We had booked 3 rooms for 10 people for one night. On arrival check in was very quick, although the clerk made a small error and was charging one group for a prepaid room, which was quickly corrected. The cleaning people need to be trained and then management should follow up and make sure they are doing their job. Maintance needs to be done at once. Examples: Our room was not cleaned, floors not vaccuumed,sinks not cleaned,towels not replaced, one day nothing was done to our room. Shower rod was loose from the wall and the curtain would not stay […] shut so water got to the floor, weather stripping was needed around the door, large window was loose and rattling in it's frame. Property is in need of demolition. Maintenance is non existent. Housekeeping is minimal. The are 8 to 10 other hotels within a mile that appear far better. Only plus is it's being close to the interstate.

Terrible. Cockroaches. No toilet paper or tissues. Dirty. Stained furniture & carpet. Broken dresser handles. Sketchy people. Would NOT recommend.

My room was not clean, the vending machines were missing... used toiletries were left in the shower, as well as a dirty toilet.

Low price and convenient location are all that this one has going for it. Carpet was not clean and was worn, furnishings had damage, nearest ice machine not operating, breakfast was scant, concrete walkway on balconies spalled.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been too and I stayed in some dumps in my college days. We tried 5 rooms before we decided at midnight and only being able to get 5 hours sleep to just live with it. 4 of the rooms had sheets with fresh blood on them. This is a last resort if all else is filled. Room stank of smoke. Bed was clean and good. A/C unit had been kicked in and was in pieces. Exterior floors were filthy, this is no place to take a family.

The beds were comfortable. That is the only good thing about this hotel. The bathroom had mildew rings and did not drain properly, the sink handle was loose, the remote did not work and there was a terrible selection of breakfast items.

Full breakfast was continental. Requested smoker's room was in unremodeled part of complex. Changed room 3 times. ist room: Blew all electrical when plugging in phone charger, 2nd room: Stench of urine so bad, outlets cracked, bed looked slept in. 3rd room, dirty sheets, spiders and cobwebs on ceilings, pictures in room filthy. This was the worst place to stay.. If I hadn't been driving for over 12 hrs I would have went some where else. The room stank and was mold all in the bathroom. I didn't even sleep under the covers I was that scared. Bed was smaller than expected but good clean room and A/C worked great.

Days Inn Fredericksburg VA really needs updated! Only stayed here because the price is right. If you only need a bed to sleep in and a shower, this the place for you. Staff is helpful but hotel is very old and outdated.

I did not have internet for 3 days until I managed to convince them that it was not my computer that was the problem. They then gave me a different room, but I had to move myself. Since I am here job hunting, this was very inconvenient. There is no guest laundry and microfridges are optional and an additional charge.

Ac did not work and i had to waight 45 minutes to check in while the clerk was messing around on the computer, Dont walk Run from this place

The hotel was ok. Great for the price. But definitely no 5 stars. Could use some major updates and air fresheners. Room smell musty.

There is not one good reason to stay here. Gang bangers reside here full time. Stay away. Not worth saving a couple bucks. Not safe!

Do not go there.

The title says it all. It'sin a shaky neighborhood too. If you want a cheap room but don't care about anything else, stay here.

Seemed more like the type of motel people live in, rather than the type traveler's stay in. First time ever I checked right out after checking in. Guy at gas station across the street even said "you don't want to stay there with a family". Save yourself the trouble. Pee in hallway, no A/C, room stunk, condom wrapper in garbage. Need I say more?

Very dirty and run down. We were also not given the room we reserved. We reserved a queen size non smoking and were given a double bed smoking which smelled very badly due to it being a smoking room.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and dirt smudges all over the walls, stains on the carpets. The room smelled musty. The remote control was not for the TV in the room and was missing the battery cover. The A/C did not work well, spent most of the night swimming in my own sweat. The pool area was disgusting, trash and wet towels were all over […] the pool area (at 9pm) and still the same the next morning. We were excited that the price was pretty cheap and they had a pool but, not so happy with our room and all the people at the hotel. Our room had dead bugs, the toitlet paper holder was broken and our toilet paper was on the floor, we had no alarm clock but our cousins room did, the shower curtain had fresh dirt on it, the remote did not work for the […] television and there were tons of people there playing loud music and were everywhere. The hotel was nice enough for the price. There were MANY loud people staying there. People were yelling and fighting. Small kids were running and screaming through the halls until midnight!

The place was a dump, dirty carpet, big hole in the bathroom wall but if you need to lay your head for the night, surprisingly the bed was comfortable

Television in room was broken, no trash can in room. 2nd room air conditioner not working, and bugs in the room. we were given a replacement room for bad ac room. night clerk not very friendly.

This was a great stop for us. I was traveling with my four year old. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good place to stop outside of D.C.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty - much repair was needed in bathroom, carpet, etc. First night, no towels or toilet paper in room. Noisy (24 hrs.) - no sound proofing at all. Appeared that locals lived there - language, actions, not appropriate. Hotel needs much updating and cleaning inside rooms.

We had 2 rooms with 2 adults and one child in each room. Rooms only had towels for 2 people. Rooms were dirty.We stayed 2 days and the same pieces of ceramic trash remained on the bathroom floor.Rugs were stained. TV needed repair/replacement people were blue and color could not be adjusted Motel was noisy. Pool area was in need of equipment update

If you like living like a dog then stay in this dump! Wait even dogs don't like eating and using the bathroom (couldn't use the s-word) in the same place. The managment is also worthy of this same rating. Absolutely terrible service. If I was homeless and was given the opportunity to live here for free--lets's see I would be homeless.

The room was fine, we just basically slept for a bit on our way to TN, room was clean

upon check in the front desk manager gave me a key to a room that was already occupied,by a sleeping woman. The pool never opened up while we stayed ther over memorial weekend w/ temp 95 plus. The top floor had people selling drugs across from the room and doors down a young mother was prostituting her self at night while her pimp was lining up customers […] outside the room all night. Maid service was sketchy and i couldnt get fresh towels/sheets because there were none clean each day til mid noon. My husband bike trailer was stolen by a crackhead ,when we called the police they told us, about all the prostitution and to notify Hotel.com about the facilities reputation(the police wont come to this hotel w/ out a partner).
