The area around the hotel can get pretty scary at night. There are a lot of homeless people and derelict buildings around, so try to get back before night. The hotel itself was old but reasonably well-maintained. The room was clean and sparse (I had to ask the front desk for an iron/ironing board). Only would recommend if it's the cheapest alternative and that's what you're after. There are other better motels less than a block away. There was NO complimentary breakfast, even though advertised. And arranged for wake up call, but NO wake up call was ever made (good thing the alarm worked.) Poor TV quality, have to pay extra for microwave/fridge, […] and no clock. The hotel is a bit out date and the fixtures and furniture were showing their age. However, everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This wasn't a five star hotel, but you couldn't get a better location OR a better price for ASU Parents weekend.

My husband and I needed one night's stay near the Arizona State campus for a triathlon the next morning. The location of this hotel was great, as we were able to just walk to the race that morning. The hotel is right next to campus. It's not the nicest hotel but was decent and a great value for the money we paid. No complaints.

close to campus. Basic but good. Coffee and juice in morning.

No shampoo / conditioner / soap in the room. Not sure if they just forgot about it or if they even offered it.

Hotels breakfast people went out of bussiness and they had no breakfast replacements. Only some gross OJ and Coffee. Hopefully they have breakfast by now.

We stayed at this hotel to save money while we attended a convention at a luxe hotel a couple of miles away. We checked in quite late and the clerk greeted me at the door by name. He was very helpful and got us checked in quickly with no bumps. The room was clean and for the price of a reasonable quality. Checkout was as fast and friendly as check in […] had been with a different clerk. The microwave and mid-sized refrigerator with freezer were a nice surprise. My only complaint was that, of the four lamps in the room, only one had a functioning bulb. The free internet was nice, but it was only accessible in one corner of the room. Les plus : petit déjeuner inclus et correct, cafetière dans la chambre, ordinateur avec accès internet en libre accès à l'accueil. Les moins : fourmis dans la salle de bain, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche, reveil par les marteaux piqueurs à 6 am (mal insonorisé)
