観劇目的だったので場所は便利。気温を体感するため夜中にホテルの玄関前に出たりしたが、セキュリティも万全と感じた。フロントがあまり感じよくないのが残念。メイドサービスもベルもとてもフレンドリーで高評価なのだが。ビジネスセンターのインターネットも快適に使えた。部屋はビジネスホテルと思えば悪くない。なんと言っても毎朝スタバのコーヒーが飲めたことが最高。近隣にスタバはたくさんあるが、ホテルを出ずに、早朝から飲めたのはありがたい。フロントとロビーはこじんまりしていて温かみを感じる。常駐のコンシェルジュも頼りになった。利用はしなかったが、フィットネスもホテル内にある。３基あるエレベータは早く、ストレスを感じなかった。バス停も近く、lowerから戻ってくる際には便利だし、一本となりの９番街には南下するバス […] 停があり移動も便利だった。地下鉄には徒歩１分。お風呂のシャワーの水の出、排水とも問題なし。次に行く際にもこのホテルは選択肢にあり。 もっと読む

タイムズスクエアーから歩いて5分程度です。また地下鉄も2本乗りやすくとても便利な立地でした。１階にあるレストランも美味しく、朝の無料スタバコーヒーも毎日利用しました。 朝食や軽い食事、酒等を売っている店も歩いて２分以内に４－５件あります。

Hilton Garden Innは、Hiltonの冠を取った方がHiltonの為によいのでは？と思いました。

地下鉄Eﾗｲﾝの駅のそばですので、JFKからのアクセスがとても便利でした。タイムズスクウェアも徒歩圏内で、近所にデリもあり、観光にも、滞在にもとてもお勧めです。特に部屋に電子レンジがあったことと、さらに、朝には、ロビーに無料のｺｰﾋｰサービス（スタバ）があり、食事を部屋で済ませたい方には、とても便利なホテルです。 シャワーがハンドシャワーであれば、さらに良かったです。

シャワーが固定で使いにくい事、バスタブのお湯を溜めるストッパーが閉まらず、結局お風呂に入れなかった事以外は、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫もありまた、地理的にも便利なホテルでした。

タイムズスクエアはじめ、地下鉄含め、初めてのNYでしたが予想以上で大変満足でした。 朝１Fにスタバのコーヒーの飲み放題があり最終日まで知らなかったのが残念 NYのホテルは汚いというイメージでしたが非常に清潔で快適に過ごせました。

2011年のGWに３泊利用しました。 ・地下鉄Eﾗｲﾝ50stのすぐそばですので、JFKからのアクセスは楽です。 ・タイムズスクウェアもそばです。 ・冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ｺｰﾋｰﾒｰｶｰ、ｾｷｭﾘｰﾃｨﾎﾞｯｸｽ、ﾌﾘｰｲﾝﾀｰﾈｯﾄと設備は完璧です。 ・シャワーが固定式なのが残念でした。 ・近くにデリもあり、電子レンジであたためて部屋でゆったり食事をしました。 ・朝食はとりませんでしたが、ロビーのﾌﾘｰのｽﾀﾊﾞのｺｰﾋｰは嬉しかったです。

3月10日から家族3人で4泊しました。近くにスーパーやDELIもあり、地下鉄の駅も近く、TimesSqureにも歩いて行けます。また、Graylineの観光ツアーのバス乗り場もすぐ近くで、JazzライブのBirdlandも歩いて10分程です。

5番街、タイムズ・スクエア−、ロックフェラーセンター、セントラルパークは歩いて行ける範囲。 メトロポリタン美術館も近く、すぐ横にスーパーマーケットもあり便利！

確かに立地は最高でした。オペラには地下鉄を利用しミュージカルには徒歩で行きましたが全く問題ありませんでした。ホテルもコンシェルジュ デスクは私のつたない英語に親切に対応してくれました。部屋の広さも十分すぎるほど広かったです。ただ残念だったのは、人が見える程隣のビルがすぐ近くなのに、部屋のカーテンは白の透き通って見える薄手のカーテンだけでした。それと、一番残念だったのはバスタブがなくシャワーだけだったことです。部屋の詳細には「シャワーと浴槽」とあったのでまさかシャワーだけとは想像もしていませんでした。今後は「シャワーと浴槽」または「シャワーのみ」とか併記するように要望します。

立地もよく、ホテルの設備も大変良く、おちつけます。 無料のコーヒーサービスや無料のインターネットもありがたいです。 消防署が近くにありますが、４階でしたが全くうるさいことはありませんでした。 ２人部屋なのに、いすが１つしかないのと、国際電話代がとても高い（３分で＄３０）だけが問題でしたが、外は全く問題ありません。 次回も利用したいです。（部屋からの国際電話は絶対にしません。）

ホテル自体は、シティホテルのような感じで可もなく不可もなかった。ただ、マンハッタンのほぼ真ん中で地下鉄Ａライン・Ｅラインが通っている駅が最寄駅と言う立地を考えると最高のホテルの中の１つだと思う。 宿泊費が若干高かったが、「ホテルの質」ではなく「立地」で考えると納得が行く。 警備員が立っていてセキュリティもしっかりしているし、近くに飲食店も多数ある。ただし、夜間の外出は避けた方が無難。

This hotel was perfect for a weekend of Broadway shows and seeing the sights. It was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Would love to stay there again.

This hotel was a great value for the location. We were minutes from of a lot of major attractions - Time Square, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Ave, etc. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. This hotel was a great value compared to it's peers. The conditions were excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel and the location. The initial room we were given had a smokey smell and they immediately gave us another room with no hesitation. We got the bed and breakfast special. FYI, you can't get room service but the breakfast was REALLY good in the restaurant.

The hilton garden was great and a great location. Next door to many broadway shows. The hotel was clean with new beds and carpet. Walking back to the hotel, I even scored a ticket to Book of Morman, last minute. Gotta love new york

Excellent location and within walking distance to Times Square, Rock Center, and the subway. The beds are very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Great stay. Only complaint is that the wine glasses delivered to the room were dirty. Other than that, stellar location, great staff, very convenient computer terminals. Very nice hotel. Will probably be back!

The hotel was very clean and nice. The rooms with 2 queen beds offer plenty of room for 2 adults. The location was perfect. We were walking distance to the theater district and half a block from a subway station. Word of caution: if you are a light sleeper, request a room on a higher floor. My family and I enjoyed the Hilton Garden Inn. We appreciated a hotel with good value. They provided free high speed internet and offered a free printer on the lobby floor. Do not be afraid of the noise of the metro at night and that of the next room shower in the AM. Hopefuly your sleep is deeper than mine...if not, not the right hotel for you!

Graet theater, great restaurants, close to everything. Here on business, but will return for vacation.

My kids enjoy staying in Times Square when we go to NYC. This place was friendly (yes!! can you believe it???--from the inquiring phone call to the front desk, to the bell men), clean, convenient and affordable!! I am definitely coming back!!

Staff very friendly, room clean and comfortable. Hotel is situated in the midst of just about everything. I would definitely consider staying here again while in NYC. Room rate was very reasonable when I stayed also.

Very close to Times Square and hells kitchen short walk away. Room was small but a good size for nyc. Nobody took my bags when i walked in. No big deal though. I was looking for a hotel close to Rockefeller Center and this turned out to be a perfect location, walking distance to shops and many great NYC places. My price was extremely low for a hotel rated 4 stars on some sites. All service personnel were both professional and eager to be helpful. Be aware that this is the Hilton GARDEN INN times Square. I told my cab it was the HIlton Times Square, which is a different hotel. This is the boutique version of Hilton, no banquet rooms, no room service. I preferred that since the larger Hilton was hosting a big music industry conference and I'm sure it was loud and crowded. This was the QUIETEST hotel room I've ever had in NYC! It has a nice small restaurant adjoining it and a small convenience shop on the ground level. The business center worked quite well for me and it has a gym though I didn't find time to use it. I recommend this hotel and would be likely to stay there again. This hotel was great value for the money. The location was very convenient, they had parking next door and clean. I will definitely stay there again!

The location is fantastic but the staff is unfriendly and cold and it is also impossible to get rest because of the noise from the subway.

This was my second time staying in this hotel and I would recommend staying again.

This hotel is in an excellent location! Rooms were nice size and beds were comfy. Only issue was subway noise... we were on the 3rd floor and could hear the subway underneath us everytime. Although, we all slept just fine! If you think the noise will be an issue for you don't book a standard room (these are 3rd floor and below). My son and I went to N.Y. for New Year. This hotel was very convenient to all sights and shopping. The room was very comfortable and had a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making which I had not experienced in previous hotels in this city. The staff were very helpful and made our stay very memorable.

Hotel name could be misleading, it is not on Times Square but is within walking distance of Times Square and other main sites. No food in hotel but it has a connecting door to the diner next door. Plenty of restaurants within 10 mins walk.

the blwdryer didnt work, the temperature couldnt stay at the degree that we needed. it has no parking you do have to pay for parking. overall the are is great and the stay was okay.

This is a pretty decent hotel. A bit out-dated and small rooms, as can be expected from a Times Square hotel. However, the location is pretty good. It is only a couple of blocks from Times Square and very close to broadway theatres. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with our decision to stay here.

When we arrived we were told their parking lot was full and we had to park at another hotel. I thought when you book a hotel they hold one parking spot for you. The Hilton Garden Hotel was conveniently located to Times Square and various theaters, however, the room was extremely small for four people as was the bathroom. The staff was very helpful.
