"駅が近く便利"
浴室の暖房がOn／Off切替しかなく、そのスイッチが照明と区別がつかなかったため、浴室が異常に暑くなってしまい戸惑いました。 あと、夫婦でツインの部屋に泊まりましたが、ベッドが縦に並んでいて、これも一瞬戸惑いました。 それ以外は快適そのもので、特に立地は最高でした。ケルン駅がすぐ目の前にあって、大聖堂やショップ街が近く、観光にもショッピングにもとても便利だと思います。
"A quick stop over"
Checking in was simple and the room though small was adequate. The redeeming features were the fast Wi Fi (on more than one gadget!) and the good and comprehensive range of items on the self service breakfast menu. Late check out after 11:00 was also appreciated.
Almost everything was comfortable, specially breakfast. Only disadvantage was, that air condition was not working(cooling). When I put it on, it started heating...!Outside was +14 C and inside much more.It wasn't possible to have window open trough th night because the noise from railway station.
"Best Western Grand City - Great location"
This hotel is very convenient for walking to the cathedral, the symphony, the Bahnhof, the Rhine River, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are SMALL, the bathrooms are SMALLER. The room was renovated and very nice...location was excellent within walking distance to everywhere downtown...the in-room wi-fi was very flaky however, if this is important to you...staff was friendly...no ice-machines but the overnight staff served me ice from the closed restaraunt...smallest elevator I've ever been in! its only wide enough for one […] person to stand at the doors...fun stay overall! もっと読む

"Nice hotel but noisy"
Many positive elements in this hotel but the noise issues are pretty signifcant and the lack interest of certain staff made matters worse. Hotel would beneift from a serious overhaul of windows/double glazing.

"Wonderfun location"
Nice hotel in a wonderful location. Near everything important like train station, buss station, dome church. Only poor thing was the service in hotel.
Hotel was nice, clean and very well located (right next to train station). Breakfast was a bit too expensive for us so we ate our breakfast in downtown.

"Gute Wahl für 1-2 Nächte"
Standard Zimmer sind etwas klein, es gibt keinen Schrank für die Kleider. Aber das Zimmer ist neu , sauber und mit Wlan for free . Für 1-2 Nächte ist ein perfekte Wahl , Dom Bahnhof Center alles nur ein paar Schritte. Negative- keine Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Hotel.
19 € für DAS Frühstück ist eine Frechheit!!!

"Hotel in Top Lage"
Hotel ist alles in allem super, insbesondere die unmittelbare Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Dom. Habe schon bessere 4-Sterne Hotels gesehen aber für unsere Zwecke war es absolut ausreichend. Gerne wieder!
