We loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Paid and requested king bed and ended up getting a double bed.

It was OK for your average hotel stay. Had some problems with my room door but the staff was super friendly and helpful. However the night clerk had very little training on maintenance issues. The maintenance staff came from home to fix the issue. Breakfast also lacked any variety. Stayed at much better for similar price.

The room I was in was recently upgraded to a quality that I would expect at a more expensive hotel. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is not that aesthetic given it's proximity to a major highway exit and light rail station, but both were perfectly clean and the hot tub was actually hot. Convenient place to stay if for only one night. They accept pets which is a plus, staff is friendly & efficient. The actual room was fine but there were barking dogs, 2 pitbulls in the hall growling and pulling on their chains as I tried to walk by. The place smelled like everyone smokes in the hallways since they aren't supposed to smoke in their rooms. Nobody ever at the front desk unless you ring the bell.

Pro: - Nice, well maintained rooms - Friendly staff - wireless LAN works fine Cons: - Close noisy intersection --> Windows could be improved to increase noise reduction All in all, good price / performance.

The receptionast was very friendly and a joy after a 4 hr drive. The room was clean and quite. Walked across parking lot to a family resturant for dinner. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was very accomadating. Would stay again.

This was the most outstanding booking I've had through Hotels.com. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was good and there is a very good, reasonably priced restaraunt next door. It might a bit far into downdown for some that can be planned for.

Had such a nice experience here after our last out of town excursion at a Best Western, which we said we'd never stay at any again. Front desk was friendly not only during checking in and out, but coming and going from the hotel we always got a genuine "hello!" Rooms were very clean and the beds more comfortable than home. Such a great value!

We were there for the weekend just relaxing and shopping. It was very nice that there was a resturant right next to the hotel. Everyone was very nice. They gave us a smoking room at first but changed it very quickly. Will stay there again

This was the nicest LaQuinta that I personally had ever stayed in and I was sorry that I was only in it for a few hours and then had to leave without using some of the services available.

Your hotel personnel were very fiendly and always grreted me with a smile and a hello.

So helpful so friendly. Everything set when we got there. So easy.

Very clean, very nice. Quiet! Staff was very friendly and eager to make you feel welcome.

Overall the hotel was OK, it was relatively clean and the staff was relatively nice, but I was disappointed that I paid for a room with a "queen" size bed that turned out to be a "full" size bed. I actually measured it -- you do things like that when you are an engineer... I even checked with the reception that no mistake had been made and they said […] that in fact all of their rooms with "queen" size beds had those beds in them. It probably wouldn't be an issue if you are traveling alone but the smaller bed is a lot less comfortable for two people. We arrived for a 1 night stay to attend a wedding. We called the day before to request an early check in, 1 p.m. and "Isha" indicated that it would not be a problem. We arrived shortly after 1ish and were told the room was not ready. The wedding was scheduled to begin at 4 so we had to leave at 3:00. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There was blood and pet hair on the sheets and bedding.

Quite a bit of road noise. We thought the windows were open. Refridgerator made loud noise too. HARD beds. But for the price, its fine.

The staff was very informative and resposive to one minor fix. It was done while we were out and without fuss. We stayed in two adjoining rooms, which was convenient with a little baby. The rooms were cleaned on time, the breakfast more than adequate, the lobby staff were friendly, and we especially loved the breakfast attendant! Not bad mold in bathroom and outside of room

I was traveling on business and thought that my room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, even if not for business.

Very nice hotel

We have family in the Folsom/Rancho Cordova area that we visit every year for Thanksgiving, so we need a hotel that is a good place for us to camp out for a week at a time. On top of that, we have a dog that travels with us, which always makes finding a decent hotel a little trickier. The La Quinta was renovated just a few years ago, and it was a great […] job. Our room was large, clean and everything worked (including the very convenient fridge & microwave). The customer service was outstanding; when we arrived they had already assigned us to a 5th floor room but changed it to a ground floor room with a smile when we requested it. As an added bonus, the ground floor room had a sliding glass door that opened to a usually quiet parking lot so it made taking the dog out for a quick break super easy. The best part? No pet deposit or pet fee!! The breakfast is passable but nothing special...lots of carbs, not much else. Our first night, the television went out. We moved to 2 different rooms and were separated from the rest of our party. We have been staying as guests at La Quinta Inns all over and have never been dissatified. The personnel has always been extremely guest oriented and I never have any reservations about recommending your hotels.

Have stayed here before, visiting family. The previous visit was not a good experience. This time much improved. Did not smell cigarette smoke all over the hotel and no faulty fire alarm went off at 4am.

I was very pleased with the quality of the room, the service and the comfort. I would use this hotel again and I highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
