We just had a great stay at the Comfort Inn (Kamloops) this past weekend. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much value you get for your money. The hotel was very clean & modern, friendly helpful staff and great pool. The best part was a delicious hot breakfast included. Not only was it the traditional contiential fare but it had waffles, sausages […] & eggs. So impressed! A nice clean hotel with decent amenities. Beds were a little soft and the continental breakfast could be better. All in all, a good place to stay!

The whole family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and excersise room.

Booked an Executive Room, which I found small and crowded. The microwave did not work properly and the jacuzzi control button was broken.

Comfortable, had helpful front desk. . Entrance/front desk under renovation but did not impact us. Lots of fast food type restaurants in area.We'll use it again

my only negative comment was that the hotels.com directions were not clear. Hotel and staff were fine

The hotel is very clean and is very easily accessible from the main highways that go through Kamloops. I really appreciate the great service and friendly atmosphere with the front desk personnel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through or to Kamloops. The Hotel staff were polite and professional and answered all my questions. The room was clean but did have damage to the walls and was in disrepair. The bathroom was cleam and roganized but the TV/entertainment system was lacking in safistication and more up to date equipment. If you are a light sleeper then a room facing the road is really noisy. We were lucky that we were able to change because the noise level was so loud that even talking too each other we had to raise our voices. We thought the room window was open, but it was not even though double glazed.. Otherwise all very pleasant, clean and tidy.

The whole family had a blast with the pool and the waterslide! Breakfast was good but the dining room was a little crowded with all the guests coming down around the same time. Check-in and check-out were a piece of cake!

The hotel was great and was located just off of Hwy 1. Checking in was hassle free, considering we had booked it online and printed our confirmation. The only complaint we had was the beds.....they are too firm. When we go to a hotel, we expect the beds to be soft, warm, and comfortable.....these were not. Very disappointed: Had a great experience with Comfort Inn on my recent trip to Arizona, but this particular hotel fell far short of what I thought was the chain's standard. Two rooms' AC didn't work; TV's interactive system kept crashing down; pop machine distributed room temperature pop - had to go one floor up for a working unit; internet connection […] was unprotected and super SLOW; numerous guest's rooms wouldn't close fully until slammed two or three times; room had a clorine mixed with musty smell; breakfast area was very cramped, etc. Our previous week's stay on our way from Edmonton to Vancouver was at the closeby Hampton Inn - great experience! Never thought the return trip's overnight stay would be so disappointing at the Comfort Inn... Don't think I'd risk another stay at a Comfort Inn hotel again (certainly not this one!) even though our previous experience with the chain had been great.
