The level of service at this Hyatt Place was OUTSTANDING! We were greeted by Phil at the front desk who was very personable. When we went to bring our luggage in, a luggage cart was not available. Phil immediately stepped-up and helped run all of our luggage back and forth to our room. He gave suggestions for dining in the area, as well as wonderful […] attractions.
