The shuttle driver had the worst attitude, it seemed as if he didn't want to drive me to a close by restaurant.

The hotel is very dark!! The bathroom was very small for such a big, spacious room, and though they had upgraded, it still felt old. The bathroom door swung into the bathroom in such a way that it made the bathroom unusable with the door open. Otherwise, the hotel was great and I would stay again.

While I enjoyed my brief stay, I was slightly annoyed by how dark everything was. The lighting in my room, the bathroom, as well as throughout the hotel was very poor and made everything seem dingy. It appears as though this is an old hotel that has been renovated, but it appears far from "fresh". The hallways feel old, the shower looked old and dirty […] (while the bathroom itself was modern looking, and again, the lighting was an issue for me. It is also worth to note that the bathroom is almost completely useless if you intend to leave the door open. The door opens into the bathroom and prevents any movement, as well as blocks the sink area. There is no fan, so having the door open is preferable (especially if you're staying alone). Beautiful hotel, convenient to the airport and offers $5 a night parking with shuttle service. The restaurant was also surprising, food was great! Comfortable beds, very clean, an all around good experience!

Stayed till 4:30 a.m. just to catch a flight, but while inexpensive, this was a good place to stay, everyone friendly, and the shuttle was on time to the airport. We expected to drive to long term parking, but discovered that we could pay $3/day less here, and so we did. Everything worked out great. Decent restaurant with cocktails, too.

I was pleased with my stay at the Doubletree, the warm chocolate chip cookie at check in was a nice touch. My room was not up to my expectations, it looked a bit tired in appearance, I called the desk and the clerk gave me another room which was very nice. Everything was perfect at the Doubletree and affordable as well. I will use this hotel next time I'm in Baltimore.

The biggest turn off for me was that there were beatles crawling on the floor. I was also using my laptop when this huge bug, one that I have never seen before starting crawling across my keyboard. This does not give you a warm and fuzzy feeling. In addition, my room had not been vacuumed. The hotel was dark and gloomy, and also was deader than a door […] nail. No body at the dining room, or bar. Also, the hotel location was in the middle of a huge office park, so if you didn't happen to have a car, there was absolutley no where to go. For an overnight stay to get to the airport early it was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and clean, and the price was right for our purposes. If our stay was for reasons other than convenience to the airport, this is not a property I would select, as it was in an area that seemed like a business park - which was not a problem because close […] to the airport was our goal. もっと読む

I recently stayed in the Doubletree at BWI and was really surprised with the lack of cleanliness and missing supplies (i.e. washcloths) in the bathroom. I also didn't feel the same level of hospitality at the front desk that I have experienced at other Doubletree Hotels. Beautiful hotel, but I would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel, close to the airport, with plenty of parking. Nice quiet room with all the amenities and a very comfortable bed. Reasonably priced, a great value.

Great accommodations. Clean, spacious, quiet room. You get a free yummy cookie when you check in. As an FYI, there is no free morning breakfast bar.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was very very quiet. No breakfast included and the restaurant was pricey, so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Stayed here the night before an early flight out of BWI. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient.

I would recommend this hotel any business travelers, family members and to couples, who just want to get away for a few nights. I will be going back!

I was not impressed with the food - I ordered the reuben sandwich on a pretzel roll (not enough kraut or sauce - didn't care for the soft roll) and a shrimp cocktail (tasted like it had been thawed from frozen). The chicken dumpling soup was totally different from anything I've had - I didn't care for it.

We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Excellent service, great location close to the rail if you want to visit the Inner Harbor or ball-parks. Shuttle service is top-notch. I will return.

I had not stayed at any of the hotels in the BWI area, but found it very convenient to traveling to downtown Baltimore and relatively easy to get to DC. The Hotel and staff were wonderful. Hotel was clean, and my room was clean and comfortable. Hotel also provided shuttle service to Airport. Would have been great if they also provided shuttle to car […] rental, but fairly easy to shuttle to Airport terminal and catch car rental shuttle there. Hotel key did not work for our assigned room. Had to return to registration twice before we were reassigned to another room. The heat was not working properly in the second room; however a maintenance man was sent up very quickly and he fixed the problem. Other than these two minor problems, the hotel was very nice. The room was excellent & close to the airport. The cookie at check-in was very tasty, Bed was GR8!

We stayed one night in this hotel and loved it! Very clean, very fresh, very nice! No complaints from us!

We stay at Doubletree when we are going to be there for a few days...had problems with getting coffee for the machine in room, especially cups...maids left dirty pillow cases in room for two days...just not up to their usual standards....had to call manager to get things resolved...hope they can work out the issues as we go there every year.

High End, Very comfortable rooms, excellent service, shuttle service is prompt & reliable and runs often. So great that I booked an extra night there.

I stayed here for one night and from the time I walked in the door until the time I left the next morning, I knew I was in the right place for relaxation. Though I did not have breakfast there upon check in I was offered a free cookie which was the best snack I needed before I crashed. Will definitely stay here more often when I visit Baltimore.

The room was very clean and stocked well. The pillow top was too soft for my taste but I also did not think to ask for a firm bed. The disappointing part of my stay came when I got into bed and discovered that the pillows were feather. I called the front desk and asked to have foam pillows sent up and was told there were none. Typical Doubletree. Stay was uneventful. Clean & comfy. Could have used an indoor pool and hot tub.

It has a modern flare. Not enough counter space in bathroom, or enough hooks to hang used towels. Everything was nice, but not cozy.

The service was excellent. We asked for a microwave, and though it wasn't in the room initially, when we mentioned it to the front desk, they had one up to our room within 10 minutes. The front desk service was a bit slow since they had only one person at the desk (surprising for the size of the hotel), but that person was quite competent. We needed […] a hotel that we could stay in for an indeterminate amount of time since we had moved across country and would be in the process of searching for an apartment to rent. We chose the hotel since it had amenities we needed: mini-fridge, microwave, and laundry machines we could use. We did not think of phone usage ahead of time. This hotel charges for even local calls. We moved to another hotel after a couple of days only because it offered all the same amenities at a somewhat lower price plus the new one had free local calls and included breakfast. もっと読む
