Very old rooms..old carpet , low and uncomfortable bed

Room was comfortable and nice size. Staff was great. Very good location for Jacob Javits conventions....avg $7 with tip cab fare. Walkable anywhere in Threatre District...

one more chair in the room would have been nice for a couple.

Well maintained with a great staff. Skip the so-so breakfast buffet.

Clean - close - terrific staff and service. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating to travelers. They let us leave our luggage up front for no charge basically all day while we toured the area. Very nice service and in a great location.

Such a great time - The Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is in such a wonderful location... room was spotless... and the staff was so very kind! Will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here on any future trips to the city.

Like many other Hotels the room I stayed in has a door communicating with the room next to mine,from wich you can hear everything going on in that room, conversations, screams, sex...

Enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Check in was easy. Room clean and had just the items we needed. Coffee machine, hair dryer and soaps. TV remote did not work very well, but the old fashion buttons worked just fine. Location was perfect for what we needed. The hotel is coveniently located toTimes Square lots of great restaurants and the theater district. The hotel is clean. The staff is courteous, some are even friendly. My only problem was that the housekeeping staff did not leave toiletries every day. I had to ask for them after the third day. Just a small glitch.

Nice location, big room for NYC, clean and good room. Excellent breakfast deal.

Nice hotel. Staff very pleasant!!. great location. Just a few blocks from Port Authority. Subway around the corner. Actually subway was below hotel and we felt it in our first room which was on the third floor. No problem when I asked for a room change.

I was in New York on very busy weekend. The hotel was very convenient and a great value. I would choose Hilton Garden Inn again for a similar trip.

The location is exactly what we needed. Walking distance to all the great sights and restaurants. Perfect for our girls night out. Friendly staff and doormen was a happy plus.

I found the Hotel to be very clean and in a great location. The room was spotless and welcoming. The service was friendly and helpful. I will definately be back and recommend it to others.

Our family of 4 stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Room was quite comfortable, very clean. Staff very friendly, helpful. We arrived early, and they held on to our bags and called my cellphone when the room was cleaned and available. Our room rate included breakfast - we were given coupons for the attached/adjacent restaurant Pigalle - Nice buffet. From […] our 6th floor room, we could feel/hear the subway...just a little though - not intrusive. A little more intrusive was the nearby firehouse - in our 2 night stay, we heard the sirens no less than 8 times. The subway noise is pronounced on the lower street-facing floors. Get a room on the 10th or above floor. Otherwise a good clean hotel and a good value for the location.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a birthday present for my 19 yr old son....a trip to NY to see a Broadway show. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds for one night. The hotel's check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2:45, and were told our room wasn't ready yet, and they offered us a room with 1 King bed instead. I told them this wouldn't work, as my […] son and I are not going to sleep in the same bed, and was told that our room would be ready in about 30 minutes. Since we were a little bit early, I didn't have a problem waiting, so we went into the lobby to sit and watch TV while waiting. An hour later, our 2 queen room was still not ready, and they didn't know when it would be. Again, I was offered a King room, but this time was told I'd be given an "upgrade", and there would be a pull-out sofa bed in the room. I reluctantly accepted, only to find the pull out sofa was actually a foam futon. My son took the futon, and we enjoyed the rest of our stay, But it would have been nice to get the room we actually reserved. Why bother with a reservation if they're not going to provide the room you reserve? Aside from the issue with the room, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient to Times Square and the theatre district, lots of shopping and food options close by. This Hilton is the best buy in the Times Square area. Free Wireless, friendly staff, cozy foyer, microwave in room. Much better deal than the New York Hilton up the street at W. 53 rd and 6th Avenue!

I would stay again. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good staff. No problems. Right in times square and theatre district. Very close to good restaurants.

We stayed for one night with a bed & Breakfast option. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. the room was nice, and Times Square and Broadway not far away. The hotel room was so clean and very well maintained. Everyone that worked there was so nice and that made our stay great. It was so great that I would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and anyone staying in New York.

In NYC for the Super Bowl weekend… for the location were we wanted to be, the price was right for this king size bedroom. It had the basic amenities (free Wi-Fi, microwave, and refrigerator) that we needed. The place was clean and had great service personnel always available. If I had to be picky the bathroom was small and needs some touch up. They […] do not have their own garage but they have one downstairs for smaller vehicles. I had to go 2 blocks over to park my truck (pricy). This hotel was perfect for a weekend of Broadway shows and seeing the sights. It was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Would love to stay there again.

This hotel was a great value compared to it's peers. The conditions were excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this hotel and the location. The initial room we were given had a smokey smell and they immediately gave us another room with no hesitation. We got the bed and breakfast special. FYI, you can't get room service but the breakfast was REALLY good in the restaurant.

The hilton garden was great and a great location. Next door to many broadway shows. The hotel was clean with new beds and carpet. Walking back to the hotel, I even scored a ticket to Book of Morman, last minute. Gotta love new york

Excellent location and within walking distance to Times Square, Rock Center, and the subway. The beds are very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
