The inside of the Hotel is an adobe garden, replicated from Las Mesilla down the road. Pretty neat idea, was cool when new - now seems a little dark and outdated, especially the rooms.

This is an older hotel that is fairly well maintained and is clean. The on-site restaurant was good quality for dinner but the free breakfast was about as poor as I have experienced in a long time. The television reception was very poor in my room and the TV was old. Be careful about relying on the shears for privacy. Ramada has a reputation of being upscale, and this establishment did not disappoint. The room was nice and big. The only complaint, which is a minor one, is that the indoor pool carried a fair amount of noise into my room. Loved the stylish quality of this older hotel. Had a pool side room that was quiet. Food was excellent & help was always close by. In a good part of town to be able to get to anything with ease. Loved it !

This hotel is old and dirty. I tried to get an upgrade because, I didn't care for the location of the room I was put in. They could not upgrade me bacause I went through hotels.com. I have used hotels.com for the past 3 years and I think hotels.com should take this hotel off their list of hotels. Stay the night to get away. I have stayed here before and it is a nice hotel. The bar was refreshing since they had food, drinks, and flat screens TVs. I wish this location would upgrade their TVs, I don't understand why hotels still have the old bulky TV sets...it's 2012 get with the program.

For my bussiness, I travel to Las cruces alot. Late in night when I get to town, I get a room to have rest for few hours and weak up early morning for taking care of my bussiness. When some one take the dog inside the room easly, means there is no control and no safty. Our overnight travel was very nice. Customer Service was excellent. The room had a great mountain view and was very clean. Locations to dining and other travel services (convenient stores, gas stations...etc) needed when on travel were centrally located. Updates are needed for safety reasons, such as refacing shower and tub, drainage of water should […] be improved so that the tub does not hold water when showering. I had an incident falling when getting out of the shower, but was not injured...just a little pain. I reported the incident and the staff was very concern...there was no need for medical care...Advil helped and I continued on my way to AZ. Overall, I rank this hotel at 4, because of the service, amenities, and location. It is a great mid-way stop from TX into AZ and Las Cruces offers alot to travelers passing through. It looks like they recently updated the bath room and a nice brekfest was offered also for free.

We were pleasantly surprised when we stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice cozy feeling. Breakfast was good not over the top fantastic but good. For the price this is a no brainer....I would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Great hotel!

This is an amazing hotel for the price. Appears to be an older hotel but is in excellent condition. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We will definitely go back and I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The reservation was done by a dear friend, since we were on the road and did not have access to the internet. The exit given to my friend was incorrect and the hotel name was slightly off. But once we figured that out the hotel was very easy to find. If you need elevator access forget about it. Stairs only, not fun when you are tired and it is after […] 1 a.m. in the morning. The key to access the stairs did not work, so we changed to a ground level room. The only other complaint for us (since we are coffee drinkers), the coffee SUCKED. Has a bar and restaurant / room service. Pool is small but wasn't crowded. The inside looks unique to Las Cruces and is very charming.

The Ramada Palms in Las Cruces has a very friendly staff, and an air of graciously declining elegance at great prices. Food service needs some attention, but the architecture, furnishings and decor and location make this a great choice for a short stay in Cruces.

Not many fascilities inside the Hotel,but in general is acceptable

Bed was very hard, like sleeping on a rock! Other than that it was great

The staff are extremely courteous. Rooms spacious. Doors and hallways to the guest rooms are old and don't look very clean. However this hotel offers many services in one place it is very convenient. The internet service at the business center was VERY slow. Despite some smaller disadvantages, I would stay there again.

great almosfere and service.

The Ramada Palms is good value for the money. Spacious rooms with a nice continental breakfast included (hot scrambled eggs plus variety of breads, cereal, yogurt) and pleasant lobby area decorated with Mexican tile and interior shops. My room had a refrigerator and microwave as well as both interior and exterior doors for easy access to parking lot […] and lobby - not sure if these are available for every room so ask if important. Room service/restaurant essentially only for dinner - not available for breakfast and stated as limited options for lunch. Did not use room service/restaurant as many dining options available closeby within walking distance or short drive, but menu was appealing and reasonably priced. Location is convenient next to I-10 and very close to university and I-25. Only minor drawback with location was nearby train noise late afternoon and evenings (did not notice during night). The hotel is beautifully laid out with a rustic old west charm that makes it a joy to stay at.

Everything was pretty average. The rooms are small, cleanliness was acceptable but not great. The walls are thin, but it's pretty inexpensive and ok for a place to stay for a night. Don't know what it is about Las Cruces, but all the palm trees seem to be dead.

it is a nice hotel but if get stuck on east wing it sucks trying to get inside of the hotel didn't find an elevator to the east side pool cold in winter also

Initial room bathroom was not maintained well, faucet broken and very old style bathroom. Requested the front desk for a repair, within 2 minutes service person came and told that they can provide an alternative room. So took that and went to a room better bathroom. Breakfast was good. My room was loud being above the indoor swimming pool. Noise echoed into my room. Above that the hotel added an "energy" fee per day. I fully expect them to add an "air" fee for breathing their air in the future. I will not stay there again. I do not expect add on fees for energy. Just increase the price of the room to start with.

This beautiful hotel is so peaceful that you will be able to really unwind and relax. The southwest decor is beautiful...the rooms are tastefully decorated.

Our bed was miserable. We did not sleep. There was mold in tub area. The happy hour margarita was watery and had huge ice cubes in it. The restaurant's handicap accessible ramp was invisible to us so I had to use stairs. BUT it is a wonderful grand dame of Spanish architecture and we stayed because of that. Our one night stay at this hotel was excellent. We took advantage of the coupons for drinks and the free continental breakfast in the morning - both excellent.

We loved this hotel!! The service was excellent, rooms were great, the entire builing was amazingly desinged! They even called about 10min after we checked in just to make sure everything was ok! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Nice hotel, clean, great amenities (pool, restaraunt, gift shops, etc.). Would have liked a mini-fridge in the room, however.

As I walked into the lobby everything was beautiful,Mexican tile floors, indoor swimming pool, trees, hair salon, restaurant and bar. Then we got our keys and went to our room.In the bathroom the mirror was cracked the sink was cracked, the tub was chipped, the toilet seat splintering, bathroom wall paper peeling, loud bathroom fan would not turn off […] every time, dirt in the corners, door needed repairs, dirt hanging from the ceiling from the air vents, broken door hinge(got locked out at 1am in the morning)I needed to do laundry, it was out of service and the hallway and room my son had smelled like mold. La estancia en general fue muy placentera, el hotel esta muy bonito y la atencion fue muy buena. El unico inconvenience es que el piso del baño Es muy resbaloso y aunque traia huaraches me cai en la regadera, pero fue solo el susto. Sin duda nos volveremos a quedar en ese hotel. Saludos.
