Enjoyed our 3-night stay. Rooms were extremely clean and quiet. Room service was excellent. Customer service was cordial and efficient. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, and the room was confortable. They have a free shuttle to the airport which connects to the metro (BART) system. This was inconvenient, takes about a 1.5 hrs to get to downtown San Francisco. Watch out for the addition fees. $13 for 24 hrs of internet. $24 per night parking.

Our stay at this hotel was good, but I wouldn't say great. The location is convenient for getting to or from the airport, but that is about it. The free shuttle to get to the airport to take the BART is a plus, but we realized you have to pay more to ride the BART to downtown San Fran from the airport than any other station, about twice as much. It […] took over an hour to get to downtown by the time you take the shuttle to the airport and then get on the BART. So if I had to do it over again would probably find a hotel in the city within walking distance of attractions. If you had a car that might not be a big issue. The hotel was very nice but our room had a strong cologne order had to keep window open. When I asked the front desk about it they had no answer. Pool was closed during our stay and the hot tub was not operating. They did offer us to use the Marriott's pool, this was not convenient. We choose not to use I feel the hotel should of compensated us for […] the inconvenience, this was never mentioned on the website when I was booking our travel. MY SON & HIS 2 FRIENDS HAD TO TAKE A SHUTTLE TO ANOTHER HOTEL DUE TO POOL FILTER NON OP, THIS MEANT SHOES, KEYS ALL THE STUFF YOU DON'T WANT WHEN YOU ARE AT A LOCATION THAT IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE IT ALL.

The Hyatt is a great deal for the service. Remember though if you are driving the parking is $20/night.

We were very disappointed with the standard of our food in the Sport's Bar at the hotel. They were very busy with a wedding party on the first night we stayed at the hotel and when our food finally arrived it was cold and tough, as tho it had been left sitting for a long time in the kitchen. We were looking for a hotel for a family of four. Hyatt SF Airport's King suite came out as a great deal for four people (2 adults, 2 kids). The good: nice neighbourhood with easy access to eat places and shopping. Hotel inside (not rooms) offers good views. The bad: small rooms with amenities feel more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4. In general, not worth the 4-star price that you will be paying.

Nice, comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the Bay.

Airport close, but I was not bothered by the sound of the planes. We were put on the 9th floor and had access to the Recency Club. We stayed here for a weekend excursion to San Francisco. Although the commute to the city of "San Fran" was an adventure of its own (hotel shuttle to BART to downtown), it provided a local's point of view. This hotel was very nice with a decorative atrium. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a very nice way to get to the BART transportation system that goes into the city. The room was clean and spacious with no problems. Housekeeping did a good job replenishing the toiletries and towels. Our room overlooked the atrium, which was a nice view. My only recommendation is that you should plan your eating away from the hotel accordingly. There are few restaurants by the hotel and only the sports bar offers sit down dinner food outside of room service. The food at the sports bar was very good but it was pricey. I think the hotel does this because they know there are not many food alternatives nearby. The bar itself has a great atmosphere and seemed like a fun place. The hotel was very reasonable for the area and they provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Going to airport basically took you to the BART and any other transportation system. It was easily acessible to downtown San Francisco and we didn't even use our car the entire time we were there. Completely recommend. I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference in SF. Overall, the staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the room was comfortable and modern. The airport shuttle service was very convenient to get to the SFO Bart station to easily get in the city.

Hotel was clean, staff was wonderful, however nothing close by to where you can eat. No Mcdonalds etc for the kids. From elevator to rooms is a really long walk down hall ways. Far from any sights in San Francisco, you either have to drive, take the bart or hire a taxi (55.00) one way

Beautiful hotel, we loved the atrium. Service was excellent. The bathroom was small and cramped and did not have a fan. I would recommend the hotel to other and I would stay in the hotel again.

overall the hotel is very good. $20 parking / day is kind of expensive.

Pros: Fast service. Very nice restaurant. Rooms pretty updated. Nice flat screen tv. Room service prompt. Clean rooms. Soft pillows. Not crowded. Cons: Old bathroom tiles grimy in corners/edges. Bell-hop had body odor. Halls, particularly floor two, smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes/pot on some days. Very low-lighting (only 3 lamps in room) […] with eco-friendly bulbs. A/C does not stay on during the day and has to be continuously pressed to stay on, allowing your room to heat to 3-4 degrees above your setting (lowest setting 65 degrees). $20/day parking. This 4-star hotel was very nice-comfortable beds and room. I would NOT stay here again because of the extra costs of parking and internet access. I couldn't believe that a hotel of their caliber would be requiring my credit card with an automatic charge to use their business center, or a lesser in room WIFI charge. Very nice, can almost not be better.

Overall a very good gotel for the price. The buffet breakfast needs improvement so are the baked goods. The eggs were soggy.

The hotel was fine, well situated for airport and San Francisco. My only complaint is that the Hyatt still charge for internet connection. We had travelled through Arizonia, Nevada and California staying in many different types of accomodation all with free internet until our last stop in San Francisco. I love visiting San Francisco but with so many cars and one-ways it was nice to drive out of San Francisco and to our Hotel where it was nice, quiet,relaxing and clean!!! I will say this is the Best Hotel that I have stayed in while visiting San Francisco!!! I will be visiting again and staying here for sure!!!!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. First class stay and the service is top notch. Never had better service. The only thing that I found not very well priced was the parking. I cost $25 dollars a day. It should have been free. Other than that, it is woth the stay and I would stay again.

Way to much noise from elevators all night - and shouting/loud talk from people walking on the corridor. Slow and lazy service from reception, and old and used hotel. Stayed there for 3 nights.

Great hotel and great service. Also plenty of good restaurants in town. No need to go to San Francisco.

Beautiful! Very friendly staff and amazing sunrise view from the bay side. Woke up each morning at 5am just to watch and take pictures.

My stay at this hotel was great! The hotel looked just like the pics on-line. It was clean, modern and spacious. I really liked that there were no hidden fees associated with the room. Hotels.com gave a very fair and resonable rate. I will definetly use them for future hotel accommodations.

Good hotel. Close to the airport. Clean and quiet.
