I worried about walking outside French quarter at night, so I chose this hotel. It is really nice location. Even after I enjoyed jazz and music in Boubon street, I didn't feel any sense of danger at all. I loved to walk around French quarter early in the morning. The room was spacy, clean, and wifi worked well.

インターネットの接続が無料、かつ朝食付きだったで、周りのホテルよりはお得な感じがしました。部屋も清潔ですし、広さも十分だと思います。周りにレストランもたくさんありますし、路面電車の駅が目の前にあるのも便利だと思いました。

フレンチクオーター内にあり、ロケーションはよいと思います。 宿泊客が多くてスタッフは忙しそうにしており、愛想が悪かったです。 また、駐車場が一泊26ドルと高い。ただ、フレンチクオーター内で駐車場を探そうとすると、人ごみをかき分けて探さなくてはならなそうなので、それを考えると仕方がなかったのかも、と思っています。 部屋の中に釘がいくつも落ちていて、また、イスのクッションを貫通して釘の先が飛び出ていて子供が怪我をしました。クッションにすでに穴が開いていたので、以前からずっとこの状態だったのだと思います。帰りがけにフロントとフロアーにいたスタッフに修理の依頼をしてきましたが・・・。

ホテルはバーボンストリートから1ブロックで、夜、ジャズを聴いたり飲みに行くのにも非常に便利、カナルストリートからすぐなので、夜でも安全。リバウォークなどの買い物やカジノからも近く、素晴らしいロケーション。ホテルスタッフも親切だし、コストパフォーマンスは最高と思う。

フレンチクオターの繁華街のはずれにあり、クオター内にある観光スポットに徒歩で行けるのが魅力、ミシッシッピー川の観光クルーズ桟橋まで徒歩約10分、 ただホテルは古く、近代的とはいえないが昔のノスタルジックな内部がジャズの歴史の街とあっている。 観光中心にする宿としてはいいのでは。セキュリティ体制も問題と感じた。

I was in New Orleans for a business conference and needed to stay close (walking distance) to where the conference was being held. We paid over $200 per room, per night, I'm assuming because of location. This hotel is obviously older, as with most of the hotels in the French Quarter. However, this one has not been updated in years (carpet, wallpaper, […] curtains, etc. in the rooms). We had 2 rooms and both rooms weren't very clean. I wore my flip flops in the room because the carpet didn't look clean. The bathrooms were very tiny with no vanity room whatsoever. The bath/shower combo had quite a bit of mold in the corners and on the tile. You could tell someone tried to fix something in the bathroom because there was so much extra caulking everywhere; it makes you wonder what the heck happened. There was also a hole (2.5" x 2.5") in the tile wall next to the bathtub by the toilet. The towels were stained and thin. The television did not have the NBC station. We stayed for 3 nights and on the 2nd day, the maids didn't even clean our room. This was so disappointing especially when you've been gone all day...somehow coming back to a clean room is a mini "pick me up" ... but nope not here and not at 10:30 PM. On a positive note, the staff (front desk) people were friendly. I travel quite a bit for business and I personally prefer to stay at the Wyndham hotels; however, next time I'm in New Orleans and need to stay in the French Quarter, I won't be staying here. もっと読む

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and got keys to our rom quickly and without hassle. The bellman was helpful in getting us to the airport on time. The location of the hotel was perfect.

The hotel was in a great location. Was able to check in early (8an). The only bad thing about using the parking at the hotel was the cost ($30) and I had 2 cars in their lot.

Great location for tourists, block away from Bourbon St, right on Royal with tons of shops and art galleries to browse through. Right by Canal to catch public transportation and the Airport bus. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Convenience store across the street, CVS on the corner, Chase Bank on the corner, grocery store a few blocks up, Subway […] next store, Sandwich shop across the street - every convenience at your reach. Room was clean, good complimentary toiletries, had a room on the 20th floor with a great view of the river and sunrise/sunsets. Stayed here previously back when it was a Holiday Inn, and will stay here again. So conveniently located and so easy to walk in and out at all hours of the night - just remember to have your room key as they lock the front doors after midnight and the keycard is also used for the elevators to access your floors, love the security measures they take. If you forget your key they are very accomodating and will give you another to get to your room. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel, but didn't eat there - no need to, you're in NOLA, go explore! Also have a pool and fitness center I didn't take advantage of, next time. Free wi-fi in the room, which was great. Wish there was a safe in the room. Good location, nice big room, close to the Bourbon Street action. Parking was a little steep ,$30. Elevator was a little goofy. Got in late and left early, was in the room for 3 hours, I'd stay there again.

The hotel itself is older but they keep it clean. The indoor pool was great and all the staff was friendly. The location was perfect with a Walgreens a block away and several restaurants within walking distance. Be prepared to pay $30 extra to park in their garage (the one negative I took away from the experience).

Room was decent for a guys trip. Location was in the heart of French Quarter. Elevators very slow and rooms have low ceilings. For the price a decent deal.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was one block from Burbon Street and within eye view of Canel Street. I would stay here again just because of the location.

It was extremely convenient being right on the French Quarter but the advertised picture was a bit misleading. The quality of the hotel and rooms are not as luxurious as depicted. I think it was newly purchased by Windham and has not yet been remodeled.

The hotel is in a great location but needs some work. The lobby is too small for the groups that book here. The room was small but clean. The maid service was spotty- she entirely missed us one day. The front desk was pleasant but they should have warned us that if you keep the hotel key card near your cell phone the key is deactivated.

the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. if you are on the 19th or 20th floors you have to take two elevators. a bit of a pain, but the views are nice.

The customer service was good. Corridor carpets are old and dirty. Keeping in tune with the French Quarter, the ventilation system had its own history. Strange having to take 2 different elevators to get to 19th floor. Never ran across anything like that before. Loved this hotel. Perfect location to bourbon street and Decatur street. Quiet and clean. Elevator did only go up..one of the three there but we just used the other two. Room was clean and bed was soft. Great view. Would stay here again. Staff very nice.

Our room was very dirty the sheets had not been changed. We insisted on new sheets. The housekeeper that changed the sheets acknowledged that the sheets were not clean The room was still very dirty but we had to live with it. We paid a very high rate as it was Jazz Fest weekend. We were forced to leave after only one night

The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The concierge came up with some great restaurant suggestions. There are workout facilities and a pool. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and close to the trolley.

I had read some of the reviews for the hotels and became skeptical. However, I was running out of option since it was the first weekend of JazzFest 2013. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and the room was just as nice on the 14th floor.

On Royal Street (better than Bourbon IMHO), an incredible location! Hotel needs to be refreshed. Rooms are comfortable, but finishes are old. Hotel staff was wonderful! Get a high room if you can, and see the sights!

No major complaints about the hotel. They full filled all of my needs. Bathroom could use some updating. Exhaust vent was not operating in the bathroom. Used the attached restaurant for breakfast, nice buffet on the weekends.

Although we had some difficulty finding the hotel, it was no worse than to be expected in New Orleans! However, upon arriving I was informed that parking was an additional $30 a night. Considering the amount paid for the hotel I would think they could include parking. Also, there is NO fridge/microwave in the room.
