Ask for remodeled room. Very clean. A/C went out the day of our arrival and returned to pool area and some conference rooms....everything but bedrooms! All staff VERY accomodating and polite. Building door locks to outside need to be more secure. Great potential and we would return.

we found after being gone after a couple days in & out that our door was not locked and the door computer had to be changed. we were not compensated or a sorry was not extended to us.so we found the hotel was not secure ( our room or the outside door#1) any one could come in @ anytime we didn't need a card to access the doors..Its a ggod thing we didn't […] leave any valuables...since the hotel was loaded with wgi kids..I found the day girls to be very rude..But I will say i met Jackie on our last Day in the resturant . Jackie was very delightful & helpful she was a real joy to talk to.That Beautiful Lady shoulld have a raise or moved up to a higher level paying job..I think put her in charge of front Desk and switch the desk girls to the kitchen they had no personality no smiles not helpful at all もっと読む

I stayed here from 4/10 to 4/12. The hotel and room were above average. The one thing that was disturbing was that the door to the parking lot close to my room (door 2) was damaged and not capable of locking. This door was on the backside of the building where there was limited visibility.

Biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was broke. It was in the 80's most of the week. We used an osolating fan to keep cool during the night. Not a very comfortable stay. Hopefully we get a discount on the room price for the inconvenience.

Stayed for one night with family of four. Big pool/recreation area with a lot of families and kids. Seemed to be the place to be for the pre-teen crowd. There was some unwanted noise and foot traffic because of it but things settled down by 11pm. Overall OK suburban stay. Not great for seeing the downtown Dayton sites.

I was lucky to have one of the rooms not attached to the center area where the pool is. The interior ring of rooms have sliding glass doors that open to the pool area which at night was quite loud when I walked through a few times. The room service was nice, a little pricey, but the food was pretty good. The air conditioning broke while I was there […] which made the room humid but tolerable. The hotel is very old and in shabby condition. The remodeled rooms were a joke. The room was clean but the hallway was not clean. There were room service plates on the floor next door that weren't picked up for 2 days. I would not stay there again.

This motel has a pool table and ping pong table as well as an indoor pool and whirlpool. My room was large and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There are comfortable conversation areas in the bar area to sit and relax with friends. This was a decent hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. This is a no frills hotel, but it was safe and clean. Close to several restaurants and shopping.

A bit short on dining seating for SAT night buffet. But, we all lived through it.

I told a representative that the room's heat made an awful noise and took a long time to heat the room. The bathroom neede to be remodeled. The ceiling had a horrible looking leak spot. I call this to the attention of the rep.

I wanted a place with an indoor pool. That was nice. But it being in the middle of the hotel with no walls means you can hear all the teens playing up till it closes. Otherwise a very clan and convienent to many shops and food.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, but would not recommend it for the full price. Rooms were fine but the rest of the hotel was blah. The swimming area is old and in need of renovation. The front lobby was nice and had obviously been recently renovated. The location is nice and close to a lot of shopping and very close to a Chuck E. Cheese. These items […] would make it a more desirable place for families with young children. The restaurant was closed for renovation. Overall, I felt misled by the pictures. The hotel lobby was beautiful with a winter wonderland theme..The room was updated except the bathroom..The bathroom was very outdated...The staff was also very pleasant..

Wyndham Hotels as a norm are in good condtion, our room was ok, but the bathroom was in poor conditon and dirty. The staff was nice and the location is great for what we needed.

Great option when traveling with a pet. The hotel staff was quite helpful, the rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable and the pet fee much more reasonable than other places. A good value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom and some mold growing on the ceiling in the shower. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable. I would have preferred queen size beds instead of doubles, but still nice.

The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful with the questions I had. The corners in the shower were still dirty, but the walls and shower head were very clean. Housekeeping tried to come in twice, once while I was getting dressed they just opened the door, that wasn't fun. But all in all it was a nice room with a comfortable bed […] for the evening. I was afraid to stay here, due to poor recent reviews but needed a room for Parents Weekend at my daughter's college. Those reviews could not be more wrong, at least at this moment in time. The staff was pleasant, the room that I stayed in was up to date and very clean (and I am picky about that). The hotel was recently changed over from a Holiday Inn […] I believe (and the poor reviews were during that transition). There are still some rooms I understand that are not renovated, so I would definitely recommend asking for those. The bathroom wasn't fully updated, which was my only complaint.
