２月下旬に３泊しました。 ここの１番のよい所は場所の利便性です。 タイムズスクエアもすぐ近くで、 すぐ横にはスーパー、 地下鉄の駅もまぁまぁ徒歩圏内、 飲食店も多い地域ですし、 困る事は何ひとつありません。 ミュージカルなどブロードウェイでの 買い物や観劇を中心に考えておられるなら とてもいい環境だと思います。 近隣のホテルと比べても まぁまぁリーズナブルですし、 窓からの眺望、静けさ、快適さなど、 ホテルにあまり多くを期待しないという方なら それなりによいかと思います。 ロビーのエレベーター付近には セキュリティもいるので安心は出来ます。 「ヒルトン」との名称はありますが、 日本のヒルトンを期待して泊ると 拍子抜けするかと思います。 ヒルトンホテルのデフュージョンブランド、 あくまで […] も「ガーデンイン」です。 わかやすくいえば 東急ホテルと東急インの違いみたいな感じ とでもいえばいいのでしょうか、 でもビジネスホテルという感じではありません。 古さは否めませんが、それなりだと思います。 あと、スターバックスのコーヒーが飲み放題!!! これはかなりポイント高いです。 ただし朝だけなので、ご注意を。 もっと読む

ホテル滞在は３泊でした。 スタバのコーヒーがウエルカムドリンクでとても嬉しかったです。 ホテルの方々もみんな凄く親切で直ぐに対応してくれました。 ＮＹヒルトンが集合場所のツアーに申し込んでいましたが　子供がいるので歩くにはもう少し近いほうが良かったかなと思います。 ２軒隣から出動する消防車がうるさく感じました。

観劇目的だったので場所は便利。気温を体感するため夜中にホテルの玄関前に出たりしたが、セキュリティも万全と感じた。フロントがあまり感じよくないのが残念。メイドサービスもベルもとてもフレンドリーで高評価なのだが。ビジネスセンターのインターネットも快適に使えた。部屋はビジネスホテルと思えば悪くない。なんと言っても毎朝スタバのコーヒーが飲めたことが最高。近隣にスタバはたくさんあるが、ホテルを出ずに、早朝から飲めたのはありがたい。フロントとロビーはこじんまりしていて温かみを感じる。常駐のコンシェルジュも頼りになった。利用はしなかったが、フィットネスもホテル内にある。３基あるエレベータは早く、ストレスを感じなかった。バス停も近く、lowerから戻ってくる際には便利だし、一本となりの９番街には南下するバス […] 停があり移動も便利だった。地下鉄には徒歩１分。お風呂のシャワーの水の出、排水とも問題なし。次に行く際にもこのホテルは選択肢にあり。 もっと読む

タイムズスクエアーから歩いて5分程度です。また地下鉄も2本乗りやすくとても便利な立地でした。１階にあるレストランも美味しく、朝の無料スタバコーヒーも毎日利用しました。 朝食や軽い食事、酒等を売っている店も歩いて２分以内に４－５件あります。

Hilton Garden Innは、Hiltonの冠を取った方がHiltonの為によいのでは？と思いました。

地下鉄Eﾗｲﾝの駅のそばですので、JFKからのアクセスがとても便利でした。タイムズスクウェアも徒歩圏内で、近所にデリもあり、観光にも、滞在にもとてもお勧めです。特に部屋に電子レンジがあったことと、さらに、朝には、ロビーに無料のｺｰﾋｰサービス（スタバ）があり、食事を部屋で済ませたい方には、とても便利なホテルです。 シャワーがハンドシャワーであれば、さらに良かったです。

シャワーが固定で使いにくい事、バスタブのお湯を溜めるストッパーが閉まらず、結局お風呂に入れなかった事以外は、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫もありまた、地理的にも便利なホテルでした。

タイムズスクエアはじめ、地下鉄含め、初めてのNYでしたが予想以上で大変満足でした。 朝１Fにスタバのコーヒーの飲み放題があり最終日まで知らなかったのが残念 NYのホテルは汚いというイメージでしたが非常に清潔で快適に過ごせました。

2011年のGWに３泊利用しました。 ・地下鉄Eﾗｲﾝ50stのすぐそばですので、JFKからのアクセスは楽です。 ・タイムズスクウェアもそばです。 ・冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ｺｰﾋｰﾒｰｶｰ、ｾｷｭﾘｰﾃｨﾎﾞｯｸｽ、ﾌﾘｰｲﾝﾀｰﾈｯﾄと設備は完璧です。 ・シャワーが固定式なのが残念でした。 ・近くにデリもあり、電子レンジであたためて部屋でゆったり食事をしました。 ・朝食はとりませんでしたが、ロビーのﾌﾘｰのｽﾀﾊﾞのｺｰﾋｰは嬉しかったです。

3月10日から家族3人で4泊しました。近くにスーパーやDELIもあり、地下鉄の駅も近く、TimesSqureにも歩いて行けます。また、Graylineの観光ツアーのバス乗り場もすぐ近くで、JazzライブのBirdlandも歩いて10分程です。

5番街、タイムズ・スクエア−、ロックフェラーセンター、セントラルパークは歩いて行ける範囲。 メトロポリタン美術館も近く、すぐ横にスーパーマーケットもあり便利！

確かに立地は最高でした。オペラには地下鉄を利用しミュージカルには徒歩で行きましたが全く問題ありませんでした。ホテルもコンシェルジュ デスクは私のつたない英語に親切に対応してくれました。部屋の広さも十分すぎるほど広かったです。ただ残念だったのは、人が見える程隣のビルがすぐ近くなのに、部屋のカーテンは白の透き通って見える薄手のカーテンだけでした。それと、一番残念だったのはバスタブがなくシャワーだけだったことです。部屋の詳細には「シャワーと浴槽」とあったのでまさかシャワーだけとは想像もしていませんでした。今後は「シャワーと浴槽」または「シャワーのみ」とか併記するように要望します。

立地もよく、ホテルの設備も大変良く、おちつけます。 無料のコーヒーサービスや無料のインターネットもありがたいです。 消防署が近くにありますが、４階でしたが全くうるさいことはありませんでした。 ２人部屋なのに、いすが１つしかないのと、国際電話代がとても高い（３分で＄３０）だけが問題でしたが、外は全く問題ありません。 次回も利用したいです。（部屋からの国際電話は絶対にしません。）

ホテル自体は、シティホテルのような感じで可もなく不可もなかった。ただ、マンハッタンのほぼ真ん中で地下鉄Ａライン・Ｅラインが通っている駅が最寄駅と言う立地を考えると最高のホテルの中の１つだと思う。 宿泊費が若干高かったが、「ホテルの質」ではなく「立地」で考えると納得が行く。 警備員が立っていてセキュリティもしっかりしているし、近くに飲食店も多数ある。ただし、夜間の外出は避けた方が無難。

It was a great location! I was very pleased to be surrounded in Time square at walking distance...practically next door. Not so happy about the room accommodation. Although our room was comfy, stylish and clean....I had no choice but to stay in a double bed room when I had specifically requested king size bed NOT two queen beds. We often stay here and we go to New York a lot. The rooms are larger than most and there is good closet space and drawers enough to put away whatever you bring. The location is on the edge of the theater district (walk to theaters, Carnegie Hall, even Lincoln Center is possible if you have comfortable shoes) with tons of good restaurants and with great […] subway service. The rooms are pretty quiet too. Internet is free and there's a fridge in the room. That said, don't expect luxe. The rooms/hallways are a bit worn (not run-down, just not daisy-fresh.) It was awful. I was on the 2nd floor. When I got to the room and saw complimentary ear plugs, I should have gone back and asked for a higher floor. We have been going to New York for years this was the 1st time we had stayed here.Location was great there was parking right next door,it was close to the theatre.We had a great experience I will go back.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful I definitely will return to Hilton garden inn

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic location to broadway and all the major attractions. The only drawback if you could call it that was that it didn't offer a guest laundry facility which when you are travelling for an extended period of time is convenient. The free internet was fast and reliable.

For price this is a great hotel compared to others that I have stayed in New York. It is very close to Times Square and the subway is just across the road so it is convenient in getting to many places. In the perfect location for the theater area 1 block From Times Square. Helpful staff and large Rooms. We could not have been more Pleased with our stay.

We had 2 fire alarms, a bit before 6am and then one around 30 minutes later. The alarms were bad, the subsequent 'all clear' messages took a long time too, so the sleep (we arrived very late night before) experience was not great to say the least. This hotel is very close to everything. We walked every where except China Town but the subway station is very close. Nice fresh market next door. You can eat every meal there for cheep plus buy snacks if you want. Everything was a walk away. The hotel was very clean and comfy. This is a great hotel for visitors to Manhattan. Close to area attractions (i.e. Central Park, Times Square, theaters, restaurant row in Hell's Kitchen) and the subway system. From the moment me and my fiance checked in we were taken care of and treated with kindness, respect and attention from the staff. We were in an AMAZING room the views were breathtaking (and I live in NYC and have seen the sights all my life but still was impressed by the views from the hilton) We decided to rent a hotel room to watch the premiere of […] "mad men" and when we checked in we ran to the tv and were sad that they didnt have AMC, the channel it would be playing. I even called from the fitness center asking "is there AMC on this TV?" and the guest service agent responded "you wanted to watch madmen too Im terribly sorry we dont have that channel" Her friendliness made me laugh and I completely forgave the hotel for not providing the channel. You would think since that was the reason we rented the room we would be disappointed however the night spent at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and set a romantic mood for me and my love, the hostess even lent us champagne flutes to bring up to the room where we enjoyed a bottle. This turned out to be a fantastic evening, it was super quiet at night and the bed was rediculously comfortable, best sleep we have ever had at a hotel before. The location right by Times Square is wonderful. It's just steps away from the sights and sounds- but it's not right in the heart of the action which is nice because you aren't bombarded by the crowds when you walk out of the hotel.
