コンフォート イン ダウンタウン (Comfort Inn Downtown)

メインストリートの16thより、1ブロックほどはずれたところにあるホテル。立地条件としては何の問題もない。16thストリートに出さえすれば、free mall シャトルだったかに乗れるので移動は特に問題ない。バスターミナルも近く、cherry creek mallへもバスで１本でいける。周辺には、レストランも、ファーストフード店も多いので苦にならない。ホテルの部屋は、すこし窓際が寒いのが気になった。が、暖房をいれてしまえばさほどきにならない。ビジネス利用でも問題なく、レジャーで家族ときても快適だと思う。

繁華街に近く便利。　アメニティーは最小限なので日本では当たり前の歯ブラシ、シェイバー等は無いので注意。　朝食の自分で焼くワッフルは非常に美味しかったです。

部屋も快適でしたし、全く問題ありませんでした。フロントの対応も悪くなかったです。場所もすぐにメイン通りに出ることができ便利でした。価格を考えると十分でした。 朝食は毎日同じで、ないよりはましという程度でしたが。 ブリッジでつながった隣の高級ホテル（ブラウン パレス ホテル & スパ ）内のクリスマスイルミネーションがとてもきれいでした。

週末を入れて４泊利用しました。とにかく壁が薄く、話し声が筒抜け。仮にまだ我慢できても、土曜日の夜だからか部屋に何人いるのか分からないくらいの騒ぎ。エレベーター前でも大騒ぎ。これ夜中の３時。起こされるどころの話ではない。あまりにもセキュリティーが無さすぎ。宿泊者以外も簡単に入れる。それならそういうホテルの評価と値段で設定するべき。場所と施設は悪くないだけにあまりに残念な一件でした。ゆっくり寝たい方には進めません。私は二度と使わない。

15th通りにfreeの巡回バスがあるので、コロラドコンベンションセンターへは実質2ブロック歩く程度ですんだ。近くにフードコートもあって、拠点にするには便利。

We had a great stay! The hotel was great, in a location that's a bit tucked away, but very close to lots of sights/resources. It was also nice that we got a complimentary upgrade to a king-size bed, corner-room suite.

Noisy, I can hear the noise form my neighbour room. The hotel itself is quite old and looks not good. Breakfast is terrible. Overall not worth the price.

We had a wonderful time. Comfort Inn was our "Way Station" for 18th birthday party activities. The fitness center is perfect and the staff was the best! The hotel is old, but extremely clean and comfortable.

hotel was conveniently located to the conference hotel I had to go to. Rate included free breakfast with eggs, waffles etc, and had free internet. The room did not have a fridge/ or minifridge in the room.

It was nice, the bathroom was nice however, you can hear your neighbor using their facilities, talking on the phone, playing music, etc. I had to call the front desk to have the room next to me turn their music down so I could go to sleep. Upon arrival, which was late into the evening, we went to our room and found that the TV reported no signal. We called down to the desk, and they sent an engineer to our room within 10 minutes who fixed the problem immediately.

The rooms are quite small, but the complimentary breakfast, exercise facility and proximity to 16th Mall more than made up for the close quarters for two people. The staff were very nice and it's a nice looking hotel on the inside. Outdoor parking less than a block away is available for far less than the hotel charges.

We liked our stay. The only part we did not like was when we read the description of the parking we thought we could park ourselves. We ended up with parking for a fee of $29 a night and no choice. This place is a good deal considering the location. It is close to the 16th St shopping and dining area, so that is a big plus. The hotel wi-fi was no good and the beds weren't great but room was in good condition. Staff was very courteous, so I was happy with the service.

The hotel was nice except for the construction going on. We had to deal with hammering and saws until almost 10 pm. It was ridiculous. There was not another room to move to because the entire hotel was being remodeled. All we got was a lame apology.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice location and convenient to downtown. Older rooms but overall well maintained. I have two complaints. The first is that while the wi-fi was free, it was terribly slow. The second is that the bed was not very comfortable. The mattress seemed old and I woke each morning with an achey back.

This hotel did such a great job from start to finish. When I checked in they informed me that they had upgraded me to a suite. It was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Very close to 16th Street Mall which is where my business event was located. Cab stand located directly across the street which made it even more convenient. I would recommend!

This hotel had an immaculate staff and a really nice complimentary breakfast. It was in a super convenient location and the hotel was in nice condition. My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit small, but they were everything needed for one night.
