部屋は快適で、くつろぐことができました。若干、バスタブは小さ目かも。ホテルの立地は、中央駅から徒歩で15分ほど。歩けないことはないですが、荷物があったり、雨が降ったりした場合はタクシーの利用が便利。地図でみると地下鉄の駅が近くにあるように見えますが、中央駅から歩くのが一番無難。ホテル周辺にはコンビニ等はないと思いました。サービス等は良かったですが、チェックアウト時に料金の2重請求があったのが残念。後、WiFiが部屋ごとではなく、デバイスごとに課金されるので使用をためらいました。

立地は、地図で見ると近いようでしたが、意外と遠く、徒歩は厳しいかなと思いました。しかし、空港のインフォメーションで道を尋ねたときに、シャトルの手配をしてもらえ、10分ぐらいですぐにやってきました。部屋はシャワーとバスタブが別なのに驚きましたが、バスルームも部屋も広く、ゆったりと過ごせました。フロントの方も非常にフレンドリーでノリが良く、いろいろと対応していただけました。

今回はフライトが早い時間のため利用しました。短い時間の滞在でしたが、スタッフの対応が良く好感が持てました。また、空港の近くなので音を心配しましたが、ほぼ完璧な防音で、ゆっくり休めました。空港に直結、ビジネスにはありがたい存在だと思います。

中央駅の前で、地下鉄駅も目の前。タクシースタンドはホテルの前。立地条件は素晴らしい。想像していたより夜も静か。ただ、ホテルを出て駅側と反対側では雰囲気が大分違う。部屋は奇麗だがやや狭いのが残念。朝食ビュッフェは別料金だが、内容は素晴らしかった。少しでも減るとすぐ補充され、スタッフも感じよかった。

A suburban district on the eastern bank of the Alster, Hohenfelde features the attractive Kuhmühlenteich canal, with the neo-gothic red brick church of St Gertrude, and the enormous Alsterschwimmhalle pool. Much of the district was destroyed in the war but the historic Apotheke on Kuhmühle survived and many other art nouveau and gothic buildings have been restored.

Generally hotel is as you wol expect fro a Crowne Plaza. Rooms good, bed comfortable and all in good condition. I would alway get a room overlooking the gardens as they are quieter then tose on th road. Pool is not operational with no notice. Rooms are small and AC did not work very well. Had problems with keys continuously needing to reactivated. the staff is totally unhelpful. they don't know anything and they don't intend to help at all. They don't seem to know / refuse to answer simple question like how a particular type of train ticket is used. They don't warn you in advance that the mini bar is computerized and you will be charged automatically when you remove any item from it. "The hotel is fine."
The hotel is ok. Its situated nearby a bus station and it takes 10 min. to the city center. It is quiet, the entry is very appealing and the service is very good. We had some troubles with the room though, the aircondition did not work and still made sound from outside the room so i couldn't sleep. They tried to resolve the problem but it didn't help […] much, so i found a solution finally. The aircondition never worked (nor heating, nor cooling), in the bathroom the showercurtain had to be replaced as the former one smelledl which was done without problems. unfortunately the ventilation in the bathroom did not work (no windows) and it was quiet wet. the bathroom (toilet) was not completely clean. the room size is ok, the bathroom is bit small for 2 persons, but it works. service is very nice, breakfast was fantastic. Ett hotell som nog har varit väldigt fint en gång, men nu känns lite gammalt. Inget direkt fel i det förutom att det var förhållandevis dyrt med tanke på skick och service. Dessutom tog de betalt för turistskatt vid utcheckningen trots att det uttryckligen stod i bokningsbekräftelsen att den var inräknad i priset. Zimmer OK, aber in der Lobby kaum Sitzgelegenheiten nur eine Couch und 2 Sessel d.h. aus dem Zimmer sofort raus. Restaurant unpersönlich an Sonntagen und Feiertagen geschlossenn auch am 1. Januar.
