ホテルの清潔さはいいのですが、ホテルからダウンタウンへの交通の便が悪くて、レンタカーなどがないとどうしても不便です。 隣にダブルツリーやヒルトンINNなどがあるので、そこには空港までの無料のバスがあり、空港からBARTなどでダウンタウンへいけますが、レッドツリーはバスの来る頻度が非常に少ない。 時刻表のバスがこなくて、1時間くらい待ちました。。。 同じ場所で泊まるなら、レッドツリーか、ちょっと手前のヒルトンや、ホリディINNがおススメかな？ やはり空港近くだからパイロットやスチュワーデスさんが多く泊まってました。

My first room had an awful smell - I put up with it for the first night (checked in at 1am), but asked (and got) a new room the next day, which was better. The pool had no water in it - really disgusts me when hotels advertise that they have a pool, and then it's unavailable when you get there. Should have left my bathers at home! Hotel is pretty isolated, […] so if you don't have a car you have no option but to eat in the grotty restaurant. Nice walks in the area are a plus. The TV's aren't LCD - they are the old square CRT type, and reception was bad too. Expect to be bored in the evenings! The shuttle bus is convenient, but not the most frequent. Expect to wait up to 30 minutes, and to stop off at several other hotels along the way. Staff are friendly, but a little slow. I had to ask 4 times to get something done on one occasion. There are no "do not disturb" signs for the doors, and the windows do not open. The corridors are open to the outside, so expect people to oggle through your window/door as they walk by. Shower is nice and powerful, and its good that there is a safety box and empty fridge to use. The am and pm on my clock were switched, which made me oversleep and miss my meeting! まぁ、それだけです。 海から近いから見えると思ったけれど、見えませんでした。 近所にお店もないから、レンタカーではない人には不便でしょう。

可もなく不可もなく、が印象です。 部屋をロックアウトしてしまったときは、快く素早く対応してもらいました。 気になったのは、メールをお願いしたのに、切手がないという理由で郵便局を紹介されたが、それが10時にオープンすることが行ってみて初めてわかり、無駄足を踏んだこと。そのような情報はきちんと示して欲しい。チェックアウト後すぐ空港へ行きたくて近いモーテルを選んでいるので、朝の一つ一つの作業を効率的にできるよう配慮してほしい。 結局空港内のトラベルエージェンシーで規定の料金$1.10-で送付できることがわかった。１分でもむだにしたくないものだ。

The rooms have been remodeled, so the look of the rooms was okay. But this was by far the noisiest place I've ever stayed.

This hotel is right at Union Square and conveniently located to downtown. Trolley runs right by the hotel for travel to the wharf. The service staff was great in accomodating us for directions and transportation. This is a great deal for a San Francisco stay.

Very clean and the attached restaurant was very convenient. Most rooms have an ocean view and there was plenty of parking. We stayed over night before traveling onto another destination and it is right on Hwy 101 and about 10 minutes from the airport.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Newly refurbished room, very clean.

just average. the onsite restaurant is nice

I of 2 elevators didn't work. Next morning the good one didn't work. We were on 5th floor. No coffee in room - had to go downstairs.

Very clean, efficiently run, friendly and great location. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Nice people, great transportation to and from the airport, remodeling entire bottom floor, my room was all refurbished and nice. Well lite and felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Hotel was kind of dirty and not that comforting. Next time we'll probably check out the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was undergoing renovation. Our room, while newly remodeled and pleasant was not fully cleaned. It was also somewhat poorly furnished. In the end, it was safe and clean enough, and not terrible for an airport hotel.

renovated rooms are very nice, comfortable and rate high. Staff is very helpful, friendly and speedy check in and check out. Restaurant on premises open 24/7 has all the great meals one wants

I stay in a number of hotels each year and gives good value, this hotel is being renovated in stages but was not inconvenienced. The new rooms are pleasant, clean and the beds are comfortable, it was quiet for being so close to the freeway. The adjoining restaurant/cafe is open 24hrs and the prices are great. We booked a bay view window and were told that due to construction we couldn't have a bay view window and we had to be on the 4th floor. The room was not child friendly at all. At night it was really noisy so slept very little.

We stayed on 3 April 2012. We live midway between SF and Sacramento, were flying out of SF on the AM of the 4th and wanted to avoid the horrendous rush hour traffic. We prioritized price and convenience to the airport, fully understanding that we were going to have a bare-essentials type of place. This was PERFECT for this purpose, and we will use them […] again for same! Also we appreciate their 100% no-smoking policy. I think they just recently renovated (actually are still finishing up). Our room was clearly new - all furnishings, nice wood floor, new paint job. Stylishly appointed and totally clean. Beds were fine. Square footage was bare-minimum, just enough room for your feet to take you to/from bathroom/sink/bed/door, but for our purpose that was fine. 24hr restaurant on site was fine, convenient. Saw lots of people using their free airport shuttle and they do offer some sort of longterm parking at the hotel (though we parked at airport). (and it's more of a motel than a hotel). All in all - if you are looking for a place convenient to the airport for a very short stay, this place is perfect, especially for the price. there was an outdoor pool, medium-sized I'd say. When we walked into the first room they gave us, the ceiling had crumbled all over the bed. They were quick to give us another room but it was 1:00 a.m and we were exhausted so having to lug our luggage to the top floor where renovations were complete and have to share a bed (my daughter and I) instead of two beds wasn't great. The hotel surroundings were nice and the establishment was clean, however our non smoking room smelt like 20+ years of ciggarette smoking. Also, they were under construction, which is great for future visitors, but we woke up to hammering and pounding at 7am after a 15 hour flight. Great place, just little things that added up....

Clean bed. Good for 1 night if connecting next day. Nothing around there. Would not stay more or to visit San Fran or for business.

I was traveling with my grand-daugter and an infant. The hotel manager was very accommodating for our stay. I appreciate the hotel shuttle was available to the airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable and look great. The airport shuttle service runs 24 hours and is very convenient!

The construction was noisy during our stay. The entire third floor was being redone and we were on the fourth floor. There are not any shops or convenient stores within walking distance. Without a car, the terrible Asian diner attached and the golf center across the street are your only options to get out of the room. only one pizza place and one Chinese […] place delivered. We found the hotel to be very convenient to the airport in San Fran. The staff were very friendly.. and they had a restaurant open 24hrs on site. The room was very very clean ! Free wi-fi also. Would stay there again !

I booked because of an early morning flight out of SFO. The hotel is convenient to where I usually park my car, and the price on Hotels.com was reasonable and worked towards my free night. One lady, apparently w/o a reservation, came back after getting her keys requesting a non-smoking room -- and there weren't any. The front staff was very pleasant despite the back up. I noticed a number of flight crew staying here. We didn't eat at the resturant, instead went down to nearby places. Clean room, friendly staff, safe location. Rooms are cheap, clean, and most importantly, bug free. I would definitely stay here again

Older building -- well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Was undergoing a remodel during stay -- did not interfere with stay.

More like a motel, but in a nice area with a great path along the water for a morning walk/run. Room was quite adequate and clean. Free wifi worked but was slow.

Basically no complaints...not high end, but an adequate room; close to airport, about 20 minutes to downtown if no traffic. My only gripe is that they would accept or cash an Amex travellers check.

Good Hotel ! However, not included breakfast.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Recommend for those on a budget.
