ヒルトン ツーソン イースト (Hilton Tucson East)格安予約

Tucsonで開催されたミネラル＆ロックの展示会に参加 する為に利用させていただきました。施設そのものは 宿泊料の割には満足できました。従業員の片達も感じが良く、お部屋もある程度の広さがあり清潔でした。ベッドの寝心地もとても良かったです。残念な事は、主要な 場所から、かなりの距離があった事です。フリーウェイ の出入り口周辺にいろいろな施設があるのですが、車で ２５分ほどかかりました。

Our room at the Tucson Hilton was very comfortable. The bed was phenominal -- comfortable and luxurious linens. Big fluffy towels. Very nice amenities. Very quiet, double paned windows. ... and when we arrived, there in the lobby was the Easter Bunny, posing with kids for a picture, and warm chocolate chip cookes and milk! WOW!

WE had stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago. We went to Tucson to lay in the sun and relax. When we got to the hotel we went to the pool. We were told by a manager that we had to leave the pool as there was a wedding. He told us that we should not complain as it was a girls special day. In our room in the bathroom were little black bugs. Out lock […] on the door was broken and the television clicker did not work. We told the front desk and nothing got fixed. We went to buy bug spray to take care of that mess. We told the desk for two days and kept getting the same line, that they would get to it. Nothing was ever done. We found that the sink was plugged, the carpet had loose threads which could cause ladies with high heels to trip and perhaps fall, the hook on the bathroom door for hanging towels came out of the door when the bath towel was hung on it. The ice machine on the floor of our room did not work and had to go to another floor for ice.. We were disappointed […] with Hilton and do not think we will go back to any Hilton Hotel in the future. Excellent stay. All staff VERY nice and helpful. Great room over looking the Santa Catalina Mountain range. Excellent Hotel. Max was especially helpful!

The hotel disappointing for a Hilton. The Hotel is is bad need of a makeover. Our TV had very poor reception ... So blury that one can't read the scores of the basketball games going on. I had better reception through the Internet on my iPad. Also was frustrating that we had to pay an additional $10 a day just to have something on the TV for our kids […] to watch. Bathrooms were small and had maintenance issues. Their pool and spa was small and they always seem to run out of towels. Had to ask multipal times for towels where the staff was very slow to respond. The hotel also had a number of functions at the hotel where the hotel did not have a separate room for. Instead they blead into the hallways and took over the pool area. Made it uncomfortable having to make your way through a wedding party just to get to your room and felt trapped in the room due to not wanting to disrupt the function on going in the hotel. For the price payed ... It also was surprising that there was no continental breakfast offered as part of the stay. If it was a high end hotel I would understand. Most Hilton's are ... But this hotel was far from a high end hotel. They need to keep up with the times and provide more for their customers. The area was nice and it is a great place for the hotel ... But the stay fell short of expectations ... Especially for a Hilton. During our long road trip we had stayed in a Holiday Inn, Meriott, and a Hampton Inn. Each was by far better than this hotel. Overall stay was OK but did not meet expectations. Maintenance needs improvement.

Elevator was broke, room was "OK", beds were not the best. In need of a refresh.......Was convenient to the east side and compared to what you can get elsewhere in Tucson (around that area) it was satisfactory however compared to what you can get for that same amount of money in another part of the city or in other areas in the US it would rank at mediocre […] at best. As a midwesterner coming to Az. for a vacation. We chose the wrong hotel. Hilton Tucson East is much more catered for the business/milatary class.Inconvenient for "having a good time". Our room was neglected one day for housekeeping and another day my bathing suit was taken by mistake. No apologies,no nothing. They did'nt seem to get the billng correct […] either. The room was under two names and we gave our room number to the bartender and she said we walked out on the tab. We were embarrased. We were confused in the "Vistas" dining room too, as to who could eat what and how we would get billed and they had that messed up as well. Not happy. We did not feel welcome at all. もっと読む

Clean, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly & accommodated for a special request for refridgerator. Came right away. Higher end toiletries :-)

Bathroom sink dirty, carpet in poor shape, refrigerator in extremely poor condition. My room door was left OPEN when staff put the refrigerator in, was open over 8 hours while I was out. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my stay, will not return.

My lady and I stayed at the hotel to get away from the family for her B-day. We reserved a smoking room and discovered when we got there that they only have 3 smoking rooms, so we didn't get one but we enjoyed ourselves none the less. we enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

There aren't many hotels in this area, so this hotel is great for the area. There was a little medical cleaning smell in the hall on our floor, but it simply may have been the cleaner they used. Staff is very friendly. Stay was only one night, and it was just fine.

Friendly staff and service outweighed most of the minor complaints here. The hotel seems to date back to the 1980s. It may have had a face lift in places and the rooms may have been moderatly updated and recdecorated, but things like outmoded bathroom fixtures betray the age of the place. Our bathroom was tiny with a shower that had old fashioned sliding […] shower doors, a shower head that was in need of repair, and an improperly laid floor so that the rear of the shower filled up with water and didn't drain properly. You ended up standing in about one quarter inch of water even for a brief shower. Luckily, it never overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The bed mattresses and pillows were too soft. This is something we continue to find wherever we go. It's supposedly "luxurious" but it's just plain bad for our backs and necks. The free WiFi failed for our first night. There was some odd problem with people (like me) who own Apple computers and Mac laptops trying to use the WiFi. An IT guy came to our room personally and apologized and explained he would fix it all in one day. It was fixed by the morning. I was glad because our back-up 4G device wouldn't have worked since Clear is not offered anywhere in Arizona. We didn't eat in their restaurant or use any amenities like the pool or fitness center. Really these are minor gripes. Overall it was safe and quiet and clean which is all we ever really want. Anything else tends to be a bonus. But in this case - no bonuses. もっと読む

The Hilton Tucson East is a beautiful hotel with great amenities and a fabulous view. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Kira and the manager were so nice. I will be staying there often in the future. The room was very comfortable.

The location is great. It is close to everything we needed to do in the Tucson area. The bar is nicely decorated and the staff is very good. The bar food is very good and the restaurant is decent as well. However, our room was terrible. The A/C was set to not go below 65 deg, but it never reached that temperature. As a result is was fairly warm in the […] room (I would hate to be in this room during the summer when the temperature reaches well into the 100's). Also, the A/C was very noisy. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed. It was not a very bad leak but enough to be irritating. I had to keep a towel on the floor to soak up the water. I dont know exactly what was wrong with the bed but it was not very comfortable to me (my wife was fine with the bed). Upon our exit there was not anyone (Bell Captain) there to assist with the luggage. I'm very capable and was able to retrieve the luggage cart myself and pack our luggage, BUT it is my expectation that there is staff available at this level of hotel. All in all I was disappointed with my stay. but I must admit that the location is perfect. I just would like for the amenities to be upgraded. もっと読む

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Hilton Tucson East. I've never been disappointed with their service. The staff is courteous and professional, and the rooms are always impeccably clean. Thank you all for making my stay a pleasant one, always.

Very close to a starbucks, grocery store, ~30 minutes from the main Sabino Canyon hiking trail

The staff was very friendly and accomadating! I had an allergy issue with down pillows and they handled problem immediately. The only issue I had was 4 buses arrived and it took 15 minutes to get back into my room. There was no stairwell available for general use, only for emergencies! Hotel decor and staff nice. However, walls were paper thin or sound may have been coming through vents. Also, bathroom was small and cramped. We got an awesome deal through hotels.com, including 3rd night free; would have been disappointed if we paid full price. Overall, hotel is beautiful, just wished it provided more sound proofing.

Room run down. Saw maintenance man peeing on lawn from our window. We went two days before Christmas and the lobby was so cold the personnel had coats on and we could see our breath. Very strange stay. The maintenance man watering the lawn with his urine was the highlight.

The Hilton was beautiful and quiet. It was situated in east Tuscon. Other than the busy street getting to the hotel (mind u it was Christmas eve near a mall) it was real easily to get to and locate.

I thought the Hilton was supposed to be nicer than a standard hotel.

Hotel well maintained, clean and comfortable rooms. We experienced good serice, in particular, at the front desk, where a blond lady (sorry, did not get her name, went the extra mile to get us complimentary teri robes so we could enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi in what was cool out door December weather. A little bit out of the way, but good value/
