お部屋が広く、ベットも大きく、枕がフカフカで快適です。テラスからの眺めはとても良かったのですが、テラスに出る窓が開きませんでした。インターネットも最初は不通でしたが、フロントのお姉さんががんばって復旧していただきました。電子レンジと冷蔵庫を用意いただきましたので、お部屋でお食事もできました。日本人はなかなかテンションを上げて明るくフロントの方とお話しできませんが、それでも丁寧に両替に対応したりしてくれるお兄さんがいて助かりました。次回もCMUに用があるときはこのホテルを利用しようかと思っています。

コンベンションセンターから少し歩いたところにあり、利便性は良い。しかし、人通りがいつまでも多い中心部ではない方向にあるので、多少の注意は必要だが、治安的には心配はない。アメリカのホテルらしく歯ブラシやかみそりなどは置いていないが、フロントに言えば無料で用意してくれる。インターネットと朝食も無料。朝食は最低限のものしかなく、それだけでは野菜不足になる。部屋はとても快適で、電子レンジや冷蔵庫も使える。しかし、フォークや食器はないので、冷凍食品を買って調理したい人は注意。総合的に、ダウンタウンにあるホテルにしてはリーズナブルな料金なので贅沢を言わなければ十分すぎるサービスがついてくるといえる。

"Remodeling"
We knew the hotel was doing renovations.... Wow, construction wokers laying tile at breakfast time in the lobby... When you got off of elevator you have to "JUMP" over the tile thay were laying... I think this could have been done afternoon as the hotel does not offer lunch. 2 Coffe containers were set on 2 tables with a table cloth covering. I poor […] my coffee set cup on table to put creamer in and the table were uneven so my cup of coffee spilled all over table cloth and onto fresh laid tile. Person behind desk offered napkins and I poceeded to clean floor with no assistance from the staff... "Great place to stay"
The hotel is close to everything. It is under renovation so the breakfast area was very small and the lobby area was gone. The rooms were very clean & nice. Comfortable beds, pillows & linens. "Steelers game"
Stayed here for 2 nights with wife and 2 kids as we came up to watch a steelers game and had never been before. "Hampton Inn - Good place"
This is my third stay at a Hampton Inn Hotel chain. My family and I like the Hampton Inn because of the buffet breakfast, pool and refrigerator/microwave. These things helped especially if you have a young family. The Hampton Inn at Cranberry was well located. It was off the main roads yet close to everything we needed ( family restaurants, shopping, […] etc.). We used the Hampton Inn as our homebase for trips into Pittsburgh. It was 20 mins to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh gets really busy when there is a game going on. The only hiccup to our stay at the Hampton Inn was that I requested online a refrigerator and microwave but it was not in our room when we arrived. This place was between Grove City and Down town Pittsburg. There are shops like Walmart and Marshalls close by. There is a movie theatre as well if you do not want to wander too far from the hotel. On the whole it is conveniently located.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

Effortless check-in and check-out. Nice that there are 2 people at the front desk ! The only off-putting issue is the eggs served at their otherwise nice breakfast buffet - I had a formed/shaped cheese omelet the first morning and scrambled eggs the second morning. These 2 egg offerings were not made from fresh eggs but rather some type of egg mix ... […] seemed artificial and I assumed there were some chemical additives to this egg mix and also the so-called cheese filling in the omelet. Please - purchase fresh eggs and real cheese ! Even if this egg mix is a type of egg-beater offering, please .... real eggs are preferable to even this type of mix - again the additives are yucky and the cholesterol in an egg or two a day isn't that deadly ... real, natural food is best ! Oh, there are energy saving and green-type options in place at the hotel which is commendable such as: not automatically laundering bedding and towels ... though if you want it done, they will do it, of course ! 2 things I would like to see along these lines: recycle bins for the plastic and glass bottles from the vending machines. The large shower shampoo / soap dispensers that some green hotels have mounted on the walls of their tub area ... eliminating the tons of small plastic bottles that amass each year - as the hoetel purchases shampoos, etc in large quantities in single large containers. My husband and I were in town for a wedding. We checked into our room and immediately could tell smokers had violated the policy. The staff acted immediately and even brought us the new room keys.
