The room was very nice and clean. Service was great. No Breakfast was available only coffee. The water in the shower cycled from very hot to cool without ever moving the heat control, but shower was nice. Great location for shopping.

All in al the place was a disappointment. The hot and cold water for the shower was hard to figure out. The so called continental breakfast was virtually nonexistent. The morning clerk was not helpful. Directions given by guy in the afternoon of our arrival were poor. Al in alli would not go back or recommend it.

The only main problem we had was that the pool was closed most of the time we were there and it was not kept clean. The rooms are big but alittle dated still comfortable but I chose this place because of the pool and couldn't even access it.

I usually stay at nicer hotels but didn't want to spend a lot since we were checking in late and leaving early in the morning. So I guess you get what you pay for. The carpet was dirty. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. No doubt that it is older but it was well cleaned and much less gross than a hotel room I had paid $90.00 for earlier in my trip. The room was a bargain for the price. The room was clean. The motel was conveniently located off of the highway.

When I went to check in they didn't have my reservation and I had to show my e-mail confermation. I got a queen instead of the king I reserved. The wi-fi didn't work in the room and the breakfast didn't exist. The bed & towels were clean and the fridge worked.

+ Nice large clean room. Has smoking rooms as well as non-smoking rooms. Room came with table, chairs, microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge. Cheapest price around for a hotel room. Very pleased. - No coffee or any kind of breakfast in lobby in AM.

The motel overall and the room were slightly above what I have come to expect in this price range. As always the toilet runs constantly, the air conditioning in the room "runs", on or off. And the lobby is nice to look at but has a very stail air smell.

I got a deal on a single queen smoking room, booked at last minute. The lobby is large and inviting. The room also had lots of room. They even had a notepad and pen, which is scarce these days, and I ended up needing it! The breakfast was below standard, even for a simple "continental". Stayed here as part of a promotion where the room was offered at 35% off. It is a bit confusing to get to all of the hotels on that side of the road, as it is not too clearly marked (it just looks like a vacant parking lot), but the room was clean and so nice. My husband and I booked this non-smoking king room by phone with hotels.com the same night of our stay. I don't usually like to book this way, as I prefer to see pictures and read reviews online prior to booking, but as we were in the middle of a 24 hour drive home from Orlando, we wanted to drive as far as possible and left the booking to the last […] hour! I was told that the user reviews were 100%, though he couldn't tell me how many reviews that was out of. It was explained to me that it was formerly a Ramada that had been newly renovated and changed to an America's Best Value Inn. When we arrived, I could see that it was not really an inn, but more of a motel with two floors. We were on the first floor. The unit door opens to the outside and you can park right at the door to your unit. There were a couple of sketchy guys hanging out around the back of the parking lot (until about 3am), so we were a little worried about the stuff in our car. The lot was well lit and we were able to check on the car regularly through our window. We didn't have any problems. The room was clean and a descent size with new carpeting and linens. The A/C unit was very old and not very efficient, but it eventually cooled us down. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a table with two chairs, a dresser/TV stand, a doorless closet area and sink in the main room with the bed, then the bathroom had a toilet and shower/tub. Some parts were new (like the aforementioned carpet & linens) and others were old and worn (such as the A/C, sink, closet shelf...) but clean and somewhat spoofed up (ie. the tiles in the shower/tub looked to be re-grouted. So the unit was clean and had a few new things thrown in, but they could have done a much better job with the renos. When we checked in, the young lad at the desk was nice, but didn't know how to book us in through a hotels.com booking, so he just took our credit card number for incidentals and gave us the room without fee and told us もっと読む

There are almost no amenities here, the ice machine is broken and WiFi isn't strong enough to run Facebook. Also its a motel, not a hotel, so the door rattles when the wind blows. But the important stuff - clean sheets, comfortable beds, hot showers - those are what merit my high stars rating.

The hotel was what I expected for the price I paid which was low because it was discounted for 2 days. The regular price would be ridiculous. There were nicer hotels in the vicinity. The continental breakfast was a joke - we went to a near by Burger King.

The hotel room was clean. Need to upgrade furniture and carpets. Some of the chairs had stains in the seat.

Nice service, friendly people but the maintenance of the hotel was poor. In room A/C was worn down and did not cool room. The Cable TV did not work. The Wireless Internet was about the only thing that worked. I would not pay more than $30 a night to stay here.

Close to Mall, restaurants, and conference center but much lest expensive than the conference center. Sink and shower clean but old and peeling. Smallest pillows I have ever seen. Location quiet. Microwave and refrigerator in room an added and unexpected plus.

Lighting and electrical in the room were only partially functional. Some outlets didn't work at all, some worked intermittently. Some lights would not come on, some only came on after a long time of being in the 'on' position. There were no outlets close to the bed which functioned properly or that were empty. The room had several improvements made […] to it, but they weren't done very well. For example, the shower curtain bar was of the new outwardly curved variety, the anchors used to attach it to the wall were flimsy and unstable. While the room was mostly clean, the sheets on one of the beds were not. There was trash left within the room from prior occupants. Some trash was left behind furniture in the room. The people in the room next to us were very loud, banging on the walls, yelling, they were in and out the room being very loud and it was late at night.

Room and surroundings were totally unacceptable. There was a group of men outside playing cards which I found uncomfortable. My husband wanted to leave and go to the store, but he didn't want to leave me alone. The carpet was filthy, sink stopped up...just not up to par at all.

Very, very nice. Clean, comfortable. They even had rrom service avaiiable. Just two small minor things. The maid did not leave any washcloths and did not refill the tissue in the sink area. Every nice place.
