重厚な歴史を感じさせるホテルである。従業員の対応も概ね良好。周辺環境も良い。歴史散策、観光どれをとっても徒歩圏。地下鉄駅にも近く夜間も安心。

駅からも近く、たった一泊だったのが勿体ないくらいのホテルでした。 眺めはあまりよくありませんでしたが、フリーダムトレイルをめぐるのにはとても良い出発地でした。館内にビジネスセンターがあり、コピーやPCが使えるのも便利。（高かったですが…。） 外観も綺麗でした。今度はもう少し長く泊まりたいです。

駅から近く、観光のど真ん中で、歩いていろんな場所に行けるのがうれしかったです。 観光案内の人も、荷物を預かってくれる人もとても親切で、快適なホテルライフを過ごせました。 部屋もきれいで、お風呂が広く、すごく気に入りました。 ロビーではwifiもつながるし、便利です。 ボストンに行く際にはまた利用したいです。

空港からのアクセスが良く、夜でも明るい通りに面しているため安心。

格式あるホテルで落ち着いた雰囲気がある。場所もダウンタウンでボストンコモンに近く便利、しかも静か。観光には最適。問題は部屋が狭く、ソファーがないので部屋でくつろげないこと。

日本のビジネスホテル並みの狭さに、有料アメニティーがびっしりで邪魔。部屋でのインターネット有料。入室時蓋のあいた水とカクテルのストロー2本が部屋にあったため、翌日のハウスキーピングに文句を言ったら、当日でなければ部屋代の割引はできないと言われた。何でもお金。さすがアメリカの伝統を忠実に伝える最古のホテルだけのことはある。交通至便、他のサービスは良かっただけに残念。

１．場所的にどこへいくにも便利。Ｔがあり、近くには果物屋さんもあり助かりました。 ２．古い建物で、ＴＶはまだアナログ。ボタンをいくら押しても番組はなかなかでてこない。エレベータも同じ。忍耐が必要。 ３．最初は３階の部屋で見晴らしもなく、この部屋で５日間、滞在するのは息がつまりそうでがまんできそうもないと思いました。ベッドメイキングの人に聞いてみると、お部屋を変えてもらうように頼んでみればと言われたので頼んでみると部屋を上階に変えてくださった。それは有難かったです。新聞も毎日届けてくださって有難かったです。

今回は大学訪問が目的ですので、レットラインとグリンラインの乗り換え駅でパーカステーションから徒歩３分のこのホテルを選び、超正解でした。コプリー周辺も行きましたが、やはりこちらが便利です。空港行くときはタクシーを使って、２０ドルでした。ホテルの近くのマリンナーシーフドレストランはすごくおいしくて、雰囲気もよく、ぜひ言ってみてください。

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts fantastic. Chef JT was brilliant guy- makes best breakfast ever.Location excellent. Great sense of history.

I loved the proximity of the hotel to all the sights in Boston. I just wish I had more time to explore the city. The hotel itself is very nice with excellent service. The hotel is a short walk away from the T (subway), and the government center. Plenty of history there.

Lobby nice, room clean,bed comfortable, but when we first walk into our room it was unbelieveable.The room was so small that the bed barely fit in the room. The front desk clerk was not willing to try and find us a bigger room.

Got a room with a standard bed, and I'd say it's a european style room (small but adequate). That said, the room was clean and very comfortable, and there were no signs of wear and tear anywhere. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with it being so convenient to the common and other major sights.

Centrally located, walking distance to lots of downtown businesses . Only complaint was walls were thin so it was possible to hear voices but hotel staff moved me to a quieter room. Tough to beat for the price.

If you want to stay in a frat house and be up during the night listen to college age kids in the hall, then this is the place for you.

Great staff, great location, comfortable room and beds. Overall a great experience.

This hotel is in a convenient location, staff is efficient, polite, and pleasant. Room is small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. We would stay here and recommend it to others again.

Our 3 night stay at the Omni was wonderful, very nice comfortable room, perfect location, we walked everywhere! The only thing was that we could hear the people talking next door, pretty clearly too. Don't know if it is like that in all the rooms or just where we were. Other than that everything was great!

This hotel has a great location. Most historical sites are within walking distance. The staff was very helpful. The only negative is that rooms were rather small.

The Omni Parker House Hotel in Boston is close to everything that is historical. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I felt like I was staying at the best hotel in Boston.

This is not a Hotel I would go back to. Rooms were very small and bathroom was even smaller. Noise level from Hall was very loud. At 1:30 in morning drunks were in hall yelling for over 30 minutes. View from room was wall of next building. Not sure why they have 4 star ratings.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The only detractor was the noise level. The walls are paper thin, which isn't a problem if you have good neighbors. Unfortunately mine partied the entire night.

It was just one night staying in this hotel, but made me feel like returning soon. Best location, sorrounded by beautiful and convenient places to visit. Clean and confortable rooms.

This was a very nice hotel. It's old, and a little outdated and stuffy, but unlike at some other older properties, where that can be disappointing, the Parker House feels wonderfully old-fashioned and gives a sense of history. classic boston....convenient, VERY comfortable and clean, has become a favorite of ours!

Absolutely no counter space to put anything on. The shower was terrible - no door or closure, poor water pressure, water all over bathroon floor after showering, VERY slippery floor. Also, housekeeping was knocking on my door at about 8 am - way too early! Fortunately, bed was very comfy so I did sleep well.

We spent the night after attending the Celtic Women concert at the Wang Theater. We were a little concerned about the age of the hotel thinking that it wasn't going to be in good condition. I loved staying here. The room was beautiful, old school but modern feel to it. I felt as if I should be smoking a cigar as I wander through the hotel. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Very conveniet to everything downtown.. parking is close and no need to take cabs as everything is within walking distance.

Wonderful service, very helpful staff, great location (especially since there was a power outage for a couple of days in the Back Bay area!), room and bathroom were very small and cramped for two people (two double beds), but clean and adequate.

Omni Parker house is located on Tremont, just across the street from the cemetery where Paul Revere and John Hancock are buried. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Close access to several T stations and the perfect spot if you are looking to visit all over the city-Back Bay, Northend, Harvard, Sam Adams Brewery, etc. Staff was stellar.

As I was driving home, I noticed a parking ticket on my window. $55 for parking in a loading zone. I called the valet station. They said they knew about the ticket but when they send one of the valets out, he couldn't find the ticket. Also, I noticed my rear view mirror was crooked.
