Mildew in the bathroom and a bugger on the comforter. When I told the girl at the front desk she just laughed! Had to switch rooms twice to find one that was not gross.

Would have moved to a different hotel if they had not been full No hot water in the bathroom and no plug for the tub. No one was able to help. Front desk did not communicate this problem with others. I needed a cheap place to stay while relocating. I guess you can't expect much from a two star motel. The door lock was loose so it to a number of attempts to get in. The room was adequate but noisy. You can hear running water in nearby rooms and some conversation. Also a lot of noise from the parking lot, particularly customers car horns when they […] set the alarm. Twice during my 18 night stay I was awoke by domestic disputes (different couples) in the middle of the night. Guests cursing and loudly yelling at each other and then one of them driving away. Cheap and not bad. New flat screen TV and new comfortable mattress. Typical older hotel maintained ok. Served the purpose!

This Days inn was for the most very comfortable and clean. Although not a high end place of course, it was well worth the money.

Pleasant place to stay, we only spent 1 night while on the way east. When we got home I noticed a separate 2 dollar charge from them on our master card statement, have no idea what it was for and did not make the effort to follow up.

The hotel room stunk. It is an old hotel with a lot of patch work done. The room had a terrible odor to it and I would have changed hotels if I wouldn't have lost money.

The rooms were not fancy or very big, but the mattresses were new and the room was clean and functional. Not luxury, but a good value for the money. You could see the owners were making improvements and rooms were being renovated. It is centrally located near beaches and activities.

This hotel was fine to stay at. Rooms were ok, beds were fine, but we needed the rooms closer to the beach, when we booked hotel, the man told me the hotel was across from beach. It was not. We had to drive about 5 miles to beach. I will pay a little more next time to stay on beach. Making reservations was easy....unfortunately the plumming was not the best and there was no ice.

When we arrived we had to pay a $45.00 deposit which we didn't appreciate. The man said they would take it off our credit card...

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. SMELLED BAD. BREAKFAST AREA WAS NOT CLEAN OR WELL KEPT. ON MY SECOND DAY THERE I WENT FOR BREAKFAST AT 9:45 THEY WERE ALREADY TAKING THE BREAKFAST BAR DOWN AND WAS NOT VERY NICE ABOUT IT. I HAD NEVER TRIED DAYS INN AND WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED.

When I first arrived there was a face towel hanging from the shower curtain. There was floss under the bed and I could smell smoke from the next room. It was a 10min drive to destin which was fine but I wish I would of planned a lot better.

Perfect for us! Honestly was a little nervous after reading other reviews but this hotel was only option for last minute holiday plans. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and very close to the beach which was what we went for. Pool was nothing to speak of but we had no intention of using it since was a beach trip. I looked at the pictures on the internet and was very disappointed when I got there. I had read the reviews before going but I should have followed my instincts. You pay cheap prices you cheap service and a cheap hotel. NEVER AGAIN

We were very pleased with our stay, in fact we checked in a day early and had no problems. We stayed there last year and was also pleased. Very close to a lot of stuff. Would recommend it to others.

Enjoyable vacation.. beds were comfy.. pool was very nice.. close to everything.. walking distance to couple of restaurants.. loved the park across the street on the bay.. overall.. thumbs up!

ME AND MY FRIENDS ABSOLUTLY LOVED OUR TRIP THE ROOM WAS KINDA SMALL BUT WE WAS THERE FOR ONLY ONENITE SO IT WAS FINE

When we opened the door to our room we were very shocked at the condition of it! The bathroom light did not work, the light outside the batroom was blinking and didn't work, there was mold on the shower ceiling, and there was dried vomit in the air conditioner. I went to the front desk to request another room. The clerk looked at me like he thought […] I was crazy. He did give us another room that wasn't much better. When we were moving our suit cases from first room the clerk came down. He wasn't very concerned, he did see that the lights were not working and I showed him the air conditioner. He said NOTHING to us but got on the phone to someone. I have NEVER stayed anywhere so dirty in my life! We all slept with our clothes on and didn't even get into the shower. Not very enjoyable. I specifically asked if there was a computer so that I could access my job. The computer was broken at the hotel upon my arrival. My laptop would not work there. I asked for a smoking room and was at first given a non-smoking room, which they changed the room, but the door specifically said "non-smoking" upon entering. The free breakfast […] was very limited and thought I would lay by the pool at 8:30am before heading out but was locked out as the pool did not open til 10:am. I am a travel nurse and I got called in a night earlier than my reservation. I went to hotel, explain my dilemma. I was charged an additional $25. I was given room 213, it was dated but appeared clean. I was awakened 6 hours later being bitten. The bed had bedbugs. I checked out of the room. I still have darkened spots from the allergic reaction to […] the bites on my neck, arms and legs. I did not bother to report it to the hotel staff. First, the bathroom has not been touched since 1940, tile cracked, shower/tub was dirty, walls had some mildew on the. The mattresses were new but the the sheets were stained along with the comforter. The staff was there, neither friendly or unfriendly. 1/2 of the hotel seemed to be occupied by transient workers. I would not recomend for a family of any type. It would only be godd for a weekend of binge drinking where you don't mind the room. The price was low and reflected by the room. The breakfast was what you expected with the room, one waffle maker, donuts, cereal, juice and coffee. The only plus was the location and vicinity to Destin or the beaches. Unless you are absolutely broke and do NOT have a family, do NOT stay here. Oh, and they required a deposite even though I already paid for the room with hotel dot com. 5 minute drive to the public beach, the room was too tight and cramped. You can't walk through to the bathroom if someone is sitting at the desk in the room. Good beds and decent breakfast, good pool. Friendly people at the front desk.

The description says its an ocean view, but it's not. there is a port across the street, that is it. Another couple demanded a refund because of this during our stay. We didn't do that, we just decided to stay anyways. The lobby was smelly, and the staff was rude. The room was ok.. nothing special. We were only in the room to sleep.

Friendly staff and great price. The bed was excellent!!

The owner is way over pricing rooms even as cheap as the nightly rate was. Left next morning to find a better room. Got another room for same $ amount that was more like a resort. Owner(s) needs to get off some money and change carpet, update curtains, paint and try to get dirt or stains out of tub. I wouldn't dare put my bare feet on floor or in tub/shower. […] I showered in my flip flops because the tub looked so unclean. The employees were super nice. The quality of the room was good. The only problem was they kept coming in room without knocking on door. Then they asks too many questions.

going down, busted door locks, refrigerator did not work , tub dingy, just doesnt make you feel comfortable.

First of all we asked for a non smoking room and it was very much a smocking room. It stank, and there sere cigarette burns in the bedcovers and ashes in the sink. The towels had not been changed either. Not worth even the cheap price we payed, the whole room was unclean and uncomfortable.

Upon arrival the room smelled closed up. Bought some Febreze and took care of the problem. The room was comfortable and served the purpose of our trip.

I've stayed in this establishment because of the convenience of location and price. After first walking in it smelled because of the constant Humidity that FL provides. But that went away after running the A/C full blast overnight. Looking at the decorations the one picture on the wall was screwed on at an angle, and where the smoke detector was supposed […] to be it was gone. The whole room felt and smelled brand new. The bed was VERY comfortable, again felt like a new mattress. Value of the room way above expections from the price!

Got a great rate for my stay there but was upset to find they closed the pool early the first night we were there. My daughter had begged to go and we walked to the pool to find it locked up for the night. And it was not even that late maybe seven. Everything in the room felt damp! The room was clean and comfortable but the dampness was enough to make the stay uncomfortable.
