きれいなホテルで私達は朝食付きではなかったのですが、とってもお得な料金で宿泊出来ました。 朝食付きのお得な料金プランがあるともっといいなと思います。 冷蔵庫も付いているともっとよかったです。 でも、フロントスタッフの感じもよく、おすすめ出来ます♪

ホテルの従業員の対応は最高でした アメリカには珍しく 細やかな心使い ホテルとしては満足でした しかし 看板が小さく 見ずらく 名称は The Ellis Hotel on Peachtreeですが 看板は Ellisのみで探すのに苦労しました これはホテルの問題ではなく Hotels.comの問題です 善処してください 看板表示と名称は確実に記載してください 宜しく御願いいたします

World of Coca-ColaとCNNツアーに参加するために滞在しました。 観光名所の集まりで、早朝や22時以降はほとんど人が歩いていませんでした。しかしだからといって危険と言う事もなさそうでした。 夜は7階のプールから夜景を見ました。ライトアップされたWorld of Coca Colaがきれいです。 この辺りの観光には大変お勧めです。

"Great Stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Our room was very clean. Even though it wasn't a five star hotel, it was pleasant and you couldn't beat the price that I paid. I did wish they had a mini frig and microwave in the room, but overall it was a good experience.

The hotel is old, smelly and dirty. The bed is hard as a rock. Sheets and pillows look like they have been on their for about 40 years
"Howard Johnson Peachtree/Norcross"
I was extremely disappointed with the guest services received at check-in. The manager/front desk attendant was rude and not knowledgeable about the check-in process. Our check-in process took nearly 1-hour which was unsatisfactory. The manager asked me for a confirmation number, and I gave him the confirmation # received from hotels.com. He made a […] HUGE issue of me not having the same confirmation # that he had, which made no sense at all due to me providing him with my identification and credit card beforehand. The check-in process was prolonged for no reason at all which made us late for an event we were heading to. The hotel's pool was filled with black dirty water, which does not match the pictures illustrated on hotels.com. This meant that a pool was NOT available for guests. "Howard Johnson Norcross, GA"
The experience was not what I expected from Howard Jonson. The staff was not friendly, the bathroom was dirty and the tub did not drain. No help from the staff with the tub problem as promised. glad I only stayed one night.
"Never Again"
It was horrible!!!! I spent 2 hrs trying to find the hotel and the hotel employees couldn't direct me to it! Then when I go there, they had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Because I said I would rather stay at a roach motel before I stay there again. How can you saw you were raised in Norcross, GA and couldn't give me good directions to find […] you! Wow what a wonderful welcome to GA!!!! I would never stay there again! I even called hotels.com and the girl who answered was not pleasant either. She was really no help to me at all. "Howard Johnson Peachtree/Norcross"
When we arrived and entered into our hotel room it looked as if the room had not been cleaned. There was trash on the floors that had not been vaccumed and the over all cleanliness was horrible. I had reserved 2 rooms (one in my name & one in my sisters) #223 & #225 were the rooms assigned to us. I know these were SMOKING ROOMS, but my god I believe […] smokers like to have clean rooms also. The Bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. There was no drain plugs and it looked as if someone had sprayed with cleaner and just left the spray to dry. Need to have some hand scrubbing behind it. Also there was no drain plug for the sink. There was dust and splatters of something all over the fixtures and even the hair dryer that was in the room looked like it hadn't been wiped off in several months. Very Dirty. The bedding was awful. It was a very old mattress and even the sheets looked as if they should have been thrown away years ago. They were so thin that you could literally see the mattress through them along with any stains that was on the mattress. The over all cleanliness of this facility was lacking considerably. I would have expected this in a fly by night CHEAP HOTEL, but not a Howard Johnson facility. The dressers for the rooms were falling apart. The chairs provided in the room looked as if they had come from a GOODWILL facility and really needed to have been thrown away. Light fixtures in the bathroom looked as if they had never been wiped off. I was very disappointed in this hotel and will definitely not recommened it to anyone. "GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE!"
I've chosen to stay @ this motel several times because of many reasons. The hospital is close to Johns Creek hospital, close to the mall, and many restaurants are a close drive. The motel staff is somewhat pleasant (dont speak English well), the rooms have always been clean, and the breakfast is more than most people eat for breakfast anyway. Nothing […] to brag about, but it's enough to get you till noon for lunch. I've found this place to be within 10 miles of anything that I needed while in the Norcross/Johns Creek area. It's also next to a gas station and Waffle House. On one particular stay (Feb 2010) the heater didn't work, but there were plenty of blankets on the bed to keep me warm. "Outside Looks are Deceiving"
This hotel gives you exactly what you pay for. After we got into the room, we noticed that there was a pool of water in the tub. There was also a case of Corona beer in the closet with full and empty bottles in the case. The front desk apologized for the case, but could not give me any gloves so I could drain the water out of the tub. Obviously I was […] not going to touch the water w/ my bare hands. Also, I asked if I could get the cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom myself. He again refused trying to convince me that the bathroom was clean and that I would have to wait for the morning to have it re cleaned. Of course, I could not wait until the morning to use the bathroom, so I went out to Wal-Mart to buy gloves and cleaning supplies to do it myself. As we unpacked, we noticed that one of the drawers was missing. The face of the drawer was put in it is place but w/o a drawer on the inside. Also, another drawer was either nailed or glued shut. It was probably the same way. The refrigerator was broken, and the iron leaked water. Appliances outside of the room also did not work. The elevator, ice machines on two of the floors, and vending machines were all broken. There was no sign showing to inform that they were broken and looked as if they had been broken for a while. This was all noticed the first night that we got there. We informed the front desk, and no action was taken. The only good service that we got was when power went out for the whole street. The managment staff took out flashligts and policed the hotel to make sure nobody took advantage of the power outage. Other than that, I feel that the price is exactly measured to the amount of service that you will experience during your stay. This hotel was very unprofessional and no very well kept. You could tell the staff did not work well with each other. I had to take my kids outside when a guest came to the lobby talking with the manager using very offensive words. Lastly, I was given a room that had a guest already LIVING there.

"HORRIBLE!!!"
The manager Ashok is terrible. He was very rude. You cannot understand anything he says and he doesn't make any sense. Doesn't care about his customers or the company.
"Late Arrival"
I arrived at this hotel at 11 pm on the date of reservation for a funeral. When I checked in I was given a room that was not made up - sheets and pillows were folded at the bottom of the bed! When I asked for another room the desk clerk assured me the next room would be made up. However, this was not true. When I went back to the desk for a second time […] I was told both those rooms were made up and he was unsure why I thought the rooms were not ready. Needless to say I left the hotel at that point and went somewhere else. When I called to dispute the charges, the manager insisted he could not refund me the money becuase I had tried to check in with two animals adn I refused to pay for the extra changres. もっと読む

"Run away and never return!!!!"
Do not stay at this "Inn" no matter what the price may be or any discount offered. The price seemed right at first but the toilet handle in my room was broken and I had to flush twice to get anything down. Then when I tried to shower the drain was clogged and the tub filled with water rapidly. When I notified the management of these problems he assured […] that it was okay and that I just had to hold the handle down for the toilet to flush. To fix the clogged tub he used the same plunger for the toilet with no success. Then he tried to give us a key to the room next door to shower in but that key failed to work. Next he tried two doors down, and I had to travel to shower and then return to my original room. He then mixed up my original room key and I had to go get another one. "good for price"
there was nothing outstanding about the hotel, but there was nothing really bad about it either. the hotel and surrounding area was quiet at all times which was a plus and was located off main road that lead to places i needed to go. my only complaints would be the fact that i had to flush the toilet 3 times after each use before it was clear and that […] when i showered,the tub filled up with water and took forever to drain. the hotel doesn't have a computer for guests, but the staff was nice about letting me use the computer at the front desk to get directions. so, for the money i paid it was not bad. i would stay there again if i had to. もっと読む
