did offer us to use the Marriott's pool, this was not convenient. MY SON & HIS 2 FRIENDS HAD TO TAKE A SHUTTLE TO ANOTHER HOTEL DUE TO POOL FILTER NON OP, THIS MEANT SHOES, KEYS ALL THE STUFF YOU DON'T WANT WHEN YOU ARE AT A LOCATION THAT IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE IT ALL.

The Hyatt is a great deal for the service. Remember though if you are driving the parking is $20/night.

We were looking for a hotel for a family of four. Hyatt SF Airport's King suite came out as a great deal for four people (2 adults, 2 kids). The good: nice neighbourhood with easy access to eat places and shopping. Hotel inside (not rooms) offers good views. The bad: small rooms with amenities feel more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4. In general, not worth the 4-star price that you will be paying.

Nice, comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the Bay.

Airport close, but I was not bothered by the sound of the planes. We were put on the 9th floor and had access to the Recency Club. We stayed here for a weekend excursion to San Francisco. Although the commute to the city of "San Fran" was an adventure of its own (hotel shuttle to BART to downtown), it provided a local's point of view. This hotel was very nice with a decorative atrium. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a very nice way to get to the BART transportation system that goes into the city. The room was clean and spacious with no problems. Housekeeping did a good job replenishing the toiletries and towels. Our room overlooked the atrium, which was a nice view. My only recommendation is that you should plan your eating away from the hotel accordingly. There are few restaurants by the hotel and only the sports bar offers sit down dinner food outside of room service. The food at the sports bar was very good but it was pricey. I think the hotel does this because they know there are not many food alternatives nearby. The bar itself has a great atmosphere and seemed like a fun place.
