Bathroom had hair all over in tub & toilet seat. Toothpaste stains in sink. Found hair & stain on sheets. Dust on furniture. Coffee maker jar missing. It appeared that no room service and just fixed sheets after previous customers left.

It was OK. Some of the lights didn't work. As it turned out, there was a youth basketball team staying at the hotel the same night we were. The kids were loud and out of their rooms all night. I spoke to them and then called the front desk. It seems the phone was broken also. OTHER THAN THAT, THAT IS IT! I reserved a room only bc of splitting up a 12 hour drive, and this was a little more than half-way to our destination. Against my better judgement, I booked for 1 night...NEVER, AGAIN. the room smelled soooo bad I had to go to Target across the street & buy Febreze sprays and a Glade candle...just to be in take the 8 hrs […] I needed to be in the room to sleep. The hotel room was clean and the staff was nice and professional the pool was a little small overall very good stay

Not bad - but I would not go back. It was worth exactly what I paid for it. The pool was dirty and the breakfast was minimal - and completely gone within an hour.

The hotel was sold out, thank goodness we had a reservation. The first room wasn't clean no fault of Leticia the front desk clerk. I have been a desk clerk and she did an excellent job handling all the situatios that were thrown at her! Once we got a new room the stay went well. We checked in, saw the quality of the hotel and immediately checked out. Wouldn't stay one night there. Hotels.com rated it about the same as others in the area, but it's definitely not!

convenient to the highway with lots of restaurants in the immediate area, as well as other hotels/motels/gas stations. Clean and it met my expectations. Light continental breakfast in the AM.

I have used this area as an overnight stop several times as it's easy on/off I-95 and right on VA rte 17. As a road-weary traveler I was delighted to have a family-style restaurant in walking distance. There are also many other restaurants, stores and gas stations in the vicinity. The hotel is convenient to the interstate and check in was simple. The chain on the door was broken, there was a hair (not mine) on one of the pillows, and a brown stain on the wall by the bed. The beds were comfortable. Decent basic room. Decent for the money. That's about it.

Price is reasonable-Very noisy. Many trucks pulling in and out.

It's obviously no four star hotel, but for the price, this was a great deal. The room was clean enough, there was coffee, I loved the shower, really can't complain for how cheap this hotel was, and it was literally right off of I95, with a shopping complex across the street including Target and McDonalds. Would absolutely stay here again.

I reserved a non-smoking room, and there were signs in the room that "said" it was non-smoking, but it definitely smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom countertops could have been given a little more TLC during the cleaning process. Overall, not terribly awful.. just some details that could have been tended to.

Great location--and they took a pet. Inadequate seating for a decent continental breakfast.

Althought the room was dirty the staff were very helpfull.

This hotel was located right off of I-95 near a big box store etc. It accepted dogs and had a nice wooded area for them to do their business. The hotel staff wasn't anything fantastic, but they weren't horrible, either. The bed sheets were sparkling clean and the room itself was fine for the price point. The carpet was a dark blue and there were white crusty spots, the walls hadn't been painted in awhile and there were spots of various colored splatter on them. The bathroom could have also used a good scrubbing although it wasn't horribly dirty. The continental breakfast was just bagels and coffee. All in all, for the price-point, it wasn't horrible. I needed an easy to access pet friendly room and that is what I got. Although I booked a non smoking room, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. For the price, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

was very easy to get to right off 95....so many good restaurant round it witch was the reason i liked it the most i will go see it again and again

Nothing fancy, just a decent room for a decent price. I was traveling and it fit my itinerary!

Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was older but also clean. Check in was quick and easy and staff was friendly. I would stay here again while traveling.

This is an older strip style hotel, you walk outside directly from your room. This is great for people who smoke, and people with pets, particularly dogs. We were in the back, with a big grassy lawn surrounding the pool (which is fenced). The rooms were modern, spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. We had three cats with us and the large bathroom vanity area was great for the litter box and their food plates. The breakfast was about the same as all other hotels and available very early, we were up at 6:30. Overall the property and parking areas are very tidy and well maintained, but this is an older building, so not fancy, and the pool clearly needs to be resurfaced, but was clean and nice and large, unlike most newer hotels. The pool was fenced, but outside the fence was a large green space, so it was private and quiet, and away from the rooms. This property is right off the highway (95) and about 3 miles from the historic area of Fredericksburg, which worked well for us (dropping our daughter off at college there). It is fairly quiet, no other businesses close to the hotel. The back area with the pool and lawn was a very nice oasis, IMO. Hotel an hour south of Washington D.C. Very economical through hotel.com. and ok for a quick stay. Older hotel-with a nice pool area. Free breakfast was not healthy food but something to get you started for the day.

Although the staff was nice and polite, the hotel was not soundly built. I could hear the water hitting the tub and walls in the shower of the next room and the room above me. Children were running around the upper deck until well after 10 PM. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom area was small and difficult to move around in. Overall it was a good hotel. The pool was a little dirty and the cable tv in the room had a lot of fuzz.

The Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The motel was conveniently located to I-95 and Fredericksburg. The rooms were reasonable for the price, but I was very disapointed that the pool they advertised was unusable. It was overgrown with algae. I would say as long as you didn't want to use the pool the place was okay to stay at.
