Wished the room would have had a frig and microwave. had things with us that we needed to keep cold so had to purchase a cooler.

We have stayed here several times for our quick winter getaways. We live nearby and sometimes want to go hang out in the hottub or pool. Large open area included table and chairs and workout area too. Room are clean and nicely decorated. Food in both restaurants was delicious.Staff and check in and out went very fast.

Originally when I walked into my room I thought it was nice with comfortable beds and a nice view of the indoor pool, gym and hot tub. But, the indoor pool was closed for construction, there were only 3 sets of towels for 4 guests, and the noise from the partying guests in the hot tub area wasn't great. I ordered another set of towels, but when the […] cleaning woman came the next day, she only left 3 sets. The worst part was that after coming back to my room from 9 am until 10pm, the door was left ajar by the cleaning crew. The safety latch was holding the door open and I had left my families belongings in the room. The hotel room itself was very nice and comfortable. We were there for an event in the ballroom which is quite nice - bright and large. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not available in the evening and that breakfast was not included. We did have breakfast there for a fee - it was good but not inexpensive.

Pleasant stay. Surprised that that breakfast was not included. They do take pets which was a real perk. Bit disappointed that there were no frig or microwave in the room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. I always have trouble with sagging hotel beds but the beds were relatively firm and flat.

Room was nice and clean. Kids loved the spacious indoor pool and hot tub

First, here's what I liked: 1) Hotel foyer was large and comfortable, with free coffee and couches to sit on while waiting for restaurant to open. 2) Indoor pool area was large and attractive, and small spa pool/hot tub was a big plus. 3) Hotel accepts dogs at an additional charge. (Did not like that extra charge was $10 on web site but $20 per day […] when I got there.) 4) Pool area gives way to an enclosed courtyard that the dog liked very much. 5) Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. 6) In-house restaurant was a real convenience, and breakfast choices good to excellent. (I didn't have any other meals there.) 7) Several other restaurant choices within a two-three minute drive. What I didn't like so much: 1) While it was very convenient to have a room that connected to the pool deck, room always smelled of chlorine. 2) No closet, just a hanging bar in alcove behind door. A single small bureau that served as a TV stand was pretty well it for storage: Very inadequate storage space if you're more than one person staying for more than a night (Wife, child and myself stayed for five.) 3) Rooms need a face lift. 4) HVAC system is a combo- AC/Heater mounted at floor level. Had to interpose chair to keep wind from HVAC unit from ruining my sleep. HVAC system works, but it is primitve and only borderline acceptable. 5) No mini-fridge or microwave. Coffee-maker is the cheapest of the cheap, and makes only one small cup at a time. Totally inadequate. 6) Room was very narrow, and noisy due to loud-mouthed neighbor. 7) Toilet stopped up twice. 8) Restaurant was expensive (you expect that in a hotel, I guess), and room service breakfast for two, at $47 (including mandatory service charges) was outrageous. Overall, I would stay there again lagely due to dog-friendliness and spa tub, but only if I could beat some more bucks off the room charge. もっと読む
