チェックインし、部屋に入ると、机の上にはピザの箱、シーツはめくれており浴槽も汚かった。部屋内の電話からフロントに連絡して見てもらった。従業員の感想：「システム上は清掃済みということになっていたけど、明らかに汚いですね…」。幸い別の部屋が開いていたので変えてもらえたので、新しい部屋はエレベーターの真ん前で時々音が聞こえるという点以外特に不満はなく、普通の部屋だったが、このホテルをもう一度利用する気にはあまりなれない。

売店があるとのことでしたが、ほんの小さなスペースにお菓子や飲み物が売られているだけでした。 目覚まし時計の設定が分かりにくく、結局、携帯のアラームを利用しました。 チェック・インの際、クレジット・カードを提示し、補償料を引き落とされ、何もなければ返金すると言われました。そういうことも、ドット・コムの説明に付け加えてもらえるといいなと思いました。

ワシントンDCの観光は、メトロでの移動ができるため、レンタカーが必要ないとのこと。メトロ駅から歩ける範囲の格安ホテルを探したところ、こちらに決めました。クリスタルシティー駅から5分強の徒歩圏で、ビジネス街のため治安もとても良かったです。スミソニアンに近いDCのホテルはとても高いので、河を隔ててすぐの立地のこちらのホテルはおすすめです。こちらのホテルの最大のおすすめポイントは、日本の家庭用の小さめの冷凍・冷蔵庫が空の状態であり、また電子レンジが部屋に常備されていることです。今回は6泊の長期滞在でしたので、外食ばかりではきついので、部屋に炊飯器を持ち込んで自炊をしたり、おかずを買い置きしたりするのにとても便利でした。近くには、駅から続くモールや、食事処の集まったストリート・セブンイレブン・CVS […] もあります。清掃も行き届き、ベッドも硬さをリモコンで操作して自分の好みに変えられるもので、大変快適でした。残念だったのは、部屋の壁が非常に薄く、隣の声は筒抜けなこと。あと、フロントスタッフの技量は少し低いと感じました。エクスペディアで予約したので先払いでしたが、請求書が部屋に来たり、連泊するものの、エクスペディアのディスカウントクーポンの関係で3つの予約に分けた所、同じ部屋で連泊したいという申し出がスタッフによっては聞き入れてもらえなかったりした為です。　あと、ランドリースペース（自分で洗濯機をまわす）はこちらのホテルにはなかったです。同じ敷地内にレンタカーのエンタープライズのナショナル空港支店があるので、もしレンタカーをする場合は、エンタープライズで予約をしておくと、とても便利です。我が家はダレス国際空港とホテル（ナショナル空港支店）間をレンタカーしましたが、プラス15ドルで空港同士なので、ピックアップ・ピックダウンが可能でした。アメリカ内をいくつか格安ホテルを使って旅行していますが、高級ホテルではありませんが、なかなか快適なホテルでした。 もっと読む

Good value. Polite, helpful staff. 5 mins to Metro yellow line. 5 mins shuttle (complementary) to airport. Comfortable room with free Wi-Fi. Lots of fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet. Good value!

Parking was good. Pleased this hotel does not charge for everything like internet access, parking etc. This is definitely one of the best values for your dollar in Crystal City with easy access to the Metro, Pentagon, etc

Positives: closeness to Crystal City Metro, room was clean. Hotel was tired, though. In-wall HVAC is noisy. Restaurant food and ambiance lacking, but service was top-notch. (There ARE lots of restaurants close by though.)

The hotel is within close walking distance to the metro and many eating establishments. Very nice staff and comfortable, clean rooms. My only knock is that the sleep number bed wasn't working properly so my bed was VERY stiff. Other than that, good facility for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.

Their airport shuttle doesn't start running until 6AM to the airport. They arranged for a taxi for me. However, I received a call from the front desk asking if I wanted taxi 5 min. early or 5 min. late? I told them "at the scheduled time." It finally arrived almost 15 minutes after my scheduled time and it turned out to not be a real taxi--was not marked, had no meter. Desk person had called and arranged with this particular driver via cell phone while I was at the desk--"where are you, the guest is waiting?" Very nice hotel, very friendly people at the front desk who recommended a wonderful restaurant. I was so impressed because their shuttle driver had gone home sick and they paid for a cab to get me from the airport to the hotel. Would definitely return!
