パーク セントラル ニューヨーク ホテル (Park Central New York Hotel)格安予約

パークセントラルホテルに２泊しましたが、場所はセントラルパーク、カーネギーホール、タイムズスクエア、ブロードウェイ、全てが徒歩圏内で、便利な場所でした。ただ、ホテルの壁が薄く、隣の声が筒抜け。ドライヤーの音、トイレの音まで筒抜け、あまりに隣の部屋がうるさいため、夜中に壁をノックして「Be quiet !!」と叫んでしまいました。 部屋に関してはそんなものですが、フロントの対応がかなり冷たく感じます。 また、フリーのWI-FIではなく、１日ごとに料金がかかるのが残念でした。 しかし、場所とコストパフォーマンスを考えるとおすすめできます。

タイムズスクエアーやカーネギーホール、セントラルパーク、リンカンセンターに徒歩でいける絶好の立地条件をもつが、ホテル従業員の対応が1番の難点。ハウスキーピングの質もあまりよくない。ベットのサイズは大きいが、マットが古くきしむのが気になった。

ベットの掛布団を元に戻してあるだけ。 前の人が使った石鹸がバスタブにあり。 布団をめくるとシーツはめくれあがってる、バスマットが無い、フェイスタオルが無い、ハンドタオルが無い。バスタブも洗っていない・・・。 5泊しましたが、毎日不足、行き届いていない点がバラバラ。立地が良いだけに、もったいない。 同行者に聞いても、バラツキがあるとのこと。 でも、枕ゼニはきっちり無くなっていました。

チェックインを済まし、いざ自分の部屋に。 お部屋自体は大変キレイに掃除がされていて、満足でしたが… 一応室内チェックをしようと、浴室・トイレに行ったら… 流しきれなかった（流していない？＝掃除していない？） 前泊者もしくは掃除の方の‘お忘れ物’が！！！ 水圧が弱いのか、本当に流せず… 大至急フロントに電話を…部屋の電話が壊れていたのか全く繋がらず、仕方なくフロントまで出向き、状況を伝え直しに来て頂きましたが、連絡してから３０分以上経って と言う、本当に外国だな～と感じた出来事でした。 １週間同部屋に滞在しましたが、毎回トイレは１回では流しきれませんでした。（３～４回流しでやっと流しきれ） 皆さんのご意見で、部屋の壁が薄くて隣の音が！とありましたが、本当に隣の音漏れが…丸聞こえでした（苦笑） […]  とにかく立地は最高です！！！！！！ 外国！と思って楽しみました（笑） もっと読む

チェックアウト前日のフロントの態度が親切ではなかったのを覚えている。 それまではコンシェルジュもスタッフも良い対応をしてくれていたのに、そのフロントの対応で印象が変わってしまったのが残念。

シャンプーや石鹸の質良し！部屋が十分広い！何といっても立地が最高！大晦日のカウントダウンの際、ホテルの前から十分セントラルパークの花火が楽しめた。タイムズスクエアは見える程度。ホテルの前で陣取っている人たちが何時間も待っていることを考えると、かなりお得感がありました。ニューヨークのホテルは中級でもスーツケースを広げるのは難しいと聞いていたので部屋の広さにも満足。冷蔵庫とポット（コーヒーメーカー）が無いのが残念。

思ったよりも部屋が広く、快適でした。一番便利だったのは地下鉄駅に近いこと。特に急行のとまる駅だったので、移動が非常にしやすかったです。 アメニティはまったく期待していなかったのですが、レモンも香りのするシャンプー類で意外とよかったです。

チェックインの時間が厳しい割には金庫が破壊されていたり、電話が壊れていた。 周辺環境の良さで相殺。

米国に駐在していて、こんな価格でマンハッタンの部屋を予約出来たことはありませんでした。 日本語だと安いオプションが見つかるのですね。勉強しました。 ホテルは設備、サービスとも納得いくもので、同僚にも勧めています。 ブロードウェイにも近く、思いがけずふらっと寄ったManma Miaを見て感動しました。 今回は仕事でしたが、プライベートで来ても是非利用したいと思います。

フロントの対応、掃除の人の挨拶、部屋の広さ、角部屋だったので開放感のある景色、すべて満足でした。 バスルームも広くよかったです。シャワーが固定されていたのが少し残念なだけです。 朝，下階に行くエレベーターがなかなかこないので、余裕を持ってでるしかないです。 息子、娘との英語の出来ない初ニューヨークを快適にしてくれ、このホテルに満足しました。

セントラルパークにも数分、ブロードウェイも身近泊まってみると利便性の高いホテルと思う。気取らずに気軽に過ごせる雰囲気だと思います。周りはＣａｆｅ、ｄｅｌｉｃａなどｓｈｏｐも沢山。リラックスして利用できました。また利用したいと思います。

タイムズスクエア、五番街、リンカーンセンター、メトロポリタン美術館をはじめマンハッタンの何処へでも行きやすく、便利なロケーションが取り柄で、前から定宿にしています。 サービスは、そこそこですが、この値段ならこんなものかなという感じです。これ以上を望むなら、それなりのホテルに泊まればよいのです。 日本のサービスのようにベタベタした営業スマイルもなく、ビジネスライクでほーっておいてくれるところが、アメリカらしくて大変結構です。

ともかく、大変便利で快適な場所にホテルがあります。おそらくリノベーションがされたからだと思いますが、お部屋もとてもきれいで、高層階だったので、騒音も何も聞こえず、部屋からの眺めもよかったです。とても快適に過ごせましたが、長期滞在だったので、部屋に金庫と冷蔵庫がほしかったです。

たまたま泊まった部屋のドライヤーが故障してたくらいで、立地、質ともに問題ありません。いいホテルだと思います。 ホテルを出たとこで勧誘してるNYツアーもおすすめです。

フロント係りの素っ気無さ、1日目に部屋の掃除がされていなかったのでそれを告げると、謝るでもなく仕方ないと言うような素振り・・・これがマンハッタンのホテルか・・・と思いました。 2日目からは、タオルやアメニティの交換、ベッドメイキングはありましたが、床に落ちていたフォークがそのままあると言うことは・・・ちゃんと掃除機をかけてくれたのか疑問で、次の日も落としておきましたが、ずっとそのままでした。 廊下やエレベーターホール、フロントなど、その他は綺麗に感じました。 それから、部屋ではインターネットが繋がりませんでした。他の部屋もそうらしく、多くの方がロビーでネットをしていました。 ただ、地下が駅でセントラルパークまで3分と好立地。 一日観光の日本人ガイドさんから、「ニューヨークのホテルでサービ […] スを求めるなら、一泊10万円以上払わないと！」と聞いたので、宿泊料と好立地を考えると、お勧めできるホテルかと思います。 もっと読む

地下鉄駅も近い、店もある。大変便利な立地です。朝はエレベーターが混んでなかなか来ないのは難点ですが。お勧めします。

2011年の6月に4泊利用しました。 最近改装されたようで、ロビー1階のレストラン、バーは黒を基調に赤を使ったモダンアートっぽい雰囲気で格好良く纏められています。 部屋はキングベッドのシングル-ユースでそれなりのスペースがありました。私はバスタブ有りの部屋でした。部屋によって違うようです。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープぐらいです。毎日タオルの掛かっている数が違うのがご愛敬でした。 エレベータはロビーから左右に2カ所有り、行けるフロアが違います。制御がインテリジェントすぎて、タッチ画面にタッチし指定された箱に乗らないと行き先階が押せません。また、下りるときはなかなかエレベータが来ませんでした。 部屋はアメリカ全体に言えるのですが、独特の臭いが有ります。エアコンの調整はできません […] がまあまあ快適でした。照明が暗く、テーブルが小さいのでビジネスユースの方には向いていません。また、日本語放送のテレビはありません。 立地は最高で、セントラルパーク、5thアベニュー、ブロードウェイ、タイムズスクエアなど歩いて行けます。また、地下鉄の駅も直ぐそばにあります。 NY慣れした人にはとても過ごしやすい場所だと思います。近所にはカフェやレストランが沢山有り、朝から晩まで食べるものには困りません。 料金は南部が夏休みに入っていたせいもあるのか、高めでしたが、マンハッタンなら仕方が無いかも。 もっと読む

The bath tab drain plug in Room #703 & #708 did not work and let the hot water drained away. Only shower was available. Both drain plugs must be replaced with the new ones.

料金は手頃で、交通の便もよく、ホテル自体も新しくきれいで、大変満足しました。朝食はついていないものでしたが、すぐ隣にstarbucksとcafe、他にも５分以内に数カ所cafeがあり、食事に困ることはありませんでした。 次NYに滞在するときも、ぜひまた利用したいです。

寝る場所と割り切れば問題なし。

　タイムズスクエアは目の前の道を歩いていけば10分程度も歩けばつくところでした。ミュージカルのシアターもタイムズスクエアとの間にありました。さらに、セントラルパークやMOMAも歩いて10分程度でした。 　オーチャードホールは私が行った時は工事中で、シートに覆われていたのでよく見えませんでした。 　ホテルの設備は、建物自体は古かったですが、リニューアルされているのか、とてもきれいですごしやすかったです。ただ、部屋の窓からの内庭しか見えないので期待できないです。 　うわさのシャワーの赤錆のお湯も出てきました。どうも、近隣の部屋でシャワーを使っているところで、自分の部屋でもシャワーを使うと赤錆のお湯が出ていました。ついでに、エレベータも最初の人にとっては使いにくいものでした。慣れれば大丈夫でしたが。 　ぜひ、便利な場所に立っていて、設備もきれいなので、赤錆のお湯だけは直してほしいところです。 　Times […] Square was going to arrive if I walked for around 10 minutes if I walked the way of at hand. There was the theater of the musical between Times Square, too. Furthermore, Central Park and MOMA were around 10 minutes on foot, too. 　When I went, I did not see the orchard hall very well of construction because it was covered on a seat. 　As for the facilities of the hotel, building in itself was old, but I was very beautiful and was easy to spend whether it was renewed. But I cannot expect it because I see only the court from the window of the room. 　The hot water of the rust of the shower of the rumor came out, too. I was using the shower for some reason in the room of the neighborhood, and hot water of the rust appeared when I used the shower in one's room. It was hard to use the elevator for the first person incidentally, too. Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel was nicely kept in the lobby and in the hallways, but the set up of the room was strange and could use a facelift.

This was our first trip to the NYC area and the hotel choice proved to be a very convenient location. It was near subway stops that are indeed the very best way to bet around the lower Manhattan area. Several eateries near by. The room cleanliness did leave something to be desired. Had to pay to store luggage because unable to check in at 1:00. No shower cap, poor lighting in bathroom, unable to control temperature of room.

Great location! Excellent resturant in hotel. Front desk OK. Rooms adequate. Elevators can be a pain. Long delays during certain times of day. We'll probably stay here at our next visit to NYC.

the location was perfect and I'm shocked we were able to get it last minute at the rate we got.

Spring weekends in NYC are expensive, so I don't begrudge the room rate. But for the price, I expect some basic things. I don't expect to find a toilet bowl brush in my toilet when I check in. I don't expect to see a little cockroach on the bathroom floor in the morning. Yeah, just a cute little one, but I didn't plan on sharing a room! I do expect […] that after my room is serviced I would have new coffee packets (I did not). And, I don't a hotel of this level to farm out it's business center and have to dip a credit card at $1 per minute usage! Seriously, this is pure profiteering. I just had to print out my ballgame ticket from StubHub and it cost me $5. Internet was $14/day, but that is not unusual in NYC. -- Nice location and friendly front desk staff. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably well-appointed. Heating and AC was weak and my room always felt a little stuffy. -- Overall, I would not stay here again. perfect vacation hotel is on perfect location

The location was perfect but when we arrived 1 hour before check-in time we were told there would be a fee for each bag we stored while waiting for a room. When we checked in, on our floor the ice machine was out of order, only half of the elevators were working, and in our room the ironing board and safe were broken and the toilet did not flush properly. […] It took over 2 hours and 2 requests to get an extra pillow. The Hotel is Old ,very simple room prce payed for the room to high good locatio

Well, first off, I was given a room with someone already in it? I had to go back to the desk, ask for a different employee and request a vacant room. The room I was given had a nice big king size bed, however the air conditioning felt like a swamp cooler. Not cool given this hotel's reputation.

Very disappointed. This is touted as a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. The bathroom floor is grimy, room is dimly lit, beds are old, the toilets you have to flush 3 or 4 times, and most disappointing is the non-functional air conditioning. Had temp. on max cool when I went to bed and it was like a blast furnace. I woke […] up gasping for air and drenched with sweat. Since I paid a total of $400 for this room I expected much, much more than that even though it is NYC. It was no use complaining and switching rooms because I got in late and by the time I packed and was ready my shuttle was there - - - but I did mention the air conditioning problem to the maid. On the way down from the 11th floor, I asked two other couples if they were as disappointed as I was in this hotel, and it seemed they had the same laundry list of issues I did - - - one even switched rooms which wasn't much better for them. Considering the location, price, and comfort of this hotel room I would say it was an excellent value, despite the fact that it could use a facelift.

Perfect location to stay and see a Braodway musical, tour Rockefeller Center, MoMa, Times Square and Central Park. We were able to check in @ 1:30, which gave us extra time to sight see. We stayed two nights and look forward to returning next time we go to another Broadway production. $10 (plus tip) taxi ride from Penn Station.

Great price, great location, great staff, great room.

I know this hotel from being a NYCMC member. All the new or improved items, ie. the outdoor tables, fresh bakery, etc. make a nice place even better. Thanks HDC.
