The accommodation was fine and the room was acceptable, and the view from the balcony was nice, access to the beach was superior. Service was the missing factor. the staff were rude, and I mean rude. Web site for Hotels.com says there are cribs available, when I asked for a crib I was told to go to wal mart, not exactly the response one would hope to […] find at a "resort." check out time was 10:00 am and the desk was very rude when asked about a late check out. Simply, the service is that of a disgruntled property management company, and for the rates I paid for this 2 bedroom condo, I could have had two rooms at the Westin. We will not stay here again as the only two customer service contacts we made during the stay are listed above. Hilton Head has many choices for condo's for families, and it is considerably cheaper to lease one for the weekend, than to stay at this "resort". もっと読む

The room was average. Paid for a resort view and ended up with a decent view of the ocean. The living area needed more seating. The bed was uncomfortable for two individuals. The sofa bed did not look any better. Kids liked the bunk beds.

We stayed in room D13 which was what I expected it to be. The room was nice and decorated well, the fan in the master bedroom didn't work and I was given the wrong sheets for the sleeper sofa but other than that I was happy with the room. I stayed with my twins and their friends all age 17 and we had plenty of room, as well as a well stocked kitchen. […] The security at the Resort is everywhere and I felt safe letting the kids go as well as walking around to visit friends in other buildings myself. Hotel is one of older properties on HH. Room was clean and hotel's location is convenient for easy access to shops and restaurants. Was pleased to find no pets are allowed...stayed at another property on HH years ago and my daughters got fleas from the bunk beds! Was disappointed due to the fact the room was not facing the ocean as specified. Could the see ocean from the balcony but not oceanfront as listed.

The room had Roaches and the Bath floor was rooting between the tub and comode.

I stayed here for 2 nights, a Friday and a Saturday. The hotel is easy to get to, with plenty surrounding it. Rented the smaller room (all rooms balcony's pointed towards the ocean). It was quite large by standard. Had a queen bed and 2 bunks, full kitchen, fridge, blender, toaster, coffee/expresso maker, dishwasher. It's an older hotel, and you can […] tell. It has had upgrades to the kitchens and the bedroom for sure. TV in living area, and Flat Screen on wall in Bedroom. Beds were so-so comfy, not the best but far from the worst. Extra blankets galore. Other tenats were very friendly along with staff. Security patrols frequently (got a call to remove a towel from the balcony). It's a short walk to the beach across the parking lot.. but it was very nice and well kept. Ended up spending the entire time at the resort, and not even at the pool since the beach was sooo nice. Only complaint- Room service. I was unsure if it even existed, did not see one person come to any of the rooms.. ended up reusing towels, otherwise.. We rented a 2-room apartment for the two of us, parents and 2 kids. Very comfortable, the full kitchen saved us the hassle of finding restaurants, the beach is a short walk away, the pool is nice and clean, the bars at the resort are reasonably priced, the room was better value than renting two separate hotel rooms. The resort grounds and pool area is kept up very well. They could use some updating on the inside of the units. Not that they are dirty but could use a little care. I had a great week at the resort! Also I did not see one bug of any kind in the room all week. Vic NJ

The hotel is too short if you request for oceanview. I am always excited about the beach, which is why I requested an oceanview room however, because of the trees, my oceanview was invisible. I asked to be moved to another room since I was on the 3rd floor and could not see the ocean, keep in mind the resort only has 3 floors, I was moved to the 2nd […] floor for a better view. That was the dumbest thing they could have done. If you can't see it from the 3rd floor, what makes them think you can see it from the 2nd floor! Excellent place feels like home. Bed is not comfortable. I would stay there again and probably will soon.

It was okay. The pillows could be fuller and there needs to be a change machine in the laundry room. We had to walk over to the lobby to get change. A nice ocean view from the balcony on the third floor. It was quieter than I expected with all of the people and resorts that were there. The island was very tropical.

was not ocean frot - had to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool abd beach. need more lighting in the room. dead bug found in bathroom - decor needs updating
