エアコンの音が大きくてちょっと驚きました。ずっと鳴りっ放しなのではなく、一定温度になると突然轟音で稼働し始めます。それ以外は、部屋は清潔、インテリアもモダンで快適、朝食も無料でつくものにしては、よかったです。

We stayed in a two bed suite. It was very nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great , close to everything we needed for our trip. I would stay here again.

The stay was good, great location, faucets need work.. Overall it was very nice.

My fince was on a road trip back home from missippissi to Nor Cal, when he found out all his credit cards were compromised. I told him I would get him a hotel on Hotels.com, that way he should have to worry about having to use a credit card. I was losing hope when I called the Holiday Inn, instead I got a reassurance from the front desk clerk, he said not to worry we will take care of everything if you get the room on Hotle.com. We have stayed at this hotel many times. There are more good things than bad that can be said. This time though the hotel had an ordor in the elevator, you almost had to hold your breathe it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great!

My cheer team and I have stayed here twice. We love this hotel and the staff. The breakfast lady is amazing and would make anyone's day. My girls loved her so much they took pics with her before we left!! Front desk was awesome and the rooms where clean and comfortable!! We plan on staying here every time we travel.

Everyone at this location were really friendly, and the breakfull was rated at 10. There a applebee right across from there to eat supper.

I had high expectations for this place. I've stayed at the one by the airport and that one passed my expectations. In this one, the bathroom was very small, only one person could fit in at a time and with small children, sometimes you have to help them with potty stuff. The tv was very outdated. Very nice hotel...clean...comfortable...staff friendly. The only problem was the room TV remote didn't work...and for the 4 nights I was there it was not fixed or replaced. The room was clean and the beds felt great. The bathrooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious.

We have stayed in hotels in the U.S. and abroad for 39 years. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They were the best we have experienced. The hotel has a shuttle van that will take you any where you want to go within a 5 mile radius. I left my cell in the van and the driver hunted me down in the train station in order to return it to me, which […] I thought was just wonderful. The breakfast hostess is so friendly and nice and assists you with anything you need. Also, the breakfast is great. There is also a restaurant next door for lunch or dinner. If you need info at the desk about a place you want to go, they will give you a packet of info and highlight the must-see stuff. You can tell they enjoy their job and work hard to please you. In my book, this Holiday Inn Express should be a model for all the others to strive for. Even if not technically rated a 5 star, I would easily give it 5 stars. もっと読む

Loved our stay here. Beds were really comfortable. Kids loved the pool too. Was in a good location and we would definitely stay here again. Highly reccommended!

The hotel is in a great location close to the University and Old Town, you have to go thru some not nice parts of town if you take Menaul from I25, but it you get from I40 you miss that. Exceeded expectations! Excellent breakfast variety: Best self serve I've ever seen. Hot and tasty.

Pros of our hotel stay: - Convenient to UNM, where we were visiting. The location is fairly central, so it should be convenient to most things in ABQ. - Friendly, helpful staff, at least in my limited interactions with them. - Free breakfast: cereal, rolls, eggs, pancakes, juice, yogurt. All was fresh and pretty tasty for that sort of thing. - Clean […] room with fridge and microwave, plus free wireless internet (password provided at check-in). Cons: - I found the bed too firm, which caused me to toss and turn. If you like a pretty firm bed, this will be an ideal hotel for you. I like this hotel due to its safe location in the Albq area. However, it seems that high school sports teams do to. My stay was over the weekend and the teams of high school kids staying at the hotel ran up and down the halls until 2 in the morning. I am glad they have a safe place to go, but I will not be going back anytime soon. My wife and I were traveling through and only stayed one night here. Great hotel for the money and right next to an Applebees. We walked over had dinner and walked back. The hotel staff was super nice.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and even though it was right off of the elevator lobby, surprisingly quiet. I could hear shower below or next to me when it came on and a little traffic noise from the nearby freeway but it was tolerable. The AC unit, however, was on the intolerable side. The first night, I wanted […] the heat on auto but the auto button did not work. So, the fan would run constantly between warm and cold air and was LOUD so I turned it off and ended up not needing it anyway. The temperature in the room stayed very comfortable. The second night, however, the auto feature decided to kick in at about 2AM and I could not make it stop. I couldn't even find the outlet to unplug the blasted thing. Everytime the unit turned on it sounded like a jet engine firing up and it turned on about every 10 minutes and only stayed on for about one minute at a time. When it turned off it did so with a loud click. You can imagine the sleep I lost. At least the pillows were thick and, therefore, useful for covering my ears. Nice hotel and staff. Breakfast had large selection. Room large and clean. It was everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The elevator was down our second day there, but it was no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay but was constantly reminded that we were put on the smoking floor when I booked non-smoking room. That was very disappointing and the smell never went away. One of the reasons why we would go back is to see her. Breakfast was a lot better than I thought, they were fully stocked on everything, even the coffee was tasteful. Hot and cold breakfast - - way better than any Holiday Inn Express hotel that I've ever been to. The bathroom was pretty tiny but the rest of the room was perfect. Beds were pretty comfortable and we even had a nice view of the city. My daughter loved the view that she spent quite a bit of time checking it out. Pool wasn't as warm as we thought it would be but we enjoyed ourselves anyhow. Location is very convenient to I-25 and to go to the Balloon Fiesta. If we end up going next yr, most likely, we'll be staying here and make sure we get a non-smoking room next time. I'll have to call. We had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The main issue was the tiny size of the bathroom and the lack of trash cans in the same. We would probably stay in the hotel again if we had to, as none of the aforementioned issues are deal-breakers.

We ask right off the bat for a quiet room and it sounded like there was construction going on upstairs from midnight til after 3 am! Even our 24 yr old boy was amazed by the noise. Nice hotel. Clean-suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants in the area with of large variety to choose from. Breakfast was very good (hot food is so much better than just cereal and donuts). Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed for the Balloon Festival. The staff was excellent, Breakfast was very good, Applebee's is next door and very convienient. No, complaints ... Just don't get a room on the main floor ... it can be noisy.
