部屋は狭い、シャワーが固定式、NHKチャンネルが無い、ロケーションが不便などがマイナスポイント。 部屋は清潔、掃除がいきとどいてる、一階にmac24、 などがプラスポイントです。 軍人さんや、クルーの方が多く宿泊されてるみたいなので、あまり観光客重視では無いようなコンセプトのホテルです。 日本の方には、勧めません。

ホテル名がラディソン時代から３度目の利用です。 毎回　ホテル名が変わった事になりました。 今回は空港からのタクシードライバーやトロリーのドライバーなど、各所で認知されておらず、『プリンス　クヒオ』と言い直して分かってもらえました。 初めてご利用の方は旧名も知っておく事をおすすめ致します。 　 今回はDOV,14階の部屋でしたが海も見え、バスタブも有り快適でした。

Pros - Convenient Location, close to the beach, good customer service - they gave us the guest facility rooms to use once we had checked out for our red eye flight Cons - very small rooms and bathrooms, obstructed views, not so great concierge services, no wi-fi in rooms.

I like everything except one thing the staff on the parking are always depending on tips. I understand we pay 25.00 dollars for parking but the staff everytime they bring your car they extent thief Han for a tip. I thing that is wrong.

I dont rate often but took the time because the stay here was so nice. Rooms are smallish but we were still ok with 4 people & 2 double beds. Very upgraded and high end feel. I had to ship some work items FedEx and they didn't charge me an extra surcharge fee nor did they charge me to use computer and printer at their business center!!! wow! Easy access to facilities, no lines, I was the only one in the gym, my third floor room enabled use of the fabulous stairs! I will stay again soon!

This hotel suited us as it was in a quiet part of Wakiki Beach, and a short walk to the beach and the busy part of Wakiki. The hotel was not expensive and well worth the amount charged. The front desk staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel was OK - but we thought we had booked on the Hilton Hawaiian Village, a very different experience. The hotel is located 1-2 block back from the beach. It was just a regular, comfortable and rather boring hotel, more business-than leisure oriented. Charging for Internet access was a downer (more than 10 dollars per day). My family and I really enjoyed the 8 nights spent in this hotel. The room was really clean, comfortable and well furnished . The location was also a plus, close to the beach (1 block) and to the rest that Waikiki has to offer. Quick tip: park next door (Banyon building) for $10 per 24 H. In future we will stay again.

The Hilton was clean, convenient, and affordable. We had a great time!

This hotel was really not a 4 star in my opinion. It was a small room and for the money (over $4000.00) for 2 weeks, I don't really think it was worth it - but I have not really done any checking into hotel prices in that area - I intend to if I go back. We got a bathtub for one night out of 14. Overall, it was clean and the view of the ocean was great - I just don't think it was worth the dollars. Best salt water pool

Our bathroom was unsightly the shower basin grouting was black. The wall paper and gypsum was falling off mostly superficial but not very good presentation. I expected better for the prices I was paying.

The staff here were very nice, they gave us a complimentary 1-hour stay after check-out room to freshen up before we had to leave, which was very nice!!

The Hilton Waikiki was an excellent hotel. The rooms were excellent, our ocean view was excellent and the stuff were above average in their effort to make our stay convenient. My single disappointment was that it was not on the water as its pictures suggest, it was a few blocks back. The name of the hotel is actually Prince Kuhio - this caused some confusion as there is another Hilton hotel called Hilton Hawaiian Village which is assumed to be "the Hilton" in Honolulu. Make sure you specify "Prince Kuhio" when seeking transport to the hotel. The reception staff are not friendly, systematically doing their job without a smile or […] pleasantries. Fortunately, things run smoothly so there is little need to interact with them. A smile or welcome or would not go astray. The free internet room is very handy, providing free printing facilities too, enabling you to make any further bookings independently. Unfortunately the computers are quite slow (which possibly discourages people from spending too long on them) and we had difficulty uploading photos on at least one of them. The air conditioning in the room is a little too noisy and can keep you awake - take ear plugs if you are easily disturbed. The hall outside of our room was noisy quite early in the morning and we had repeated attempts by cleaning staff wanting to clean the room at what I'd consider quite an early time for holiday makers, particularly the day after you arrive when many people have jetlag. We got in the habit of leaving the Do Not Disturb sign on our door the night before. Unfortunately the doors slam loudly and there is a steady sound of banging doors throughout the morning so not ideal if you like to sleep in. Otherwise, the room was satisfactory and the beds, a little too hard for my liking, were nicely made with fresh sheets each day. Towels are changed daily and the ocean view rooms provide a stunning sunset view every evening - well worth the extra money. We snapped photos of the setting sun every night from our balcony which meant we didn't have to go anywhere for our very own sunset viewing and could even sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the show. We lived in the hotel for 15 nights and are very satisfied. Everything was good. Short distance to the main beach, nice and clean neighborhood. We recommend this hotel if you are staying in Waikiki.

The room had a lovely ocean view. Staff was very curteous. Hotel was only a block or two from everything. Negative - ants in the beautiful bathroom. What's with that? And rock hard pillows. We would stay there again - just bring our own pillows!!

I was very impressed with the hotel. Ther was an extensive rtoom servcie menu, a comfortable bed, only 1 blockck to the beach, and a view of diamond head from the 25th floor that was to die for. I would stay there again

Excellent hotel. Upgraded in all aspects.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Close to everything in Waikiki. Very easy to walk to everything, beach is 1 block away. The only down item is the beds in a 2 bed room are double. I travel to Hawaii for business once a month. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Hilton Waikiki is great. It is clean. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Best of all this hotel has a 24 hour cafe.

The most disappointing thing is that the ocean view is not really an ocean view because there are a couple of buildings blocking the view.

The hotel has had a name change to Hilton. The hotel is not up to the Hilton 4/5 star. Next time I would stay at the Hilton resort. The food was very poor and not up to a good standed, brekfast was not good. The Hotel is good if you just want to use the beach.

We actually reserved the wrong hilton hotel but were very pleased with this one. We got to stay in the Oceanview King the room, the room was a little small but overall very nice. The pool is also very tiny but very nice. I had a good time and the food at mac 24-7 was awesome. Highly Recommend

Located in the heart of waikiki, within minutes walk and drive to great food and shopping. luxurious decor inside and very comfortable rooms. nice amenities, with hotel restaurant, 2 bars, a pool and a decent workout room. Would recommend to anyone considering a visit to Oahu.

Sick place. Very modern and clean. Anyone would love the place. First time at the Hilton but not my last!

Great value for money. Room very modern and clean. Central location.

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Waikiki and would recommend it without reservations. The services were excellent - we made full use of the pool, bars, business centre and lounges. The staff were friendly and helpful and the views simply spectacular. The hotel is a 2 minute stroll from the beach and many attractions. We will return!

This was a nice hotel in a nice spot with a nice view of the ocean and the room was nice and the bed was nice but the room was kind of small for the money. I've stayed in bigger, nicer rooms all over the world for less money. The wall in between the bathroom and the bedroom had two floor to ceiling panels of some kind of shattered glass which looked […] pretty cool but when someone needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and turned the light on in the bathroom the whole hotel room lit up which was annoying. There were blinds that you could pull down over the shattered glass panels for privacy but you could still see the light on in the bathroom from the main room. Good location. Newly refurbished. Excellent comfort in guest room especially the bed which you will not normally find in other hotels in the area. Feel completely great returning to the room after a day at the beach or adventure tour. Room with ocean view is better. Highly recommended this hotel to everybody.

This hotel is just a couple of blocks off the beach and one of the better hotels in the area. The rooms seem to be recently upgraded and very modern and elegant. The beds are wonderful, soft and fluffy. The lobby of the hotel is open and airy and gives you a great feel of arriving in Hawai'i. lovely modern renovation, but room carpet needed shampooing. one restaurant with inadequate staffing numbers.

It is about 5 mins walk to the beach, or from the most crowded waikiki shopping/eating area. It was a pretty good deal when I booked it, with breakfast for 2. I thought it was going to be a very basic continental breakfast, but it came up very good with many choices too. We got 2 rooms, one at mid floor facing mountain, the other one at 8th floor facing […] beach. The mountain side is quieter if you open the balcony door. Facing the beach on the Kuhio Ave. is noisier, but if you close the balcony door, it is totally fine. There are so many hotels on this street, and this is the quieter side. Good airconditioning, not those noisy individual ones. Very comfy bed. Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean. Internet is provided on the lobby floor, with 3 computers and 2 photo copiers. I stayed at this hotel over a 3 day weekend...excellent service from the staff. The bed was excellent with very good quality linens. The bathroom was very well appointed with tiles and glass doors in the shower. The only reason i didn't give this place a 5/5 is because the carpet and couch were stained. Good location, reasonable rate. Hotel lobby pretty, and staff courteous. However, valet staff incurred new rental car dents and scratches every day, poor follow through, poor shower water pressure without changing room, late room cleaning, poor bar service. We got an oceanfront room but found that was misleading - the hotel is a long block away from the beach and has a church obstructing the view, so we were pretty disappointed. Maybe the higher floors are better but the ocean would still be... far. There was also tons of road noise when the balcony door was open, so we couldn't really enjoy the breeze. […] Also ask about and remember to account for valet parking charges since there simply aren't other parking options to be found.
