Very clean and modern!

We (5 women) attended a seminar in Augusta. We all were impressed with the service and the comfort of the rooms. This is definitely a hotel that I would return to the next time I visit Augusta.

Find a different hotel if your travel plans fall on the 2nd or last weekend in July. This is due to men's & women's basketball teams that pretty much run the hotel. Unfortunately, neither their coaches nor the hotel staff did anything to stop them from being up late and making noise in the halls. Additionally, there were some parents of these young women who made the trip to support their child. The problem was that there were some parents that brought small children with them. They and the kids were in the halls till 2:30 am. I was woken up several times by screaming/crying kids! Also, they used the computer room on the main level as "Lovers Lane" Upon checkin, the desk clerk was sitting on the counter watching "Family Guy". We asked about the location of ice machines. When we saw that our room was directly behind the elevator, we went to the front desk and asked to be moved. We also told the young man that the machine on the 2nd floor didn't work at all and the one on the 4th floor was erradic. He said he knew this. It's beyond me why he didn't share this information when we first inquired. Upon checkout, we spoke with the GM, Mark. I asked why nothing was done about the noise. He said that they have tried in the past to get the teams to sign an agreement regarding conduct. Unfortunately, this has not been done. Mark also mentioned that the hotel staff wouldn't be able to enforce it anyway. He did seem to sympathize with us and seemed frustrated that his hands were tied, as he put it! If it were't for these inconsiderate quests and the night clerk, our stay would have been great. The lobby and rooms are clean and modern. the breakfast was very good. The woman staffing the breakfast did an exceptional job even considering that the women's basketball team/coaches/families were in the breakfast area all around the same time. This an older motel that is apparently still undergoing renovation. The public space has been modernized but the rooms show their age. The free breakfast is nothing special and typical of motel fare. The stay was satisfactory but I would not consider the value anything out of the ordinary

We found the rooms clean and beds comfortable. Very satisfied with our stay.

Stayed for the masters tournament so price was high but they served a nice breakfast everyday and had local restaurants bring in food around 5 pm each day and it was good and plenty. Hotel was nicer than i expected. Nice lobby and roomy. Room was large and bath nice.

A newer hotel. Worth the extra money.

Nice hotel very family friendly. Good size rooms with big frig, micro and cabinets. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

What a GREAT hotel, we will return next year when we do the same event! They we're so professional, the rooms we're big and very clean. I was expecting a regular hotel room but feel I got a superior hotel room. NICE JOB!!

The hotel was okay, but I woke up to a roach crawling on the ceiling. The toilet was moving, the microwave did not work. It was supposed to be free wi-fi but the internet stopped working after the first night of my three night stay. AWFUL!

Great place, have stayed there multiple times and have always gotten a great room and service

We enjoyed our stay and was pleased with everything except the microwave in our room. It would only work once when we arrived at night. The next morning it worked once. But we will probably stay again when we are going through this area.

The staff are so friendly at this hotel. They smile and treat you with kindness. They seem to actually care that your stay is good. This is really important to me. It is important that the staff are friendly and attentive to their customers. The hotel is just lovely, room was excellent. I will defintely come back again.

One word "WOW" Not your avg. stay, very happy with everything.

This was my first visit to this chain and it was a wonderful surprise- The staff was very pleasant and accomodating, the rooms were very comfortable.

Great Experience, Great Csutomer Service....will stay at this facility each time I am in the city.
