We booked this trip to get away for our wedding anniversary and it rained the entire time. Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy any of the ammenities, we wouldn't want to be stuck inside at any other place! The rooms are gogeous, brand new, and CLEAN! Perfect closet, clean and cold mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of storage for your groceries. […] The bed and covers were SO comfy we were just fine cuddled up in front of the TV. We did take a walk around the property and will book another room just to go back to enjoy the little beach and beach side bar! The person who checked us in was not rude but didn't seem very interested and just sped through the check-in process. We missed breakfast so I cannot comment on the food but again, we are already trying to plan our next trip back. Great room for the price/location! もっと読む

Stayed here many times and like the location and the amenities on offer. It is getting a bit to expensive, otherwise I would have stayed longer.

My family and I spent 3 nights. The staff was friendly and facilities well worth the price. Great pool and small beach area. Mango provides hours of entertainment at the tiki bar.

Overall ok, but very much traffic disturbance.

Good atmosphere, good night sleep, ok breakfast, close to John Pennekamp Park, nice little beach at hotel, manatees came every day - it is really manatee bay! Little beach bar with lovely old man as bartender. Nice restaurants close to hote. We recommend Mrs Macs kitchen. Very good Key Lime Pie! We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Landscaping is very tropical and lush. Pool and beach area is very nice..we even saw manatees! Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Every room has a balcony. I would definitely staff there again.

Despite the title, I do have one nitpick; The room I booked was described as a 'garden view'. It did have a view of a garden - but it was only about 30 feet deep before a car parking area. All the garden view rooms are like this. However, we didn't spend a lot of time in the room and it's not like the car park was busy or noisy so I'll let that one […] pass. So on to the positives. The room was a good size; the beds were comfortable; housekeeping was excellent and the air con worked well, if a little noisily. Shower only, no bath, but a good size shower cubicle and we never had any issues with hot water or water pressure.The pool was small but never got busy. The little beach area was fine (and being able to get in the water with the local manatees was a fantastic bonus!). The hotel provides pool towels if you ask the front desk. The room had a fridge, microwave and separate kitchen sink. If you wanted to provide your own food, there was a good Publix supermarket just a very short drive away. The included breakfast was good. Disposable plates and plastic cutlery but there was a plentiful choice of food and we have no complaints. In fact, we've had worse breakfasts in more expensive hotels. There are also laundry facilities (2 washing machines and two tumble dryers) within the separate block that house the small fitness centre. A small shop in the main lobby where you could buy detergent for your laundry and also cold drinks, snacks and microwavable snacks/meals. There's also a fantastic restaurant - Fish Market & Fish Market Encore - just a few minutes walk away on the other side of the road. Free wifi available, although a little bit temperamental, and two PCs available for use at no charge in the lobby. The front desk staff were unfailingly cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel. Convenient location. Great breakfast. Only one negative.. Pool was way too warm to be healthy. Must have been 90 degrees.

This hotel is special for its location. I had not really believed previous reviewers who had seen these marvelous gentle creatures. Boldly swimming out I looked down and there was one of them right next to me. We stroked him and petted him. Awesome!! The hotel itself is functional but well appointed for a chain with comfortable beds and good showers. […] The pool is large and warm and the small beach a bonus on this side of the keys. I stayed here for a week with my two kids. It's not Key West. It's laid back. The highlight of one day was my daughter petting the manatees at the hotel beach. The heated hotel pool was pleasant and we liked the room. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Once again staying at the Hampton Inn Key Largo was absolutely awesome. The hotel is a fantastic relaxing place to stay with the private beach, where you can sit and enjoy a lovely sunset or just take in the beautiful view. Great hotel, Great location, good staff. We extended our stay here because it was a really nice place to stay. Very handy for diners, shops, & other attractions not to far away. Will recommend it to others. Only minus side was the room did not have a safe & the A/C was a bit noisey. Excellent hotel for the price.

Fab, Fab, Fab. Great hotel for the price. Good location, nice staff, good breakfast, clean & tidy rooms. Very close to shops & resturants but you need a car to get around. Only critisism is that there wasn't a safe in the room. I will definetly recommend this hotel or stay there again.

We were visiting the area prior to jumping on a cruise in Miami. We decided to explore the keys, and figured key largo would be a good place to start. Weather was too cool for us to snorkle in area, but we did swim in pool a few eves. Workout room was very nice, very happy with equipment. Room was very satisfactory. Nice with wet bar, fridge, microwave, […] plenty of storage. The balconies with chairs were a nice touch. Baths were very clean, appeared to be just renovated. The beds were a little hard and carpet is a little older, but we would def. stay here again. Hotel is beautiful. Small beach on property is a nice way to spend the day in sunny Key Largo. A manatee will come up everyday for a drink of fresh water and if you choose to interact with them. Tiki Bar is a nice way to wait for the sunset.

Pleasant room with private patio, great breakfast, coffee and cookies in the afternoon.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything was great! The pool was beautiful and warm, the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good with lots of variety. Incredible relaxed setting on the beach; tiki bar; refrig & microwave included; patio doors led out to pool and beach area; best free hot breakfast of our vacation; bed and pillows are more comfortable than home! We would return in a minute!

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to (good) restaurants, the park, and of course, many marinas. I'm surprised it didn't get higher ratings, but maybe because we lucked out with the last room nearest the water, on the ground floor on the pool side of the hotel (not the parking lot). Or it might be that it doesn't have what I would consider […] a 'swimmable' beach. It's on a murky looking bay, but came with manatees and a fantastic view of the sunset. No crowds to navigate. And the beach park is only minutes away, should you want to swim in the ocean. The hotel didn't look like much pulling into the parking lot, but the room made up for it. Nice amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee maker and wet bar! The hotel was clean, grounds well kept and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (unlike what we experienced in Key West). However, this is most certainly more a family hotel than anything else. The tiki bar was only open for a few hours a night and there wasn't anything else going on at the hotel. But I was happy that the pool was open to 10PM. If you are looking for nightlife, this is not for you. But it's a good place to be if you want a quiet night or have a family. air conditioner was noisy & woke us up often when it kicked on at night. cold air blew directly on us while we slept

This was a very nice stay!! Small, quiet, private sandy 'beach' area. The room was large, well decorated, very clean, and comfortable (altho the A/C was somewhat noisy. The buffet breakfast was yummy and the food choices were different every morning. Enjoyed seeing a manatee while sipping a drink at the Tiki Bar. We will return!!

We stayed a week in this hotel as a family. Key largo is slow. The location was convenient. Staff was friendly. The pools and view of the bay was a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hampton Inn Key Largo is great - affordable, hotel is new, our room was so clean and nice, breakfast was great, too. We had a great experience there, the overall value is just awesome. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely beach area; awesome sunset over the water; the gardens were well maintained and interesting. Room was nicely decorated and very clean and appealing. Would definitely stay again.

Air conditioner in rm. 112 was noisy & cold air directed at the bed made it difficult to sleep uninterrupted through the night. Staff was very helpful & courteous.

The Hotel was wonderful. the beach, although not a top beach, was fine, the rooms clean and confortable, but not elegant. The breakfasts were good. The nice weather and proximity to snorkeling the coral reefs and other adventures was wonderful. Nice waterfront but an indoor bar would be nice. It's right next to the government center so watch out for rollers.

My family and I needed to find a hotel that would accommodate our 13 year Maltese poodle and the Hampton Inn was perfect. There were a number of dogs at the Inn and it was nice not having any staff complain about some of the dogs off leash, as long as they were not annoying anyone. The pool was a bit small but considering the location, it was okay but […] could only accommodate a maximum of 14 people at a time. The beach portion was very nice and this gets 10 out of 10 and it was maintained and kept clean at all times. The only complaint was the Tiki Bar which did not stay open until late even though the Inn was 100% full. Overall a pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend this Inn to anyone who considers staying there. I was very pleased with the Hampton Hotel. The staff was friendly, the service was great, the grounds were maintained well.

Lovely hotel tucked just off the highway. Easy to find and a pleasure to stay at. There is a private beach out back with a Tiki Bar where you can watch the sun go down. We also saw a manatee but I guess this isn't guaranteed!!! The hotel has lush, established gardens and our rooms was spacious and nicely done.
